Is this a common/ standard condition?

To be honest, I think this is totally fair :) - I can only dream of playing @ £5 a spin lol

10p is pushing it these days.

20p is usually my limit too but with a bigger cash balance Than I've ever had before, waiting for a withdrawal, i kinda went crazy wreckless (which is gonna go down as an all time major judgement error)....
It's what happens when you carelessly mess around with the superbet feature on Spin Sorceress, then alter troll hunter bet on mobile where it's hard to see the amount when ur baby is trying to eat the phone lol x

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!
This was in the Trada terms on their Christmas Calendar on a day when they had 50FS on deposit on offer.

"A £/€/$5 maximum bet is enforced on your entire deposit when claiming this promotion, regardless of when the Free Spins are played."

Hi Harry,

I think there might be some confusion here, so just to clarify a few things.

Christmas Calendar Promotions

The term you are referring to was a temporary measure to combat some extremely difficult bonus abuse we were experiencing during the Christmas promotion. These specific players were extremely easy to spot, and this term was not intended to be implemented on our regular players. It was used as a deterrent to players who intended to take advantage of the offers in ways I cannot go into on a public forum. We don't use this term on our promotions anymore. If you do ever spot a term that is out of character for TradaCasino feel free to check on live chat - as it's likely you will be told that term would not be implemented on your account.

Maximum Bet (Skrill/Neteller)

This is a similar story - Trada (and many other casinos) have been experiencing high levels of bonus abuse from groups using e-wallets. You may have noticed a number of casinos decided to remove bonuses from Skrill & Neteller completely, but we did not want to damage the experience of our regular players. It is for this reason the maximum bet was reduced to £/$/€2 on e-wallet bonuses. Again, this is a deterrent, and as we state in the term you can simply ask live chat to up your maximum bet and we can do so. The only situations where this request is refused is where we spot that the person requesting this has engaged in fraudulent behaviour.

It is also worth mentioning that even in the case of a maximum bet breach, we do not seize all funds. Instead, we return the player balance to the level they were at when the term was first broken. As far as I am aware we are the only casino to do this. Announcement here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/maximum-bet-t-cs.76994/

Maximum bet term:

The maximum bet associated with a bonus is £/€/$5 or 50 kr for all deposit methods excluding Neteller and Skrill which have a maximum bet of £/€/$2 or 20 kr per round. TradaCasino may increase this maximum bet limit for Skrill or Neteller depositors once prior approval has been obtained from Support via live chat or email.

Players who are found to have breached the maximum bet term who have (i) Claimed a bonus (ii) Completed wagering requirements and (iii) Requested a withdrawal, will have both their balance and remaining wagering requirements reset to the level they were at before breaking the term. This exception can only be made once per account and cannot be applied after the bonus and deposit is spent. Players who breach this rule for a second time after having their balance reset risk having their winnings forfeited.

I hope that clears up your concerns but if you have any other questions feel free to ask,

Thanks,

Rachel.

Trada

Sorry Rachel at Trada that you have been pulled into my whinging. I play at your casino too and have never had any issues. Thank you for going to the trouble of explaining the need for similar clauses from a casinos point of view...

As you have explained, terms like this are there to prevent bonus abuse. This is what has upset me the most.

I play online a lot and accept all losses graciously. I have put far, far more into the online casinos than I have ever taken out. I accept that I chose to gamble and that a win shouldn't be expected. I mostly play to help me calm down (my time to relax/ recreational time) after hard days at work. I appreciate the steps that are taken to deter fraudsters as these are in every honest persons interest.

This is why it feels so unjust that STAYBET are enforcing this clause so insistently. I am a genuine player (stupidly naive and trusting obviously. My own fault some might say). I read the heading entitled 'maximum bet when meeting wagering requirements' but didn't read the rest carefully enough. I gave up with the poor grammar attempts.

It isn't even listed under the heading 'Terms', if I'm being particularly picky about the use of headings/ subheadings and numbering of statements.

Anyway, I digress....apologies for dragging others into my foolish error. If you're off to London, enjoy! I might have even treated myself to a Virgin SuperTrain down to join you had I received my winnings lol x

Sorry Rachel, this was in no way to pull you into this especially on a level with Staybet. It was just an example of a similar term I had seen before.

