Miami Club Casino Review
Well managed WGS casino
Casinomeister's Verdict
Miami Club Casino is a popular online gambling website that offers players a huge range of exclusive slots, casino table games and more. Owned and operated by Deckmedia N.V., the site has garnered a decent reputation for itself, and in this Miami Club casino review, we’re going to be taking a close look at what the site has to offer. We’ll look at everything from the bonuses and promotions to the games offered – we’ll even look at the banking methods available!

Dependable
From the desk of Max Drayman
As far as player complaints go there’s not much to say about Miami Club. There have been very few complaints against them over the years — apparently they were established in 2012 — and that’s obviously a good thing. The same can be said about complaints on the forums: very, very little. So far so good!
If you look for “Miami Club Casino” in a search engine, things can get awfully confusing. And unfortunately, if you go to miamiclubcasino.im — the official URL — through our green visit button above you get a site that says nothing to give you any reason to trust the site: no license info, no license verification badge, no mention of site owners, nothing.
Behind the scenes though, we know that the site is licensed in Curaçao — under the Antillephone NV Master License aka 8048/JAZ — and is owned by DeckMedia (of whom only a passing reference is made when they mention MiamiClub’s affiliate program). These are generally good things and it’s unfortunate that the site isn’t more explicit about it.
However the story is quite different — and much more confusing — if you go to some of those other websites that came up in your search results: miamiclub.im, or miamicasinoclub.com, or any of a number of other variations including .org and .online sites. These all appear to belong to Miami Club, they have the same basic info and some even mention the DeckMedia ownership and Curaçao licensing (without specifics), but as far as we can tell they aren’t actual gambling sites and they certainly aren’t the official site which is, as previously mentioned, miamiclubcasino.im. Player beware.
First Impression
When our team set out to write this Miami Club Casino review, they wanted to look at a few things. One of the major concerns was whether the site was licensed or not. We’re now happy to say that it is, and Miami Club Casino holds a valid online gambling license from the Government of Curacao. However, while Miami Club Casino is fully-licensed, it should be noted that Curacao doesn’t have an overly good reputation – and if you run into any problems you are unlikely to get any help from the regulator.
We found the site to be really easy-to-use, easy-to-navigate and responsive, and it’s clear that their in-house games have been built with one thing in mind; to provide entertainment.
Miami Club Casino has a customer support team working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – and this means you can get in touch with them no matter what time of day or night it is. The best way of contacting them is to call their toll-free phone number, but they do also have a contact email if you prefer to get in touch that way. We’ll touch more on this later in this review.
Like most other online casinos, Miami Club Casino offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions – and that’s what we’re going to be taking a look at next in our review.

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
If you’re looking for information about Miami Club casino’s no deposit bonus codes – or if you’d like to know what their sign up offer is – then you’re in the right place. At the time of writing, Miami Club casino offers all players a pretty generous welcome bonus promotion – and you can view the full terms and conditions of both of these offers – and find out more about the other promotions available – from the main ‘promotions’ page at the casino’s website.
Below, we’re going to look at what the site currently has to offer.
Welcome Offer
The main welcome bonus promotion at Miami Club Casino looks to be fairly decent at first – and while it’s fair to say that it is incredibly generous, there’s some terms and conditions that make us slightly uncomfortable – which we’ll look at in just a moment. First, let’s take a look at what the main welcome bonus entails and what you can get when joining the site for the first time.
New players are able to claim a 100% matched deposit bonus up to $100 – although unlike most online casinos, this deposit bonus isn’t limited to your first deposit; instead, you can claim this matched deposit bonus on your first eight deposits, so there’s up to $800 up for grabs here.
On the face of it, this welcome bonus promotion sounds pretty decent; however, when you look into the terms and conditions you’ll see that things get a little murky. For example, players from a wide variety of countries are prohibited from claiming the bonus – this includes Greece, Poland, the UK, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Sweden, Romania, and The Netherlands.
What’s more, we came across this in the terms and conditions:
“Currently, players choosing to purchase with eWallets such as Neteller or Skrill (Moneybookers) will be entitled to redeem only one of the 100% match welcome bonuses offered in this program. Any subsequent purchases will not qualify for this offer unless a valid credit card is used. If you have any questions about any of our bonus programs, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support representatives.”
