Sushi Casino Review
Clean and bright casino with an impressive selection of slots
Casinomeister's Verdict
Sushi Casino is another member of the Willx N.V. family, and it stands out due to its superb selection of games from over 160 providers, a decent selection of fiat and crypto payment methods, responsive support, and a healthy approach to responsible gaming you don’t always see with offshore casinos.
However, there are some issues and red flags to keep in mind, mainly the disappointing withdrawal terms, with low limits, slow payouts, and an outrageous 10x deposit wagering when playing table games. The wagering requirements on most bonuses are also quite high, and are likely to put many players off.
Finally, there’s the fact the payments are handled by a company located in Cyprus, which may also set off some alarm bells. On the bright side, most of the complaints against Sushi Casino and its sister casinos seem to get resolved, and they mainly involve delayed withdrawals. Still, we must recommend caution to anyone who chooses to play here.

160+ game providers
From the Desk of Max Drayman
SoftGenius/Willx sites have a number of issues that add up to a general concern that all may not be well with them: different companies listed as “owning” the various casinos depending on where — and when? — you look; payments processed in Cyprus when any casino connection to Cyprus is cause for worry; players with unresolved complaints are advised to “follow the link provided” which simply points to their Curaçao license and all Curaçao Licensing will tell players is “seek legal advice”; this strange sense of deja-vu when looking through the site that you’ve seen almost exactly the same before on some very dubious casino sites. All good reasons to curb your enthusiasm and cause you to think twice before proceeding.
As to Sushi Casino, no direct experience with them … but seriously? “Sushi Casino”? Are they trying to tell us there is something fishy going on? 🤠
First Impression
If the name “Sushi Casino” didn’t clue you in, they lean heavily into all things Japanese — sakura blooms, sushi rolls, pagodas, martial arts, Shinto gates, etc. It’s quite flashy with lots of detailed graphics and eye-catching characters, so it may be too cluttered for some but the site seems fairly well organized. There’s a ton of neatly sorted games across several categories, a live casino, a sportsbook, a number of ongoing promotions, and a good set of payment options.
As for the operator, the casino is run by Willx N.V. with a Curaçao GCB license (OGL/2024/1647/0892). The operator may raise some eyebrows, as they don’t have a significant presence, outside of a handful of casinos

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
The bonuses at Sushi Casino come down to the welcome offer, several reload and cashback bonuses, albeit with regular promotions and tournaments on the side.
Sushi Casino Welcome Bonus
The welcome offer at Sushi Casino consists of three separate deposit bonuses:
- First Deposit — 100% up to $1000 + 50 FS
- Second Deposit — 75% up to $1000
- Third Deposit — 125 % up to $500
These are good matching offers, but the offer is sadly undermined by the 35x wagering requirements on the deposit + bonus amount. With a 100% match, this means you have to wager your deposit a whopping 70 times, which is extremely high.
The 14-day wagering window is okay, and the free spins are awarded for Bonanza Billion (95.67% RTP) with 40x wagering, which isn’t as bad but doesn’t mean much due to it being only 50 spins with the first deposit. On a final note, Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded, so you may want to look at other online casino reviews if those are your preferred deposit methods.
All in all, this is a decent offer that’s sadly undermined by the high wagering requirements. There’s also an extensive (seriously, extensive) list of restricted games, so be sure to read the terms carefully if you claim this bonus.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
At the time of writing, Sushi Casino doesn’t have any no deposit bonuses or free spins offers as part of its promotion lineup.
The only ongoing bonus offers you’ll find are two reload bonuses and live casino cashback:
- Weekday Special — 50% up to $250
- Weekend Boost — 30% up to $500
- Live Casino Cashback — 20% up to $200
The wagering on the reload is 30x bonus + deposit amount, which is heinous with such low deposit matches. It’s surprising they only put 1x on the cashback wagering, we fully expected it to be 10x or something, given the pattern they’re setting up.
Most of the promotional offers on the site are tournaments, loot boxes, and some gamified daily/weekly missions you can complete. This may appeal to players who like this kind of gamified casino experience, but the actual value you can get out of these offers is dubious at best, as the wagering terms don’t exactly inspire confidence.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
The VIP program is similar to what you might see at other Willx casinos — a non-transparent leveling progression through 30 levels with smaller rewards in the form of free spins and bonus cash, and 5 VIP levels that unlock the VIP benefits. These are your usual combo or a personal manager, increased withdrawal limits, and exclusive bonuses that you’ll just have to trust will show up in your account some day.
On paper, this all looks good. There’s even no wagering on the VIP rewards, which is quite surprising. Sadly, none of it means anything when they give you no idea how much you need to wager to get to each level. Sure, $50 in no-wager bonus cash is great, but not if I have to wager $500,000 to get it.
Based on what we got from support, “you level up by placing bets” (shocking), but they don’t share how much you need to wager per point. In translation, this either means leveling is either exorbitantly expensive or they’re just doing whatever behind the scenes. Whatever the case, there’s a ton of online casinos with transparent leveling and better benefits.
Banking & Payment Methods
Sushi Casino features your standard selection of deposit methods, including VISA, Mastercard, PaysafeCard, Skrill, Neteller, Jetonbank, MiFinity, eZeeWallet, Flexepin, and Revolut. All deposits are instant and fee-free, but keep in mind they might not all be available, depending on your location.
There’s also a good selection of crypto options, including all the usual suspects: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Cardano, Ripple, Tether, DAI, and USD Coin. This should have most players covered, but if your coin of choice is missing, best check some other crypto casinos.
Withdrawal Speed
Depending on your location, Sushi Casino has no less than 10 and up to 20 withdrawal methods available, so no complaints there. What we do have complaints about are some of their withdrawal terms.
First, the withdrawal limits — starting at $600/day, $3000/week, and $12,000/month, it’s on the low end and can only be increased by leveling up through the dubious VIP program. Not looking great.
Second, withdrawal times — they “aim to approve withdrawals within 72 hours,” but they give themselves a maximum processing time of 7 business days. Since you’ll inevitably catch the weekend, that means 9 days just to process on the casino’s end. Given the number of complaints about late withdrawals at Sushi and its sister casinos, you know what you can expect after cashing out.
Finally, “anti-AML” deposit wagering requirements. These are set at 3x the deposit amount, which is not very player-friendly but not unheard of. And then they set them at 10x the deposit amount if you’re playing table games, and that’s just ridiculous.
Responsible Gaming
Sushi Casino offers two responsible gaming tools that can be activated via support: 24-hour cool-off and self-exclusion. It’s always a pleasant surprise when an offshore casino goes beyond the basic license requirements. The responsible gaming page has some useful info on how to use these features, and the usual pointers towards organizations that can help those who are dealing with gambling problems, such as GamCare and GambleAware.
All in all, Sushi Casino gets a plus on this front. Sure, they don’t have many of the responsible gaming features you might find on other sites (deposit limits, loss limits, reality checks, etc.) but they also go a step beyond the bare minimum and don’t try to hide these features from players.
Customer Support at Sushi Casino
The support at Sushi Casino can be reached either via email or 24/7 live chat. As is usually the case, the live chat is the faster option of the two, and agents were readily available throughout the week we spent testing this casino.
Every time we started up the chat, we were patched through to an agent instantly — no wait time, no scripted bots to slog through each time we wanted to ask something. Each agent we talked to was polite and knowledgeable, without a single instance of “just read the terms on the site” that we encounter semi-regularly with other sites.
On top of this, there’s a short FAQ section that addresses basic things like registration, payment-related questions, etc. Not the most extensive self-help database, but it’s always good to have something, even if you do have responsive support.

