Slotum Casino Review

Newly Accredited Casino at Casinomeister

By Casinomeister Aug 2, 2021

Casinomeister's Verdict

Slotum is a relative newcomer in the online gambling world, establishing itself just a year ago in 2020. However, despite their short life span, they’ve shown themselves to look after their players, they offer a huge selection of games, and high withdrawal limits make them an attractive option for any player looking for a new casino to play at.

Their Baptism by Fire – or litmus test for becoming accredited here – went through without much of an issue. They seem to be a pretty good player friendly casino with fast withdrawals but at the moment, they seem to have some issues with their customer service.

Also it has been reported that they have been adding bonuses to player accounts without players’ consent, and players have not been able to remove them. This goes against our standards for Casinomeister Accredited casinos and they have been notified about this.

First Impression

Slotum Casino first hit the online gambling world in 2020 – and they made an immediate impact on the industry thanks to their generous welcome bonus offers, their high roller promotions and the extensive selection of casino games and slots they offer.

The site’s pretty easy to work your way around, and the Slotum Casino team have done all they can to make signing up, depositing and playing as easy as possible. We’ll look more at these factors later on in this casino review. Slotum may not have decades of experience like some of their competitors, but they’re slowly proving themselves to be a solid online gambling outfit – and we expect to see them continue to grow in the years to come.

Bonuses and Promotions

Slotum offers a wide variety of bonuses – bonuses which can be used on casino games, and in this part of our Slotum Casino review, we’re going to be taking a close look at what these bonuses are, how they work – and what kind of terms and conditions apply!

No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers

While Slotum Casino doesn’t offer a no-deposit bonus or a dedicated free spins bonus, as we’ve seen, you can claim up to 150 free spins as part of the standard welcome bonus offer!

VIP and Loyalty Programs

All players at Slotum Casino become a “VIP” from the moment they join – but there’s a whopping 27 levels to progress through, so don’t expect to reach the highest tier any time soon! Each time you place a real money wager at Slotum Casino, you’ll begin to earn points.

Every time you upgrade to a new VIP level, you’ll be rewarded with free spins and cash bonuses – and, naturally, the higher your VIP level, the greater the level of rewards!

BANKING AND PAYMENT METHODS

Slotum Casino allows players to make deposits and withdrawals in a huge number of ways – and currently, you can use: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Ecopayz, Neteller, Skrill, WebMoney, Paysafecard, Giropay, Skrill Rapid Transfer, Yandex, Interac Online, E-Transfer, Mobilecommerce, Ebpocetb (Euroset), Svyaznoy, Neosurf, and Alfa Bank (Alfaclick). If needed, players can also set up deposits directly via a bank transfer, though you may incur fees if you choose this option.

The site’s range of deposit methods also includes cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Litecoin and Ethereum. Slotum Casino also facilitates several different currencies; currencies you can deposit, play and withdraw in. These include USD, EUR, NOK, CAD, AUD, RUB, BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC, DOGE, PLN and JPY.

There are no fees associated with any of the deposit methods shown above, and, for the most part, deposited funds will be credited to your casino account immediately, so you don’t need to wait around to begin playing. The min deposit is $10; however, you may find the minimum deposit is higher should you choose to use a banking option such as a direct bank transfer.

Withdrawal Speed

Arguably one of the biggest benefits of playing at Slotum Casino is the speed at which they process their withdrawals. The average withdrawal time frame is just five minutes – with many withdrawal requests processed instantly. Most of the deposit payment methods also double up as withdrawal methods, and the minimum withdrawal is low, at just $10.

We should point out that if you request a withdrawal, but the sum of bets made since your last deposit is less than three times the size of that deposit, Slotum reserves the right to charge you the costs of transaction processing for deposit and withdrawals.

As mentioned earlier, the casino has a high maximum withdrawal limit of $30,000 per month, and other than the specific example given above, there are no fees applied to withdrawals.

