Fair Go Casino Review
Well run RTG Casino
Casinomeister's Verdict
FairGo Casino is a casino run by some of the most upstanding people in the online casino industry. Even though this is licensed by a flaccid licensing jurisdiction in the Caribbean, players should not have an issue here. If they do, they can find assistance with us.
Keep reading our Fairgo Casino review to learn all about this RTG-powered online casino and what you can expect to find when playing there for yourself.
RTG-powered online casino
First Impression
FairGo Casino is from the Deckmedia group – owners of a host of online casinos, including Miami Club Casino, SlotoCash, Uptown Acres, Red Stag Casino, Liberty Slots, and more. It’s an RTG mobile casino and instant, in-your-browser casino. They launched in 2017. While Fair Go Casino isn’t perfect (no online casino is, in fairness), they do a fairly good job in the online gambling world. Here at Casinomeister, they’re in the Greyzone – meaning they’re yet to be Accredited, but haven’t given us any reasons to be concerned.
Fair Go Casino is licensed in Curacao, which may turn off for some players. Like most RTG casinos, Fair Go Casino doesn’t hold a license from the MGA or the UKGC, which means players from the UK cannot join and play at the online casino.
There’s a decent selection of various games:
- Pokies and Slots: Caesar’s Empire, Lucha Libre, Crystal Waters, Lucky 6, Crazy Vegas, Count Spectacular, Cleopatra’s Gold, Bubble Bubble and many more!
- Table games: Pai Gow Poker, BlackJack, Baccarat, Face Up 21, Vegas Three Card Rummy, Super 21, Pontoon, Tri Card Poker.
- Progressives: Let’ Em Ride, Caribbean Hold’em Poker, Spirit of the Inca, Megasaur and a few more
- Video poker games with up to 52 hands
- Other games (specialty): American Roulette, Keno and Bingo, European Roulette, and the fun pokie, Treasure Tree!
Withdrawals may take up some time, and there’s also a limit of $8,050 AUD per week per customer. Fair Go Casino offers a fairly decent selection of payment methods for players to choose from – and later on in this casino review, Fair Go’s payment methods will be looked at in more detail.
We will also take an in-depth look at the welcome bonus, the other casino bonuses available and the VIP program – and it’s these bonuses and promotions that will kick off this review.

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
In today’s online gambling world, virtually all online casinos offer players a wide variety of bonuses and promotions, and Fair Go Casino is no exception. Below, we will take a look at the main welcome bonus promotion available to new players – and we’ll also look at details of the VIP scheme/loyalty program as well as the Fair Go Casino bonuses.
Welcome Offer
Fair Go Casino greets new players with a generous welcome bonus that allows you to claim up to $1,000 in bonus funds. These bonus funds are credited to your account over your first five deposits, so this means on each of your first five deposits, you’re able to claim a 100% matched deposit bonus up to $200.
Now, while some online casinos automatically credit welcome bonuses to your account, Fair Go Casino requires you to use a bonus code BEFORE confirming your deposit. The bonus code you need to input is “WELCOME” – and once you’ve made your deposit, the bonus funds will be automatically credited to your account.
As with almost all welcome bonuses, Fair Go Casino requires you to complete wagering requirements before you’re able to convert the bonus funds into real cash – and the wagering requirements for all five of the deposit bonuses are set at 30X. Actually, 30X for wagering requirements isn’t bad at all – and there are relatively few exclusions on which casino games you can play too. However, you’re unable to use bonus funds on any progressive jackpot games.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
While Fair Go Casino doesn’t currently have any no-deposit bonuses or no deposit free spins listed on their websites ‘bonuses and promotions’ page, they frequently run no-deposit promotions. Those are listed on their bonuses and promotions page when applicable.
They also send out promotional emails to both new and existing players, and these emails often contain exclusive no-deposit bonuses – so it’s worth keeping an eye on your inbox. Almost all of the no-deposit bonuses and no deposit free spins offered at Fair Go Casino come with wagering requirements of 60X; that’s quite high, but for a no-deposit bonus it’s not the worst in the world.
VIP and Loyalty Programs - Better Than Most Online Casinos?
All players at Fair Go Casino are automatically entered into a VIP scheme, and this is designed to reward you for being a loyal player at the online casino. Like many RTG casinos, Fair Go Casino’s VIP program works out a comp points system, and this means you’ll earn points each time you make a real-money wager.
There are several benefits to being a VIP at Fair Go Casino. One of the most common perks is the regular matched deposit bonuses. These are usually offered on a weekly basis and can be 100% matched deposit bonuses and even 200% matched deposit bonuses.
VIP players can also claim up to 40% cashback on net losses – although certain casino games are excluded from the promotion, and there’s a maximum on the amount of cashback you can receive each week.