Miami Club Casino, we feel, could do a bit better when it comes to their main welcome bonus – but it’s still pretty generous and you can claim up to $800 in bonus funds so it’s not the end of the world.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
Miami Club Casino runs quite a few bonuses and promotions, and some of these include no-deposit bonuses and no-deposit bonuses – although these are generally emailed to potential players who are already on the site’s mailing list.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Miami Club Casino runs a VIP scheme that’s actually pretty good – and it’s called the Miami Club – a club that offers players the chance to win matched deposit bonuses, special reload bonuses, free spins – and a host of other benefits.
All players who’ve purchased a minimum of $25 casino credits will automatically be enrolled into Miami Club Casino’s VIP program, and there’s a number of different levels which we’ll look at below:
- Flamingo: Automatically once you have purchased a minimum of $25.00 worth of casino credits.
- Downtown: once you have earned 25,000 Rewards points.
- Bay Front: Once you have earned 100,000 Rewards points.
- South Beach: once you have earned 250,000 Rewards points.
- Ocean Drive: Once you have earned 500,000 Rewards points.
- Millionaire’s Row: Once you have earned 1,000,000 Rewards points.
There’s a wide variety of benefits to being a VIP at Miami Club Casino, and arguably the biggest one is the ability to claim the daily deposit bonus – a special deposit bonus that’s available to all players every single day.
Banking & Payment Methods
Miami Club Casino offers a large number of payment methods – and these can be used to deposit funds into, and withdraw funds out of your account. Currently, they accept VISA, MasterCard, Bitcoin, Neteller, Skrill, Sofort, paysafecard, Neosurf and Litecoin.
There are no fees to make deposits, and the funds are credited to your account instantly. (If you’re using a cryptocurrency, the funds are credited instantly, but you need to wait until the transaction is confirmed 3 times before you’re able to make a withdrawal.)
There’s no deposit fees or charges added by Miami Club Casino – but your bank or card issuer may charge you a fee. This is especially common with debit and credit cards – so it’s always worth checking beforehand, especially if you’re going to be depositing money in a different currency than your card’s default one.
Withdrawal Speed
There’s quite a high minimum withdrawal limit, and it’s set at $150. The team aims to process all withdrawal requests within 72 hours, although we should point out that it’s usually much quicker. As a general rule of thumb, you should expect to wait around 24 hours for your withdrawal to be processed.
Responsible gaming
“We want to ensure that you always enjoy your experience at Miami Club and we actively promote responsible gaming. That’s why we ask you to always play responsibly. Online Casino Games can be great entertainment, provided you stay in control. We will always endeavor to help you if you find yourself in difficulties, but always remember the use of this site is for entertainment purposes only and should not be used to supplement your income. Make sure that the decision to gamble is your personal choice. Establish what constitutes an acceptable loss before starting to gamble.”
That’s what Miami Club Casino has to say about responsible gambling – and in fairness to them they appear to take it fairly seriously, offering players a wide variety of responsible gambling tools and limits to ensure that your levels of online gambling don’t spiral out of control.
For example, you can set a deposit limit (although at Miami Club Casino it’s called a budget) and this lets you set a cap on how much money you can deposit on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
For those who want to take a more permanent break from online gambling, Miami Club Casino also offers a self-exclusion facility which allows you to completely block access to your online casino account for up to five years. During this period of time you will be unable to login to your account or play at all.
Customer support
Miami Club Casino runs a tight ship operation and one of the main benefits to playing there is that – as a general rule of thumb – complaints, issues and problems are resolved fairly quickly. This has to do, largely in part, with the fact that there’s a customer support team on-hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The customer support team is primarily available through live chat, although there’s also the option to contact them via email; however, it’s only the live chat portal that’s guaranteed to run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Live chat allows you to be connected to a trained member of the customer support team in real time, and it typically takes just a couple of minutes to be connected. While writing this review, we found the customer support team to be very friendly, helpful and responsive via live chat – and it’s clear they’re well-trained.
However, please note that if you have questions or issues with account-specific issues like know your customer (kyc) checks and withdrawals, the live chat team may prompt you to send an email to the customer support team instead.
KYC
Here’s what Miami Club Casino has to say about know your customer (kyc) checks:
“If possible pay-outs will always be processed via the payment method by which deposits were made. Miami Club Casino reserves the right to make the final decision on methods of withdrawals. Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts controlled and owned by the holder of the gaming account. Use of a bank card issued in a name other than the registered account holder is forbidden. Deposits will be accepted in the name of the registered account holder only. Copies of the card(s) used for the purpose of deposits are required at the time of a withdrawal request. An authorization letter and legal identification documents will be required from the card holder.”