Responsible Gaming

It’s very clear from our review that Slotum Casino is looking out for its players when it comes to responsible gambling. To ensure you’re able to gamble responsibly, you can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits.

You have full control over your responsible gambling settings – you do not need to contact the customer support team to implement them. To set them, you need to head through the drop-down menu on the upper right-hand part of the screen under the “Responsible Gaming” tab. There, you can set a deposit, loss and wager limit.

If you require a “cooling off” period, that’s available as well. It will activate instantly, locking you out of your account and preventing you from making deposits or logging in. Once the period expires, users will receive an email notification that their account is active.

If you’d like to stop gambling completely, the site also offers a self-exclusion function, which lets you permanently block your account. This action is irreversible.

Customer Support

In the unlikely event that you ever run into any problems while playing at Slotum, you’ll be pleased to know there are three different ways that you can get help and support. First off, Slotum has put together a comprehensive and well-detailed FAQ section which allows you to browse information about their deposit $100 bonus, their deposit $20 bonus, information about whether you need to input a bonus code (you don’t need a bonus code to claim the vast majority of bonuses), and more.

If you then press the “Support” tab, you’ll be able to complete an online contact form that sends an email to the casino’s customer support team. Our preferred way of getting in touch with the customer support team is using the live chat function, which is available in English, German, and many other languages. This can be accessed from all site pages by pressing on the small speech bubble icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

You will then be able to start an immediate live chat conversation – which takes place in real-time – ensuring your question is dealt with immediately.

KYC

Due to new regulations (first introduced in the United Kingdom, but now being rolled out worldwide), Slotum may, at some point, ask you to provide proof of your identity.

This is a commonplace practice and is known as know-your-customer, or KYC for short.

In Slotum Casino’s case, they require proof of one official document, which can be a passport, driver’s license or other government-issued ID cards, front and back. They indicate that the document must be valid, in terms of an expiration date, without any alteration to the photo or damage to a compromised state.

To further confirm that you are who you say you are, Slotum Casino users must upload a selfie of them holding their document of choice, with as much clarity as possible.

Secondly, a proof-of-address document is also required, which can be in the form of a utility bill, phone bill or bank statement that displays your address, including zip code, in full as well as the company’s logo. The document must also be dated within the last 90 days.

Lastly, a proof-of-payment document will also be required as part of the verification process. This step is a bit less informal, requesting only a screenshot from your online bank, bank statement or Skrill page, to name a few options.

Website Experience and Features

Desktop and Mobile Gaming

From the moment we started writing this review, we found Slotum’s website to be incredibly user-friendly, easy-to-navigate and easy-to-use. Everything is well laid out, and it’s easy to get to where you want to get to; finding games, for example, is simple, and players don’t need to look hard either as there’s a handy search function available.

While Slotum does not have a dedicated mobile casino app, their website is fully mobile-optimized. So, if you head to it from your mobile device’s internet browser, you’ll be automatically redirected to a mobile-friendly version of the site where you can sign-up, claim their $100 bonus (or any of their other bonuses, for that matter) and begin playing your favourite games!

Providers

Whether you’re looking to play Roulette, Blackjack, slot games, card games, video poker or instant win games, Slotum Casino has it all – and they offer a huge number of games from an equally large number of software providers.

The game developers you’ll find available at the casino include 1×2 Gaming, 2by2 Gaming, Ainsworth, Amatic, Belatra Games, BGAMING, Big Time Gaming, Booming Games, EGT, Elk Studios, Endorphina, Evolution Gaming, Fantasma Games, GameART, Genesis Gaming, Iron Dog Studio, iSoftbet, Microgaming, NetEnt, NextGen Gaming, Platipus, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Push Gaming, Rabcat, Red Tiger Gaming, Relax Gaming, Spinomenal, Thunderkick, Vivo Gaming, and Yggdrasil Gaming.