Banking & Payment Methods
Fair Go Casino is well-suited for Kiwis. The online casino offers a wide variety of payment methods designed to ensure you’re able to make deposits and withdrawals most suitably for you. While Fair Go Casino doesn’t offer as many banking options as other online casinos, they cover all of the main bases – and naturally, they accept all major debit and credit cards, including VISA and MasterCard.
Neosurf and POLi are also available – and recently, Fair Go Casino has added support for Bitcoin. This allows you to make deposits of as little as $10, and ensures that you’re able to enjoy instant deposits and withdrawals. Other payment methods usually have a minimum deposit limit of $25.
Fair Go Casino doesn’t charge players any fees for making deposits, and once the deposit has been approved, the funds will be credited to your Fair Go Casino account immediately.
Withdrawal Speed
Withdrawals at Fair Go Casino are processed a little slower than at other online casinos – although this is quite typical at RTG sites. Once you submit a withdrawal request, Fair Go Casino will process your request within 2-3 working days. They don’t charge any fees for withdrawals, although there is a maximum cashout limit of $8,000 per week.
Responsible gaming
Fair Go Casino takes responsible gambling incredibly seriously. They have a dedicated help page on the website where you can find information and get support if you are worried about the amount of time or money that you are spending gambling online. The casino also offers you a number of tools to help you manage and control your gambling. Arguably the most common of these tools is the deposit limit function.
A deposit limit allows you to set a monetary cap on the amount of money you can deposit into your casino account on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once you have reached the limit that you set, you will no longer be able to deposit any money until the pre-set timeframe has elapsed.
In addition to the deposit limit tool, the casino also allows you to enter into a time-out or self-exclusion agreement, which is meant as harsher solution to help you spot gambling.
Unfortunately, the online casino does not allow you to set up any of these limits yourself, and we will need to contact a member of the casino’s customer support team to get them set up on your account. This is something we are not generally fans of as we believe players should be able to easily and quickly set up and control these limits themselves. In the future, we would like to see Fair Go Casino enabling players to set up, control and manage these limits from directly within their account.
KYC
One of the things that really changed in the last five years is that online casinos are subject to more rules and regulations than ever before. For example, one of the biggest regulations online casinos now need to follow is verification and anti-money laundering. This means that all regulated and reputable casinos are required to carry out what are known as know your customer checks players. These checks are used to confirm the identity of players to make sure that they are over the age of 18, and while these checks may be an annoyance, it’s worth pointing out that it is not the casino’s choice to do them; online gambling regulators require it.
When you play at Fair Go Casino, you will be required to undergo and complete and know your customer check before you are able to make a withdrawal. To pass this check you will need to upload proof of your identity and your address.
Acceptable documents include a copy of your passport or driver’s license. For proof of address, you can upload a copy of a utility bill, bank statement, or other official letter that shows your full name and address. Documents must be dated within the last three months.
From what we’ve heard from players who are active at the site, the customer support team tends to verify documents within 24 hours. It’s usually a lot less than this, and in some cases, it can take longer – but 24 hours is the ballpark you should expect to wait once you have submitted your documents before your withdrawal is processed.
Website Experience and Features
Desktop and Mobile Gaming
While our team was writing this casino review, one of the things that we wanted to look at was how the website was built. We always take great care to look at the website build when writing our casino reviews, as it’s essential the casino spends time creating a user-friendly playing experience.
One of the first things we noticed upon opening up a Fair Go Casino’s website was that there’s quite a dated look and feel to everything like almost all RTG casino websites. Until recently, the site was a flash-based casino, and it wasn’t until flash technology was phased out a few years ago that the casino was forced to pivot to HTML5 technology instead.
However, even though the casino now uses HTML 5 technology, there’s no denying that the overall look and feel of the website is dated, and it is a far cry from many of the modern European casinos you will find online.
That being said, the casino’s website is relatively fast and easy to use. You do not need to download or install any software to begin playing. Simply open up the website in your Internet browser, log into your account or create one if you are a new user, and you will be able to enjoy all of the games in instant play mode.
While there is no dedicated mobile casino app, Fair Go Casino is available on virtually all mobile devices, and again, you do not need to download or install anything to begin playing. Open up your mobile device’s Internet browser and you will be automatically redirected to a mobile-optimized version of the casino where you can access pretty much all of the games you’d find on the desktop version of the site.
We found the mobile casino to be surprisingly fast and we’ve tested it using both 4G and Wi-Fi connections. While the dated and old-fashioned design could be improved, overall, we feel that the developers have done a relatively good job making sure the mobile casino lives up to what players expect to see in 2022.
