UpSpinz has clearly been busy. Nearly 16,000 games, 126 providers, promotions appearing practically every day, and enough payment methods to fill a small spreadsheet. There’s plenty going on here, but what it hasn’t been busy doing is fixing the things that actually matter, Given who’s behind it, that’s not a surprise.
The bonuses are a prime example. Offers for almost every day of the week sound fantastic until you meet the 30x and 35x wagering requirements, lengthy excluded-game lists, and enough small print to make your eyes glaze over. Then there’s the payment setup, where Visa and Mastercard withdrawals are nowhere to be found, a €100 minimum withdrawal applies and players are limited to €500 a day. Not exactly making your money easy to get hold of.
On top of that, responsible gambling tools are disappointingly bare, the VIP programme won’t tell you what you actually need to do to become a VIP, and the supposedly 24/7 live chat left us waiting 21 minutes for an agent. We also can’t ignore the €1 million Spanish fine handed to operator Famagousta B.V. in 2022. More importantly, this is the same operator behind Frostybet, where we recently saw a legitimate player complaint submitted through our PAB simply ignored and the case closed without resolution. UpSpinz may not have complaints on record yet, but its own operator already has a documented history of what happens when one shows up.
Overall, our UpSpinz casino review finds a site with plenty going for it, but just as many reasons to be critical. The sheer size of the game library is impressive, but when bonuses come with strings attached, withdrawals have frustrating limits and player protection feels like an afterthought, there are better places to spend your time.

There’s a distinct sense of deja-vu here with another casino we recently reviewed (FrostyBet). Given that they’re part of the same casino group — Famagousta BV — perhaps no one should be surprised. Casino launched in 2025 with no record of complaints on Casinomeister. Licensed in Curaçao , so that’s a “meh.” Self-exclusion is an “email us, wait 24 hours, explain yourself” affair which is very much not fit for purpose (thumbs-down). Complaints that can’t be resolved default to contacting “the relevant authorities” which is another thumbs-down: the only “relevant authority” is the CGA but they won’t respond to individual player complaints. All in all this is pretty underwhelming: your safety net is threadbare (at best) and the casino has made no attempt to present themselves as anything but another cookie-cutter white label. We’d strongly advise proceeding with extra caution.

UpSpinz has more promotions than most online casinos, with something running from Monday to Sunday, plus extras such as welcome and crypto offers. That variety is a definite positive, but unfortunately, the quality of the promotions is seriously undermined by some pretty bad terms and conditions.
The wagering requirements are the biggest problem. Depending on the offer, players can be hit with 30x or 35x wagering requirements, and that can turn a seemingly generous bonus into a seriously demanding grind. For example, a €100 bonus with a 30x requirement means putting €3,000 through the casino before the bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. At 35x, that jumps to €3,500. That’s a lot of spinning just to get access to money that initially looked like a bonus.
And it doesn’t stop there. Some Free Spin winnings are also subject to 35x wagering, bonuses can expire after just seven or 10 days, and there are minimum and maximum bet limits that won’t count towards wagering if you stray outside them. There’s an enormous list of games that don’t contribute to bonus wagering, while certain bonus offers come with maximum winnings that can be far lower than the headline figures suggest.
So yes, there’s plenty of choice here, and that’s worth crediting. But when the small print is this bad, having a promotion for practically every day of the week starts to feel a bit like being offered seven different headaches. UpSpinz has plenty of bonuses, but players will need to work seriously hard to make the most of them.
VIP and Loyalty Programme
UpSpinz’s VIP Club sounds pretty swanky, offering dedicated account management, faster withdrawals and personalised promotions with “very low wagering requirements.” The catch? You have no idea what you actually need to do to get through the velvet rope.
It states that VIP status is based on the “frequency” of your activity, without giving a deposit amount, wagering target, or playing frequency to work towards. Membership isn’t permanent either, so you’ll need to keep playing to retain it.
The perks may sound decent, but the lack of transparency is frustrating. If players are expected to play more to earn VIP status, they should at least know where the finish line is.
UpSpinz Casino Payment Options and Withdrawal Speed
UpSpinz has a decent range of withdrawal methods, including bank transfers, regional banking services, payment providers such as Jeton, MiFinity and LuxonPay, plus a hefty lineup of cryptocurrencies. But there’s a pretty glaring omission: no Visa or Mastercard anywhere in sight. This isn’t some UpSpinz quirk, but how the whole operator’s network is built.
That’s particularly frustrating for withdrawals. Players can cash out through bank transfers, e-wallets or crypto, but there’s no straightforward card payout option from a trusted, familiar provider. Instead, UpSpinz leans heavily into crypto, offering Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Solana, Tron and more.
Withdrawal speeds aren’t exactly lightning-fast either. E-wallet and crypto withdrawals can take up to 72 hours, while bank transfers stretch to 3-7 days. There are no withdrawal fees and they support weekend payouts, which are both welcome. However, the €100 minimum withdrawal and €500 daily cap are less appealing, particularly when the monthly limit is capped at €7,000.
The payment range looks impressive at first glance, but the lack of conventional card options and reliance on crypto make it less convenient than it should be.
UpSpinz takes KYC seriously, requiring ID, proof of address and proof of payment to verify accounts. That’s a good thing for keeping players and payments secure, but there’s one important catch: after requesting a withdrawal, players have just 48 hours to submit any requested documents, with reviews taking up to three business days. Our advice? Get verified when you create your account and save yourself the last-minute faff.