Thanks ever so much for clearing that all up, I fully understand and agree with you on the term being put into the T&C's as a deterrent.

Don't be silly! It's important that different versions/amendments to terms are discussed and I'm glad this was brought up here - I am afraid we may have scared players off with that term back in December and I'm delighted to have an opportunity to explain why we implemented it.

I'm heading to London on Thursday, hopefully you might make it next year?

No problem at all Harry, and thanks for asking the question. I would hate for you to think it was a permanent fixture in our terms so I'm just glad I had the chance to clarify

Jonno777 no longer a supababe more like a supa-fool. Shame the name dunover is taken.

I asked STAYBET for my game history for the last month (as I think this is how long I have been a member). I don't quite understand this reply.... as it's from the person who basically told me tough luck, I'd broken the terms and that I was welcome to comment on whichever forum I liked...

Hi,

What is it that you need a month game rounds for from us? We would be glad to assist if there is anything we can help you with?

Best regards

I'm not sure, but I think it's only Playtech out of those you mentioned who do that. Or at least, it's only Playtech who ALLOW the casino to decide if they want to pay it in one lump sum, or drip feed over decades...
Some (all?) IGT jackpots are paid in instalments too - but that's controlled by THEM, not the casino.

And yes, it was Joyless Casino who blackmailed some poor player into giving up half her $millions jackpot, or risk dying of old age before she got all her money

On topic; This rule at StayAndBet - (but not too high - even with your OWN money) is outrageous!
They should at least be in the rogue pit for this and I hope that they lose their licence too (if they have one!)
Totally criminal.

KK

IGT jackpots are now all paid in full, they used to pay in instalments on the mega jackpots but changed them a couple of years ago to make them full pay.

As you say Playtech are the only ones who allow their casinos to drip feed the payments, if you ever get the same from a Mg or Netent casino then just contact MG or Netent direct and it will be sorted and paid in full.

Hi all

Just wanted to ask the experienced payers out there if this was usually seen in the conditions?

'After the wager requirement has been fulfilled, the €5 casino max bet rule and €25 max sport bet rule still applies up until all funds from the wagered bonus has been withdrawn, since these funds originate from the bonus.'

I have seen max bet limit whilst meeting wagering requirements for a bonus but not after the balance has moved from bonus to cash....

Thanks in advance x

This is ridiculous from the Casinos point of view, if I won 2,500 say, it is in the casinos interest to let me play it off and lose it, with these rules I am much more likely to withdraw it and maybe just deposit a couple of hundred back to play with as I wish, they may catch a couple of people early on with this but then lose the player with a stupid rule.

Some places just really don't have a clue about player retention. A long term customer should be the aim of all casinos.

They just confiscated €2500+ For spins I played more than a day after i had met wagering for the bonus

If it is in the terms and cons is it pointless trying to persue?

strange how someone in lancashire uk is playing in euros on a non gambling commission licensed casino,

these PA trolls really do make the silliest of mistakes

I'm sorry, but that is a bit of a silly statement.

I live in the UK and I play licensed and unlicensed casinos in £, € and $US.
There are various reasons why - and none of those make me a "PA troll"... at least, I hope not!

Ricky, u were still at primary school when i started online gaming.

Yes I realise the error of this decision thank you.

If you have nothing positive to add to the thread or advice to give then kindly keep your insults and rude opinions away from my thread...

I know this post was a year ago. But I had to correct Ricky's post. I too am in the UK. And if you made an account at those casinos before the UKGC licenses came in. All of our accounts we had would be in those currencies they had. Take for example Leovegas Casino, I made my account with them before they had the UKGC License. And I have requested them to change my account to pounds, but they said They couldn't. And the only way was for me to create a new account. Which I would not do because that could then cause further issues!

They don’t have a UKGC yet , but they advertised like they are, send tones of emails lie to you that they have. They are a bunch of crooks.

I wasn't talking about the casino in this thread. I was talking in general about why people who made accounts at casinos before they acquired a UKGC license!

Oh I see well sorry. I always like to take every opportunity to remind people about this bunch of crooks

You seem to have a vendetta, And this is not overly tolerated on this forum! You are now posting new threads about the same casino as well. You need to stop and let it drop. You might risk getting banned! Just a friendly warning to ya :)