Brand games
Providers
Fair Go Casino is a RTG casino, which means that all of the Fair Go casino games you’ll find offered at the casino are, indeed, from Realtime Gaming.
There’s a decent selection of various games, and we’ll summarize these below before going into more depth in the following subsection of this online casino review.
- Pokies and Slots: Caesar’s Empire, Lucha Libre, Crystal Waters, Lucky 6, Crazy Vegas, Count Spectacular, Cleopatra’s Gold, Bubble Bubble and many more!
- Table games: Pai Gow Poker, BlackJack, Baccarat, Face Up 21, Vegas Three Card Rummy, Super 21, Pontoon, Tri Card Poker..

Slots
When it comes to games, Fair Go Casino’s biggest offering is undoubtedly their slot games – and there are more than 250 different video slots to enjoy. One of the most popular slot games at the online casino is Aladdin’s Wishes, an Arabic-inspired game-themed, of course, around Aladdin.
There’s some big win-potential during the base game if you can line up some a 5-of-a-kind combo of the higher-paying symbols, but the game’s real win-potential lies in the free spins bonus round, which is triggered by landing 3, 4, or 5 of the scatter symbols anywhere in view.
Another popular video slot is Bubble Bubble – which proved to be such a success for RTG that two sequels were made, aptly named Bubble Bubble 2 and Bubble Bubble 3.
We like that it’s possible to search for video slots at Fair Go Casino directly by name, as this ensures you don’t waste time manually trawling through the game library. You can also choose from different tabs, like ‘popular’ and ‘new’ to get an overview of some of the current top/new games.
Live Dealer Games
Unfortunately, Fair Go Casino does not offer players the chance to enjoy any form of live dealer games whatsoever – and this is something that we feel let the site down as a whole. We understand that RTG powered casinos cannot easily implement live dealer games, as the software provider does not develop any of their own. However, we would like to have seen the casino partner up with other well-known names in the industry like Evolution Gaming or NetEnt to ensure that players can enjoy live dealer games.
Today, live casino games are more popular than ever before, and many players actively search for these games when looking for a new online casino to sign up to and join. Casinos that don’t offer live dealer games are simply falling behind, and in the future, we would like to see the casino coming up with a solution to ensure that players can enjoy live dealer games at the site.
If and when this happens, we will update this casino review accordingly. Be sure to check back from time to time as our team of online gambling experts continually monitor casinos fairly changes that may have been made.
Roulette
There is a pretty good selection of roulette games to enjoy at Fair Go Casino, and while the selection isn’t as extensive as we’ve seen some more modern sites today, you should be able to find you.
Naturally, you will find classics like European Roulette and American Roulette. There are also a few more unique versions of the game, including a progressive jackpot version that allows you to win tens of thousands of dollars when placing a progressive bet.
Strangely, roulette games do not have their dedicated tab on the main game navigation menu, so you will find all of the roulette games nestled under the main casino table games.
Blackjack
There is a pretty good selection of Blackjack games to enjoy at Fair Go Casino, and you’ll be able to find yourself playing everything from classics like European single-hand Blackjack, to multi-hand Blackjack pro high definition. We like the Blackjack games at Fair Go Casino because the minimum bet on some tables is just $0.50, so players on all types of budgets can enjoy the action.
Like roulette, Blackjack games are not nestled under their tab, and you will find them in the main casino table games section under the game navigation menu.
Table Games and Video Poker
While RTG casinos don’t typically have the largest array of casino table games, beggar casino offers a relatively good selection. In addition to roulette and Blackjack, you will find casino classics to enjoy, such as Caribbean Stud and Casino Hold’em. There are a whopping 52 different video poker machines you to enjoy, too.
All of the casino table games are under the casino games tab on the main game navigation menu and there is also the ability to search the games directly by that name.
Progressive jackpots
One of the most popular things that players look for at an online casino is the progressive jackpot games available, and Fair Go Casino does a pretty good job of ensuring players can enjoy a wide variety of titles to choose. As you’d expect, all of the progressive jackpot games are from RTG, which means that you won’t find some of the more iconic titles like Microgaming Mega Moolah.
However, while you won’t find any multi-million-dollar jackpots available to play, you will find games to have jackpots worth up to $500,000, and this should be enough to suit the needs of the vast majority of players.
All of the progressive jackpot games at Fair Go Casino are under the progressives tab on the main game navigation menu, which is on the left-hand side of the page.
About the Team and History
Fair Go Casino was launched in 2017, and it’s one of the many RTG casinos that make up part of the Deck Media Group of sites – one of the most trusted operators in the industry. While writing this Fair Go Casino review, we found that there are relatively few complaints about the brand, and this Fair Go Casino review showed that the site cares about its players.
