PalaceCasino isn’t a complete write-off. You can choose from 26 crypto and fiat payment methods, they’ll probably process your crypto withdrawal in under an hour, and won’t impose any withdrawal fees. Five responsible gambling tools are also there, which is the sort of stuff we at Casinomeister actually care about rather than another shiny gimmick.
That’s until you hit the €100 minimum withdrawal and start wondering who thought that was a good idea. If you’re playing smaller stakes, you could have a perfectly decent win sitting in your account and still be told it’s not enough to take out. The 18 game providers don’t exactly help Palace’s case either and there’s no live poker as the final nail in the coffin.
But it’s the little things that are really putting off. Palace can’t tell you how many slots it has, the player counts underneath the games look highly questionable, and the live chat has repeatedly served up generic answers when I’ve asked perfectly straightforward questions.

As part of the Fin Tech group, this casino shares many of the same issues as its other casinos: the plus side is very low complaints rates to date, though many of these casinos are quite new; the downside is they are typically licensed in Anjouan, which is not a robust licensing jurisdiction (meaning players will often find it difficult to get support from the licensing body).
There is also the issue of Complaints resolution, which is very unclear: the casinos say, “If the dispute is not resolved on the casino management level, you can contact any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website” and they have made no such listing available to date. The group has either overlooked this follow-through, or is simply neglecting it. Either way, the end result is that players with troubles are at the casino’s mercy. As the man said, “You got to ask yourself: do I feel lucky today?”

Finding the bonuses at PalaceCasino is hardly a challenge. They’re tucked neatly into the main menu, so you’ll not end up forced to hunt around the site like you’ve misplaced your keys. The VIP programme gets plenty of limelight too, but I’ll save that for later.

Sounds rather tasty, right? Well, let’s do the maths before getting carried away. A €1,000 deposit gets you the full €1,000 bonus, giving you €2,000 to play with. At 20x wagering, you’d then need to put €40,000 through the slots before withdrawing. That 100% headline suddenly looks a little less generous when you put some numbers behind it.
There’s a 50% bonus capped at €2,000. To bag the full amount, you’d need to deposit €4,000, creating a €6,000 balance. The 15x wagering requirement then means you’d need to wager €90,000. Yes, ninety grand. At that point, the word “bonus” is doing some fairly heavy lifting.
Thankfully, actually claiming the promotions is much less complicated. PalaceCasino keeps the process simple, with the bonus applied once I’ve made the qualifying deposit. Some offers need a promo code, though, so I’d check the instructions before throwing money into the account and hoping for the best.
The terms are mostly familiar casino territory. You can only have one bonus active at a time, the maximum bonus wager is €5, and bonuses expire if you don’t clear them within the stated timeframe. Slots contribute 100% towards wagering, while live casino contributes precisely nothing.

You’d need to wager €5,000 just to reach Spinner, €50,000 for Blazed, and €100,000 for VIP. King then jumps to €250,000, so these aren’t exactly rewards you’re unlocking from a casual Friday-night session.
Diamond is where things get properly silly. You’ll need €500,000 in wagering for that 15.5% cashback. If you’re wagering €20 at a time, that’s 25,000 wagers. Twenty-five thousand. You might as well start paying Palace rent.
The cashback itself isn’t bad, but I’m not convinced the amount of playing required makes the higher tiers worthwhile. I can see the appeal if you’re already a high-roller player, but for anyone else, €500,000 in turnover is one hell of an entrance fee for 15.5% cashback.
PalaceCasino Payment Options and Withdrawal Speed
PalaceCasino gives you plenty of ways to move money around, so there isn’t much to complain about the choice. Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, Skrill, Neteller, and Wise are all here, alongside a decent crypto line-up including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Solana, Dogecoin, and Shiba Inu.
The withdrawal options are similarly varied, but that €100 minimum is a kick in the teeth. If you’re playing with smaller stakes and happen to win €60, Palace is basically telling you to keep playing until you hit its magic number before you can have your money.
If we all dare to look on the bright side, at least there are no withdrawal fees and no stated payout cap, with weekend withdrawals available, too. Withdrawal speed is also business as usual. Crypto takes 0-1 hours, e-wallets up to 24 hours, cards up to 72 hours, and bank transfers can drag on for 2-5 days.

Then we get to the live player counter, another apparent Fin Tech favourite. Apparently, thousands of players are constantly hammering away at the games. I’m sorry, but I’m not buying it. There is no chance thousands of people are permanently playing every single game.
The only saving grace is that the boring design actually works on mobile. There’s no app, but the mobile site works, so no need to be nitpicky here.
Responsible Gambling
PalaceCasino has a decent selection of responsible gambling tools. You can set deposit, loss, and session limits, take a cooling-off period, or choose self-exclusion if you want to step away completely.
The annoying part is finding them. Palace has tucked everything into the account settings, while the responsible gambling policy mainly explains what’s available rather than making the controls easy to access. For something this important, I shouldn’t have to go digging around the site to find it.
Once you’re there, though, it’s all pretty straightforward. You can set your limits, check what you’ve got in place, and make changes yourself without needing to contact support.
So the tools themselves are perfectly good. Palace just needs to stop treating them like something players are supposed to stumble across by accident. Making responsible gambling features easy to find should really be the bare minimum.

PalaceCasino’s live chat is quick, but that’s about where the praise ends. I’ve tried customer support across several of the group’s sites while reviewing casinos, and I got a remarkably similar experience every time.
I asked about wagering and got a response that felt almost entirely automated. It technically answered my question, but there was very little sign that anyone had actually read it or thought about what I was asking.
That’s fine for basic queries where you just need a quick answer. What’s worrying is how useful the support would be if you had an actual problem with your account.
The chat is fast, with connections usually taking less than three minutes, but speed doesn’t count for much when the answers feel so impersonal. For anything more complicated, I’d probably stick with email and hope for a more considered response.
