Bodog - What a joke

I’ve played at Bodog for a while - they will never get a penny from me again.
On Tuesday of this week I receive an email…


I’m a gambler - I like March Madness and slots, I like 100% bonuses - especially 5 of them. I log into my account - go to make a deposit and click on the “Choose your bonus” button - there’s nothing there. Because I’ve been down this sketchy alley before , I decide to make sure it’s safe and chat their “support”. I explained the issue to which I was told that in order to activate the bonus I would have to click on the “Bet Now” link visible in the screenshot…..


The agent above got me to verify my account, send screenshot of email I received, left me waiting for 5 minutes to verify the information and came back with the above information and instructions.

So I follow our trusty support agents instructions - deposit $75 - go back to site… my $75 is there, but no bonus. Aaaaaannnd of course here we go back to waste more time on a chat. This time I figured it was a system error and the bonus just wasn’t applied - not so fast…. Down the rabbit hole I go with this new “agent”.


I was ready to punch a baby in the face after this exchange. I did not receive any email stating the offered promotion had been cancelled - it was valid until March 24 per their own email, I was told how to activate this bonus by one agent just to be told the “marketing team” had pulled it within 48 hours. This agent also asked me to wait while she looked into the matter to come back with this information…. As if this isn’t happening to everyone who’s been offered the promotion - as I’m the first one to chat and ask “what’s going on here?” The sheer audacity and scam tactic is disgusting. Then to be told “anti money laundering” would not allow me to withdraw the money I JUST DEPOSITED…. Probably sitting there having a good chuckle at my expense.
Figured I’d return the favour and share with the good folks on here to stay away from this pile of shit of a site - and if you do have an account - close it as soon as possible.

If anyone DOES have one - please log in and see if that bonus is available and let me know - then close the account .

Off to load up at one of their competitors. I’m going to leave that money in there until I see what I consider to be a “lock” of a sports bet a few times and hopefully run out hat 75 up to 7500 before I leave town and tell them to shove it up their collective asses anymore than I already have.

That reeks of dodgy clip shot joint standard of casino. The kind of nonsense you would’ve got if you had made the mistake of depositing at Cool Cat/Cirrus casino back in the day.

After the first agent interaction where they confirmed you will get a 100% match bonus they should absolutely honour the offer.

Perhaps we can give them the old “PAB Smear” … I drilled the second agent real good like… without saying to much I suggested she find a new job and asked her to tell her bosses and “marketing team” to go f**k themselves in between being the wordsmith I can pretend to be from time to time. What really got me going at first was the “ya but you didn’t deposit 5 times” bullshit just to turn around and say the bonus was yanked. Then when I say I’m going to close my account to pull out the money laundering comment was more than I could bare. I wish they had the “save chat” option - I would have shared it here so all could relive that half hour with me.

Why do casinos mostly hire people as cs that have never gambled a cent in their lives and have zero clue about how casinos work? You'd think they would have to have some idea about the business they're representing.