Whether it’s their generous deposit bonus, the multi-tiered welcome bonus (one of the best welcome bonus promotions we’ve seen in a while), the wide variety of online casino games, the progressive jackpots, the Realtime Gaming video poker machines – Fair Go Casino has it all, and they’ve done a great job in ensuring that players have access to pretty much everything you could want when gambling online.
Complaints and Track Record
Fair Go Casino has a fairly solid reputation – but we always like to show both sides of the coin, so below, we will look at some of the negative experiences that players have had with the site. One of our members, Michael Byrne, posted the following:
“After signing up with Fair Go Casino I had a good streak and completed my 30 x wagering plus more. I went through the whole process of verifying my account where they requested copies of my photo ID, bank statement, copy of my credit card front and back, and my passport. I reluctantly completed this and received an email confIrming everything was verified.
I was now able to submit my withdrawal request which I had 4 Neteller requests 3 x $2500 and 1 x $450. Totalling $7950. After 3 days I ended up emailing the support team providing them with my account I’D and secure ID as I had still heard nothing. I have woken this morning to all 4 transactions being declined and no notification apart from a noreply email which states only “exceeds max bet rule” I have emailed them and tried the live chat and even called but no response.
After finally tracking down the terms and conditions for the casino I can see it has a max bet rule on all bonuses. During my playthrough the max bet in the games were all capped and I couldn’t bet any higher than what the game would allow. I’m really frustrated and really do not know what I can do or where to go as they have now credited my online account with $20 which I find offensive. There is a lack of communication as they haven’t attempted to contact me to explain or even justify their actions. $7950 is a lot of money to have just taken away without justifiable cause. I believe I have met the T and C’s as I have kept to the max bet as stated and allowed by the game played. This is my first issue I have had with an online casino and it’s actually put off from using them again.
Any help or direction on what I have to do is much appreciated.”
And Harry_BKK – a once-prominent user here at Casinomeister – was even less impressed:
“Wouldn’t touch it with a 1-mile barge pole, TBH.
Now, we insiders know Deckmedia and how to find out who’s behind FairGo but look at that website:
- website designed by a 10-year old…oops, sorry, i’ll take that back, it must have been a 5-year old in kindergarten
- no license information to be found anywhere on the site
- no operator / owner information
- only RTG games, would not give those crooks a single cent :puke:
- WR on bonuses –> 30x D+B
- Lots of bonuses and codes on offer but if you take 2-3 in a row you risk not getting paid
- 48 hours pending on withdrawals
- withdrawal limit – A$10,000 / week
- bonus terms full of “ifs” and “buts”
- only big winners under “recent winners”
- “T&C’s” full of liability disclaimers for the casino operator
These are the items from looking at the site for just 5 minutes, that was already too much time spent on it as it will help them with their Google score.”
And finally, here’s Hydr0’s experience when he asked for information about the Fair Go Casino license:
“I felt it was important enough to share this with you all. My specific issue with this casino may not bother some of you that are thinking of joining, or those of you who are already members there and have enjoyed their gaming experience to date, and feel safe.
Signed up, read through all terms and conditions. No information re-licensing as previously noted by Harry_BKK. Bothered me quite a bit, so I contacted live chat requesting licensing information.
After considerable waiting times in chat the reply I received was words to the effect of…. we can’t give that information to you, it’s not allowed. After a little polite pushing, I was advised: “it’s somewhere in the Caribbean, if that’s what you want to know”. Wasn’t impressed by that response at all; clearly evasive, so I asked if they’re licensed in Curacao.
The agent advised once again that he isn’t allowed by the casino to provide this information to players. ‘Fair Go’ I thought, why the secrecy? If they’re not willing to be open and honest about this type of stuff upfront, what else down the track that I consider to be important gaming knowledge will they be resistant to sharing?
I told the agent that I wasn’t happy with his reply and I requested immediate closure of my account, which was honored without delay. I’m glad my request to close my account didn’t drag on, but it appears that a quick account close was more convenient for the casino instead of providing a clear answer on my question about licensing jurisdiction.
I’m glad to see that some of you are reporting positive experiences to date, but their resistance to providing licensing information (which should be stock standard in a casino’s terms and conditions) is a red flag for me, and doesn’t inspire much trust and confidence at all.
I understand that creditable online gaming options are quickly becoming scarce for Australians, but please don’t feel the need to rush in and play real money at casinos that aren’t willing to be 100% open and honest regarding important player information such as a casinos licensing jurisdiction. This info should always be readily available, and hiding it from players is questionable practice imv. Please proceed with caution if this is important to you.
Note: I see that Brian has Fair Go Casino listed here as being licensed in Curacao. Good thing someone credible knows where they’re licensed!”