Miami Club Casino, like all online casinos, is required by their online gambling regulator to carry out these know your customer (kyc) checks – so while they can be pretty annoying at times it’s important to note that the casino isn’t running them out of choice – they are legally required to.
Website Experience and Features
Desktop and Mobile Gaming
Miami Club Casino’s website is built using flash technology. While, naturally, this doesn’t bode particularly well for players wanting to enjoy the action from mobile devices, we should point out that their site is mobile-optimized, and you can enjoy most of their games in instant play mode from your mobile’s internet browser.
You don’t need to download or install any software to get started, and all it takes is heading to the casino’s website from your mobile’s internet browser. You will then be automatically redirected to a mobile-optimized version of the site.
However, we should point out that in recent years, Miami Club Casino’s website has been updated to reflect the changes in the online gambling world; for example, Flash is no longer supported, so the online casino – like all online casinos – has been working hard to port everything over to HTML5, which allows you to enjoy the casino games without downloading or installing anything – and without having to install any plugins.
Great Tournaments
One of the benefits of Miami Club Casino using the WGS platform is the fact that they’re able to offer tournaments to their players – you’ll find tournaments running on a wide variety of casino games at Miami Club Casino, and unlike other online casinos, Miami Club Casino allows you to use funds from the main welcome bonus while entering into these tournaments!
When we were writing this review of Miami Club Casino we found that the online casino offers in the region of 80 daily tournaments, and around half of these are completely free to enter – you don’t need to pay anything to enter them!

Brand games
Providers
Miami Club casino are a rarity in that they develop and produce their own games as well as featuring software from WGS. This means you won’t find titles from game developers like NetEnt or Microgaming – they’re all built in-house. Don’t let this put you off however, as all of the games at Miami Club Casino have been certified and tested by relevant 3rd-party testing houses. Below, we’re going to be taking a look at some of the games you’ll find at the casino.
Slots
There’s more than 150 different slots for you to enjoy at Miami Club Casino, and these games span a huge number of genres. For example, you’ll find Asian-inspirecd slots, pirate-themed slots, Ancient Egypt themed slots, and more.
Some of the top video slots currently available at Miami Club Casino include Wheel of Chance, Cash Grab, Triple Flaming’ 7’s, Crazy Cherry and, our personal favorite, Double Gold. You can view all of the video slots available from the ‘slots’ tab, and once inside, you’ll also be able to see a full breakdown of all of the games on offer.
We like the fact that at Miami Club Casino, most of the slot games have adjustable payline structures built in; this means that even those on lower budgets can enjoy the slot games without having to worry about staking too much.
Of course, in an ideal world we’d like to see online slots from other, more mainstead game developers and software providers like Microgaming and NetEnt, but the selection at Miami Club Casino is pretty good; just don’t expect to see some of the games you’d typically find at bigger, European-facing casinos.
Live Dealer Games
Unfortunately, Miami Club Casino does not currently offer a live dealer casino. This is a shame, as – aside from this – their game range is superb. However, it’s worth us pointing out that they may well start to offer live dealer games in the future. If and when this happens, we’ll update this Miami Club Casino review accordingly, so it’s well-worth checking back here from time to time.
It’s a shame that Miami Club Casino doesn’t currently offer any live dealer games; in the online gambling world of 2022, pretty much all online casinos have a live casino, and those that don’t, we feel, are at a significant disadvantage. Not only are players actively going in search of live dealer games today, but it also helps add credibility to an online casino when you see live dealer games from leading game developers and software providers like Evolution Gaming.
Still, there’s hope for the future – and we remain hopeful that Miami Club Casino will add live dealer games to their game library one day.
Table Games and Video Poker
If casino table games are more your thing then you’ll be pleased to learn that Miami Club Casino has a huge selection of games for you to enjoy. For example, you can try your hand at classics like Roulette and Blackjack, or try something new, as is seen in their Pai Gow Poker and Five Card Mulligan games.
All of the casino table games available at Miami Club Casino can be accessed under the ‘table games’ game menu.
