The support section isn’t spared from some of the site’s questionable design choices. There’s no contact form, the contact email is buried in the Help Center, and they didn’t reply to our queries there in over 5 business days. If you open up the live chat, it’s fronted by a bot that directs you to another bot before directing you to a customer support agent.

When talking to the support team, the situation wasn’t much better. We talked to several agents, some misunderstood questions, others would give us copy pasted walls of text in response to simple queries, and questions about terms got the famous “please read the terms” treatment. All in all, not a very good experience.

The only upside here is that the live chat does genuinely seem to be available 24/7 and the Help Center covers a broad range of subjects, so it just might help you resolve your issue without having to deal with support.

WatchMySpin Casino has a simple theme consisting of dark shades of blue, and the site doesn’t really have a distinct visual identity. It’s pretty generic, dominated by simple casino visuals like slots, roulette wheels, and chips. Nothing overly memorable, but it’s simple and non-intrusive, so it works.

When it comes to actual functionality, it’s a different story. The navigation is a bit clunky, as the sidebar provides only a couple of shortcuts, so you may have to jump from page to page a few times to find what you need. The search is also quite basic and only allows simple title search with no filters or tags, and the site generally feels a bit rough around the edges.

There’s also no mobile app, but the mobile site is surprisingly well optimized, probably better than the desktop version. The bottom bar gives quick access to slots, live casino games, and the cashier section, everything works smoothly, and even the UI elements are just the right size for mobile. Definitely a plus for anyone who prefers playing on their phone.

Browsing games by provider is a mess, though. For some reason, someone thought it would be a good idea to load up all the games from every provider when you open up the provider list, and you need to scroll through all them to get to the brand you’re looking for. It literally defeats the point, but you can actually search providers through the search bar and see only their games.

With so many providers, it goes without saying that WatchMySpin has thousands of online slots on offer. They can be browsed by several categories, and the only slot subcategory is progressive jackpots, with nothing for megaways or bonus buys. There’s also a “Casino” category for table games, and you can also easily view your favorites and new additions to the site.

Then there’s a “Casual” category that includes everything from crash games and keno to some slots, as well as a “Vegas” category that seems to have all sorts of slot games bunched together with no rhyme or reason. All in all, the browsing experience could be better, especially since the search is quite simple and title-based with no filters.

After the low-key mess that was the slots section, the live casino was a pleasant surprise. You can easily narrow down your selection to blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and game shows, making it easier to find what you need. However, the overall selection is quite limited, featuring less than 100 games in total from Playtech and Evolution Gaming. It’s still good that they have a live games section, but you’ll likely find a better selection at other online casinos.
