€500 withdrawal pending at MrPunter Casino

Hello,

I would like to ask for advice regarding a withdrawal issue with MrPunter Casino.

I requested a withdrawal of €500 on March 3rd, and it is still showing as pending.

I contacted support and they told me that there is a delay, but they did not give me any clear explanation or timeframe for when the withdrawal will be processed.

My account does not appear to be blocked, and I have already contacted support, but I am still waiting.

Has anyone experienced similar delays with MrPunter Casino withdrawals?

That sounds frustrating. A few things you can do that usually helps in these cases:
Ask support to confirm if your KYC/verification is fully completed (ID + proof of address, if needed). Pending withdrawals are often “verification pending” even if they don’t say it clearly.
Check if you have any active bonus — some casinos won’t process withdrawals until wagering is fully cleared.
Ask them for a clear timeframe and request the case to be escalated to the payments team.
If they still don’t give an answer after a few days, I’d recommend filing a complaint on a public platform *snip* so the case is documented.
Hope it gets sorted soon — keep everything in writing and save screenshots.