KYC
Sushi Casino has a clear KYC procedure in place, and it’s mandatory for all players who are looking to make a withdrawal. The procedure itself is your usual package of identity verification, proof of address, and proof of deposit.
That said, if you’re looking for a casino where you can play anonymously, you should check out some crypto casinos we’ve reviewed. And if you decide to play here, you can always initiate the verification process yourself through the Verification tab in your account page. It’s usually a good idea to take care of that ahead of time, just to avoid the unpleasantness of having your winnings held hostage while your account is being verified. And with Sushi Casino’s track record, there’s no need to give them additional reasons to delay withdrawals.
Sushi Casino Experience and Features
Sushi Casino’s visuals are bright and appealing, with a predominantly white-and-red color scheme and lots of detailed illustrations that lean heavily into the Japanese aesthetic of the site. It’s mostly clean and easy to navigate, although some of the illustrations do come across as a bit “too much” at some points.
The site is organized into several categories, including casino, live casino, sportsbook, and promotions sections, so finding what you need is no trouble. Each game you try out is automatically added to a list of recently played games you can access near the top of any casino page, and you can also quickly bookmark games by simply hovering over the thumbnail, making it easy to keep track of your favorites. Combined with separate subcategories for different types of games, browsing Sushi Casino is a breeze.
Brand games
Sushi Casino Game Providers
The lineup of game providers at Sushi Casino is excellent, with no less than 160 listed on the site at the time of writing. All the familiar industry-leading names are here: Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Spinomenal, Spribe, Playtech, and many others. And with this many providers, you’re pretty much guaranteed to find something new from a provider you might not even have heard of before.
Sushi Casino Slots
There’s thousands upon thousands of slots available at Sushi Casino, and you can sort them by provider or by a number of categories: bonus buy, jackpots, megaways, crash games, and more. The thumbnails are even marked to highlight notable features, which seems like a minor thing but really helps with the browsing experience. On top of that, there are extra sections of newly added games and different types of table games.
Live Casino
The live casino section at Sushi Casino looks good, with distinct categories for different types of games: card games, roulette, and game shows. It’s a bit of a mystery why they’d bunch all card games together under one category, but hey, some casinos just throw it all under “live casino” and call it a day, so at least they have something.
As for the actual games, you’ll find pretty much everything: blackjack, baccarat, different roulette variants, various game shows, and dice games. Again, with this many providers on the site (including all the leading live game providers), so the selection is almost as good as it gets.
About the Sushi Casino Team and History
Sushi Casino launched in 2023, and it’s one of several casinos currently operated by Willx N.V. with a Curaçao GCB license (no. OGL/2024/1647/0892). Willx is a relatively new name without much of a footprint online, and some of their casinos seem to overlap with “SoftGenius N.V.” We can only theorize what’s going on behind the scenes there, but the main red flag that stands out is the payment processing being handled in Cyprus.
Complaints and Track Record
We’ve had no complaints against Sushi Casino so far, although we did have one against a sister casino. Like most of the complaints you’ll find floating around the web, it has to do with delayed withdrawals. These seem to get resolved one way or another, but be ready to wait or complain if you decide to play here.
