Zoome Casino Review
A relatively new place with no shortage of games
Casinomeister's Verdict
Zoome Casino has got all the basics sorted out. There’s no shortage of games, they have just the right amount of special offers, and enough payment options to make even the pickiest players’ mouths water.
Yet, there are still points where they underperform. The welcome bonus could definitely be more generous, and their responsible gaming tools, although chock-full, cannot be activated until you get in touch with their customer support. If these don’t seem like a dealbreaker for you, Zoome Casino is a good place to play overall.

Full suite of responsible gaming tools
From the Desk of Max Drayman
Zoome Casino has no record of player complaints here at Casinomeister, but they’re a relatively new casino, so not surprising there hasn’t been much on them yet. But since they’re a Dama property, we expect nothing less than players being treated fairly. Whatever the Dama property may be, fair player treatment, professionalism, and reliability are pretty much guaranteed. This all adds up to a thumbs up from us in the Complaints department.
First Impression
As soon as the Zoome Casino homepage loaded, we immediately spotted their quirky gold-colored gecko mascot calling us to jump in on their welcome deposit offer.
A few scrolls down to the bottom of the page, there’s the parent company info, a link to their GCB certificate, all the payment methods they work with, and the software companies they teamed up with.
So far, no issues. But we never fall into the trap of believing the first thing we see when writing casino reviews, so that’s why we put Zoome Casino under close scrutiny, and down below, we give you the full lowdown of this place.
Pros
-
A full suite of responsible gaming tools
-

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
Zoome Casino seems to go quite big on promotions. On top of the usual stuff reserved for newcomers, loyal players get to claim everything from cashback, and highroller reload, to spinning their wheel of fortune. Sounds great in theory, but let’s see if there’s a catch.
Welcome Bonus
Once we signed up at Zoome Casino and deposited the initial $20, we were in the clear to claim their welcome bonus — a 100% up to $350, plus additional 100 free spins. Later on we found out that depending on the player’s location, the total welcome bonus amount they see could differ.
Since the bonus we got to claim didn’t exactly scream generosity, we referred to the fine print to see if there’s anything more player-friendly tucked away there.
Turns out, they have a 40x wagering requirement on the bonus amount that you must clear within 3 days if you want to see that money in your wallet.
Does it sound like a fair thing? Well, it depends on how big of a roller you are. If you’re used to playing casually and stretching the bankroll, we’d say better don’t get too excited. Players who usually already bet big could stand a chance, but the final prize may seem like a pocket change for them.
At least the bonus is non-sticky, so there’s a little upside after all.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
While we were checking out Zoome Casino, they weren’t giving out any no-deposit or no-deposit free spins deals. In case they rethink things at any point in time, we’ll make sure to update this review.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
The folks behind Zoome Casino came up with a 6-tiered VIP program that, from the looks of it, actually gives back to loyal players. There’s cashback that increases as you progress through the levels, higher withdrawal limits, daily deposit insurance, and custom bonuses.
But, the cracks start to show as we move on to details on how you become one of their VIPs. To reach the first level, you’ll need to deposit $6,000 and stake up a total of $60,000 in one quarter, OR fast-track your way up by putting down $1,500 in one day.
What this boils down to is that if you plan on sticking to mid-stakes bets (or god forbid playing casually), you won’t even sniff the Zoom Casino’s VIP club. The long and short of it — looks like a loyalty club, feels like an exclusive high-roller lounge.
Banking & Payment Methods
Even though Zoome Casino is not strictly a crypto casino, they do have enough crypto payment options to please die-hard fans. There’s Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, and Tether.
Traditional options don’t lack either, so you’ll probably find (depending on your location, of course) Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. E-wallets made the cut too, so there’s Payz, Jeton, Skrill, eZeeWallet, and Neteller.
The minimum deposit stands at $20 for fiat and it can vary for crypto, ranging from 0.0001 BTC to 1 DOGE.
Withdrawal Speed
Withdrawals at Zoome Casino seem to be quick, taking them 24 hours tops to process your cashout request.
Withdrawal options-wise, you should be able to take out your winnings the same way you’ve deposited cash, but there could be some regional restrictions there. We spotted a few gaps there ourselves once we tried to test out withdrawals (a good deal of fiat options were missing), but this could be a regional thing.
Anyhow, once you’re ready to cash out, you’ll be capped at $3,000/day, $7,000/week, $20,000/month. Not great for big wins, but not terrible overall — we’ve seen worse.
Responsible Gaming
Zoome Casino’s responsible gaming section is a sight for sore eyes, and we’re not saying this lightly. Once you hit their Responsible gaming page, you’ll see them quite elaborately explaining how you can activate all the features, including deposit, loss, wager, session limits, the cooling off option, and self-exclusion.
There’s also the section where they list external resources players can refer to in case they feel like their gambling habits are getting out of hand.
Yet, they fall flat when it comes to actually using their responsible gaming features. If you want to see any of those tools in action, you’ll have to reach out to Zoome Casino’s customer support. We all know how annoying that can be for players, so this kind of defeats the whole point of having so many tools available in the first place.
Customer Support at Zoome
You can get in touch with Zoome Casino’s customer support through their chat widget by sending them an email or dropping them a message on WhatsApp. When in a rush, the chat widget and WhatsApp are definitely your best bets for quick answers. They usually get back to you in just a few minutes, at least, that’s what happened to us while checking out Zoome Casino. Every time we popped open the chat widget, we were met with super friendly staff who quickly sorted out our issues.