The layout is useful, too. You can scroll through each provider and see a visual snapshot of its top 16 games, along with the total number of titles. It makes checking out the selection fairly straightforward without having to trawl through the entire casino.

UpSpinz has 13,409 slot games out of 15,957 titles in total, so slots make up the overwhelming majority of the casino’s library. They’re easy enough to browse through the dedicated slots category, although the search filters are pretty limited, with providers being the main option available.
We’d obviously prefer more ways to narrow things down based on what we actually fancy playing, but we did like the recommended games section. Sometimes you don’t want to spend ten minutes filtering through thousands of slots; you just want someone to pick one for you, and this makes that easy.

UpSpinz has 622 live casino games, with providers including Evolution, BetGames, Ezugi and Eeze. Pragmatic Play is a noticeable omission, although given it doesn’t appear elsewhere on the site, that’s hardly surprising.
The selection covers the essentials, with poker, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and game shows all available. There’s nothing particularly groundbreaking here, but it ticks the boxes for a solid live casino selection.
UpSpinz Casino Experience and Features
This might be one of the most aggressively generic casino designs we’ve seen. It’s the classic casino purple. There’s no real theme to speak of, and very little that makes it stand out from the crowd. You could swap the logo for another casino and probably wouldn’t notice much difference.
That isn’t necessarily a bad thing, though. The site ticks the basic boxes and provides plenty of useful information throughout, making navigation smooth and straightforward without throwing unnecessary clutter at you. Everything is where you’d expect it to be, which makes finding games and casino features pretty painless.
Performance was solid during testing, too. Slot games loaded within seconds, while the live casino took a little longer, but still loaded without any major delays. There’s no dedicated mobile app, although the website works well through a mobile browser, so you can still take your games on the go without needing to download anything.
Responsible Gambling
UpSpinz talks a big game about responsible gambling, but the actual tools available to players are pretty thin. There are essentially just two: self-exclusion and cool off.
That’s not enough. Players are largely left to take responsibility for their own behaviour without many of the extra bumpers we’d expect from a casino trying to actively prevent gambling harm. There’s plenty of advice about setting limits and recognising problematic behaviour, but advice only gets you so far when the practical tools to help players stick to those boundaries are so limited.
For a casino that talks extensively about player protection, the lack of meaningful RG tools is a pretty significant weakness.
About the UpSpinz Casino Team and History
UpSpinz is a relatively new casino, launching in 2025, but the company behind it is considerably older. Famagousta B.V. was established in Curaçao in January 2020 and has built up a sizeable network of casino brands, with UpSpinz joining names including Frostybet, Bets Bunny, HotLoot, SagaSpins, OrionsBet, Royal Coala and others.
There’s also a slightly messy overlap between Famagousta B.V. and Green Champions Leader SRL, with both names appearing across the same wider casino network. Frostybet is the most obvious parallel, appearing in the same orbit and making the corporate connections a little harder to untangle than they probably should be. We can’t say the two companies are one and the same, but the overlap is worth knowing about if you’re digging into who actually sits behind UpSpinz.
There’s some history here that’s worth knowing, too. In 2022, Spanish gambling regulator DGOJ fined Famagousta €1 million and imposed a two-year ban after finding that it had offered gambling to Spanish residents without the required Spanish authorisation. That’s a pretty hefty blemish on the operator’s record, even if the company has since moved on.
Famagousta has also gone through a regulatory change, moving from the old Curaçao licensing structure to the newer Curaçao Gaming Authority framework. Its current CGA licence dates from June 2025. We found no evidence that Famagousta itself has changed hands, so this looks more like a regulatory transition than a change of ownership.
The end result is a casino with a relatively fresh face but an operator with several years of history behind it. Unfortunately, that history isn’t entirely squeaky clean, and the €1 million Spanish fine is something we think players should know about before signing up.

Customer Support at UpSpinz Casino
UpSpinz offers 24/7 live chat alongside email and an FAQ, but our first impression of the chat wasn’t exactly accessibility at its finest. The neon green text against a white background was genuinely difficult to read, which isn’t a great start when you’re trying to make support easy to access.
The chat’s FAQ prompts actually cover a good range of common questions, and you can request a real agent whenever you need more help. Unfortunately, getting to that agent was a bit of a saga. Around midday on a Monday, we were told the wait could be up to 19 minutes, with 18 people ahead of us. We had enough time to make a brew, drink it, make another one and drink that too before someone finally joined after 21 minutes.
The agent was helpful once we got through, but waiting longer than the quoted time is disappointing. You can call your support “fast” as much as you like, but 21 minutes for live chat isn’t really cutting it.