Slots

The clue to what Slotum Casino specializes in is right there in their name; they love slot games, and there are more than 2,000 of them for you to choose from! Like all top casinos, this wide variety of slots ensures you can easily and quickly find games you actually want to play – and it also allows you to explore new titles and new releases!

For example, a quick click over to the “Popular” tab showed us what slots are currently being played most at Slotum Casino – and the first that caught our eye was Money Train 2 from Relax Gaming, the highly-anticipated sequel to the original Money Train slot. Money Train 2 allows you the chance to win a staggering 50,000X your stake – and, impressively, we’ve already seen some players hitting that maximum win. In fact, we’ve heard it took just 5 days after the game’s release for the first 50,000X hit to land!

Casino players will also find plenty of other high variance slots available. For example, NetEnt’s hugely popular Gonzo’s Quest Megaways is available to play at Slotum Casino – and if considering joining the casino website, make sure to give this impressive video slot a try for yourself, as it’s capable of dishing out wins worth tens of thousands of times your stake – and, like Money Train 2, has already done just that!

You can find a full breakdown of all the video slots at Slotum Casino from the main “Slots” tab. Although some game developers may not appear for players in restricted countries and remember to please, always play responsibly.

Live Casino

One of the things that help make Slotum Casino unique is that their high roller bonus can be used within their live chat. This allows you to enjoy a wide variety of table games – for real money – as part of the main welcome package. (If you claim the main welcome package, be sure to read the full terms and conditions to ensure you’re not breaching any maximum bet rules.)

The live casino at Slotum Casino is powered by Evolution Gaming and Vivo Gaming – two of the clear market leaders in the live casino industry. Combined, both of these game developers allow you to play more than 50 different live dealer games, including Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat to more unusual games like Crazy Time, Monopoly Live and Deal or No Deal Live.

Accessing the live dealer games on the main Slotum Casino website is easy – just hit the “Live Casino” tab, and you’ll be taken a right to all the games. Live gaming is straightforward at the site, and we were really impressed, upon writing this review, to see the quality in which they live-streamed to our device.

Table Games

Whether you’re looking for conventional card games, Roulette, or Video Poker, Slotum has it all – and their casino table games range is extensive. The casino games on offer include Multi-Hand Blackjack, Atlantic City Blackjack, 10c Roulette, Multi-Wheel Roulette, Baccarat, 3-Card Poker and Casino Hold’em.

Many video pokies can be played, including Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild and Double Bonus Poker. So, whether it’s slots, table games or video poker – you’ll find it at Slotum, and we were incredibly impressed with the variety of casino games available at the casino. Slotum also offers progressive jackpot games, details of which we’ll look at below.

Progressive Jackpots

Putting together this Slotum Casino review involved us looking at much more than just the casino bonuses and regular games in the casino. Slotum also offers progressive jackpot games – and we wanted to see exactly what they had to offer!

There are 12 pages of jackpot games to scroll through, spanning a wide range of themes and prize amounts on Slotum Casino. The green tickers — noting the award totals — range from £10 million to £2,700. You’ll also find several less well-known but equally decent progressive jackpot slots, including ‘Diamond Wild’ at $168,000; ‘Lucky Clover’ at $98,000; ‘Absolute Super Reels’ at $73,000 and ‘Divine Fortune’ at $25,800.

All the progressive jackpot games are found under the “Jackpot” tab at Slotum.

About the Team and History

Slotum is a newcomer in the online gambling industry, making its debut just a year ago in 2020. They’re owned and operated by Dama N.V. and Direx N.V and are licensed in Curacao. This means they’re unable to accept players from the United States or the UK.

Little is known about the team behind the site, but, considering their young age, they’ve done a great job so far in attracting players, and a substantial game range ensures that players from all iGaming spectrums will find something to their fancy!

Complaints and Track Record

Given their young age, we don’t feel it’s fair to say that Slotum really has a track record as of now. They have a minimal number of complaints online. They do, however, layout on their website details of their complaints procedure, so should you run into any issues, you should be able to get them resolved promptly.
