RexBet is a bit of a strange one. There’s a lot here that should make it competitive: over 4,800 games, speedy withdrawals and a decent variety of payment methods. For a player who simply wants to log in and play slots, there’s certainly enough content to get stuck into.
The problem is that the little details quickly start adding up. Finding promotions feels unnecessarily difficult; the VIP scheme is hidden away, and the website itself doesn’t exactly inspire confidence. It gives off the feeling of a casino built around having all the right features on paper, but that forgot that players actually need to enjoy using them.
The biggest frustrations come from the inconsistencies. You get the fast withdrawals, but with a restrictive €4,000 payout cap. You can become part of their VIP programme, but the higher rewards require huge levels of spending. You get to reach out to their live chat support, but could still end up emailing because it’s the easier option.
RexBet has genuine positives, and nothing in its background immediately raises concerns. However, when you put everything together, it’s hard to ignore how many rough edges there are.
There’s a decent foundation here, but there’s some work to do before it can compete with the more established names in the industry.

It’s a new casino, so no surprise that we haven’t seen any issues or complaints about it. Their licensing is Curaçao, which — as many of you may know — is a promise wrapped in hope delivered in a box of speculation via a war zone of bad reputation, so to speak. In other words, “not the worst but could, should and might be doing better”. Self-exclusion (SE) is unfortunately an email-only service which we believe is not fit for purpose; immediate, chat-based SE is today’s standard. Complaints are the usual “talk to us first, and second” scenario with unresolved disputes supposedly being handled by curacao-egaming.com. The trouble with that is that the site is currently nothing but a holding page saying “website under maintenance … Apply for Your Accreditation Today!”. On the spectrum of Confidence and Reliability, that falls somewhere between “are you kidding me?” and “avoid at all costs”. In other words, “fail”. All in all, we applaud the casino’s enthusiasm and (assumed) good intentions, but from what we can see, this casino is “not ready for prime time”, as they used to say on the telly. If you must, proceed with extreme caution.

Finding Rexbet’s promotions felt more like a scavenger hunt than a casino feature. The promotions page is hidden away in the website footer, which is an odd place to put one of the biggest selling points for new players.
Once we finally found it, things only got stranger. Instead of listing any offers, we were met with the message: “Currently, there are no offers available for this location.” We searched the terms and conditions for any mention of bonuses, looked for a dedicated promotions page, and even started wondering if we’d imagined the welcome offer. Nothing.
In the end, we contacted live chat, and within minutes, they sent us a carousel full of promotions, including a welcome bonus, reload offers, and a loyalty scheme. The offers clearly exist. We just couldn’t access them ourselves.
Whether it’s a technical issue or simply poor website design, the result is the same: players can’t see what they’re being offered without asking someone.

The VIP programme is another feature Rexbet seems determined to hide. We only found it buried in our account settings, with no clear mention of it anywhere else on the site.
The scheme itself is fairly standard, offering weekly cashback, level-up bonuses, and increasing rewards as you climb the tiers. Reaching the second level requires 100 points, which means wagering €1,000 in the casino or €1,500 in the live casino. We’ve certainly seen harsher VIP programmes at other online casinos, but don’t forget that reaching level 5 requires wagering €25,000 in the casino or €37,500 in the live casino. We’d call this a VIP scheme with a loyalty skin on it: not worth the climb.
Overall, it’s not a poorly-designed loyalty programme, but it’s difficult to see the value when players have to go digging just to discover it exists.

The biggest impression is that sports betting was the priority, with the casino section feeling like it was added at the last possible moment. The layout, performance, and overall polish just don’t match what you’d expect from a modern casino platform.
Unfortunately, the mobile experience doesn’t improve things. In fact, if you thought the desktop load times were slow, the mobile browser takes things to another level. RexBet offers 24/7 live chat, email support and an FAQ section, so the options are there. Unfortunately, the live chat seems to fall at the first hurdle.
The agent was quick to reply, but understanding our questions appeared to be the bigger challenge. After several attempts at rewording things and explaining ourselves, we gave up before we got anywhere.
Oddly enough, email support was a much better experience. Yes, it’s slower, but when you factor in the time spent trying to get the live chat agent to understand the issue, you’re probably not saving much time anyway.
Our advice? Skip the live chat frustration and head straight to email.