KYC
The KYC process at Zoome Casino is pretty standard and similar to what you’d find at other places. You can jumpstart your identity verification straight from your profile settings after signing up. Just upload your proof of ID (passport, driver’s license, or ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or phone bill), and proof of payment.
If you don’t go that route and don’t upload the documents right away, they’ll probably ask you for your ID confirmation at some point, but most likely once you try to make your first withdrawal. To make things much easier, take matters into your own hands and upload everything right after you register so you don’t run into any hiccups later on.
Zoome Casino Experience and Features
Everything about Zoome Casino’s website screams ‘look at me.’ There’s the dark background with pops of yellow everywhere, and lighthearted mascots luring players to jump in on promotions. Thankfully, nothing comes off as too harsh, since the dark backdrop balances out everything perfectly.
On the feature front, there’s nothing revolutionary there (as there usually isn’t). The search bar can lead you to your preferred titles or software providers, but that’s all they’ve got.
We couldn’t find their app in Google Play or Apple Store, but that didn’t spoil the mood for us since there were no lags on mobile.
Brand games
Game Providers
Zoome Casino joined hands with 100+ software providers, including familiar faces such as Pragmatic Play, Platipus, Novomatic, Booming Games, Evolution, Yggdrasil, and the like. They also feature a handful of new and emerging studios such as Apparat Gaming and ELA Games, showing they’re thinking about players who’d like to shake things up a bit, too.
Zoome Slots
Nailing down the total number of Zoome Casino slots would probably take some work, but from what we’ve seen they didn’t cheap out when it comes to variety. You’ll see everything from classic five-reelers such as Yggdrasil’s Valley of the Dead, to BGaming’s well-known grid slot Aztec Magic Bonanza.
Live Casino
Zoome Casino’s Live dealer section doesn’t lack variety either. They’ve joined forces with a bunch of major live casino developers, including Evolution Gaming, 7Mojos, Iconic21, Atmosfera, among others, so now they offer everything from American Roulette, Blackjack Classic, and Caribbean Stud Poker, to Lightning Ball, and Dragon Tiger.
There’s also a nice stash of game shows tucked in their Live Casino section, but since it’s not that intuitive to clock them, we’d say it’d be way easier if they had their own separate category.
About the Zoome Team and History
Zoome Casino is run by Dama N.V., a company registered in Curaçao, with hundreds of brands under its umbrella, including Bitkingz, Oshi Casino, and King Billy Casino. Lots of those brands are Casinomeister-accredited casinos, which sets the bar really high for Zoome Casino, too.
Complaints and Track Record
As we always do while rating casinos, we do a thorough check of every platform’s complaints and track record, and that’s what we did with Zoome Casino, too.
Turns out, nothing on the complaints end here at Casinomeister, which isn’t that much surprising considering they’ve launched in 2022 — so relatively new. Nonetheless, if anything does come out at any point, we’re pretty confident that it’ll get sorted out quickly, especially knowing how their parent company usually handles things.