Progressive jackpots
There’s a small yet decent selection of progressive jackpot games available at Miami Club Casino, and while you won’t find multi million-dollar progressive jackpots like you would at online casinos that offers games from more established game developers like NetEnt, there’s some decent titles on offer – with some jackpots worth as much as $150,000, at the time of writing.
One of the things we do really like about the selection of progressive jackpot slot games at Miami Club Casino is the fact that you can easily and quickly view the current amount of the jackpots directly from the main progressive jackpot casino games page. This saves you from having to physically open up the game to view the jackpot – and it’s a nice touch.
About the Team and History
Miami Club Casino is one of the online casinos that’s owned, operated and managed by the guys over at the Deckmedia Group. They’ve been around for a pretty long time, and they run a number of different online casinos – Slotocash Casino which is probably the most well-known site in their portfolio, but also Red Stag Casino, Uptown Acres, Liberty Slots Casino, Fair Go Casino, and more. Miami Club Casino has become popular thanks to the influx of online slot games they offer, and a decent selection of casino games and video poker has also made the Miami Club Casino website appealing to players.
Miami Club Casino – and all of the other online casinos that the Deckmedia Group operates – are run out of Curacao, and this also means that their online gambling license is issued from the Government of Curacao. This is, naturally, a bit of a turn-off for many players and it’s definitely fair to say that Curacao doesn’t have the best reputation when it comes to resolving complaints and taking action against rogue operators.
However, Miami Club Casino is one of the few Curacao-licensed online casinos that you can really trust – and they have an active rep in the Casinomeister forum who’s shown themselves to be responsive, trustworthy – and helpful.
Complaints and Track Record
In keeping with our effort to be as transparent as possible when it comes to showcasing all things – good and bad – about an online casino, we’re going to show you what some players in our forum have to say about their experiences at Miami Club Casino. First, let’s hear from Najasaki, who had some issues regarding withdrawals.
“I’m just trying to understand the logic here. Miami Club Casino IS under normal circumstances an upstanding online casino.. Great customer service, decent payout time-frames. But how can an upper echelon online casino offer Bitcoin as a depositing method but not allow the option to withdraw using the same method.
I asked a CS rep and they have no clue as to why they don’t offer Bitcoin as a withdrawal method and don’t know if it will become an option anytime soon. Needless to say that when I noticed this, I immediately deposited elsewhere. Does anyone have an idea as to why they would do this?”
Googobucs made this comment about the payout speeds:
“My experience with Miami Club and that entire group is that they are very slow to pay, but they have always paid me. I found their CS to be quite poor. I had to come to the forum rep for their sister sites here to resolve even the simplest of problems.”
Another member, Hoff1985 had some questions about the know your customer (kyc) procedure – although the rep responded almost immediately to help clear them up:
“Hey Guys, I decided (even though I can only catch max. 50% bonuses via Skrill or Neteller) to give Miami Club another try… And after a couple of slots i gave Fat cat another chance (i remembered having a 200x pick during the feature and it happened again 🙂
Cashed out now 1502$ and will wait now 🙂 (For screen see winner screenshots)
Two things i have seen:
1.) I received an automatic email asking for docs (utility bill / id), I immediately sent those out. Does this happen to other people? I’m already verified with docs at Miami Club and at all other Deckmedia Casinos, so I don’t know why they’re asking again.
2.) I tried to contact Sloto via the “Rep” Link on the review page of Slotocash / Slots Capital at Casinomeister, but I always get an oops page… Can somebody fix that? I often use the reviews to directly find out the username of a Rep. Cheers, Hoff”
He checked back in a few days later, stating:
“just talked via LIVE CHAT to support… They say I should get it on Monday as security checks can take up to 72 hours after the documents have been verified… I just checked my emails again, and I was verified a long time ago…
But it sounds like a good way to delay, if i have to verify again on every withdrawal.
I found 2 old emails from 2013 where I was writing with “my personal VIP supporter” who is not there anymore and both times she wrote to me that “they’re just super-cautious” and my account is already verified. So I was verified already in 2013!
Really disappointed, so it will take a week to cashout from Miami Club. Back in the days I had the ability to speed up the process via VIP Support and Rep, both seem to not care anymore about my membership there, so I guess after this cashout I will say Bye Bye to Deckmedia at last…”
His issue was, eventually, resolved, however. Generally speaking, Miami Club Casino has a good reputation, although they can be a little slow when it comes to payouts. Just bear this in mind if you’re thinking about playing there for yourself.
