Neo Casino feels a bit like the casino equivalent of a perfectly serviceable hotel room. Everything you need is there, it’s clean enough, you can find your way around without needing a map, but there’s nothing that makes you sit up and think, “Now this is something.”
The bonuses are decent, the payment options are extensive, and the mobile site deserves credit for being clean and easy to navigate. We also like the responsible gambling tools, even if Neo Casino seems determined to hide them away, as if they're embarrassed to have them.
Then comes the €100 minimum withdrawal, which is hard to defend. That's not a minor niggle. For anyone playing with smaller stakes, it puts a pretty hefty barrier between winning and actually getting your money out.
The bigger issue, though, is that Neo Casino hasn't quite figured out how to earn our trust yet. The Anjouan licence is one thing, but we've also found conflicting information across domains using the Neo Casino name. While the main sites state the casino operates under an Anjouan licence, another Neo Casino domain claims it operates under a Curaçao licence and doesn't accept UK players. Two different licensing claims for what appears to be the same brand is hardly reassuring.
Add in the sparse player feedback and frustratingly useless live chat, and there are still plenty of question marks. When we asked simple questions about the VIP programme and game count, getting a straight answer felt like trying to pull teeth.
So, is Neo Casino terrible? No. Is it somewhere we'd rush to recommend? Also no.

We have no record of activity regarding NeoCasino on Casinomeister which is a good start. Licensing is Anjouan which thus far is a big question mark; Anjouan is yet to prove that it will police its licensees properly. Self-exclusion policy is a little threadbare — casino says they “will immediately close that account” — though no details of the required procedure are on offer. Insofar as complaints go the casino’s policy is that “If the dispute is not resolved on the casino management level, you can contact any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website.” In theory that sounds okay but our experience thus far is that Anjouan casinos tend not to be cooperative with arbitrators like Casinomeister. This leaves the player at the mercy of Anjouan and the results there have not been encouraging. Overall there are no immediate red flags to be concerned about but there are a lot of questions as yet unanswered so proceeding with caution sounds like a good plan to us.

Finding the bonuses is easy enough, with the bonus page sitting in the left-hand menu on desktop and behind the burger icon on mobile. The VIP programme is front and centre, but we’ll save that for later.
The individual offers are nicely laid out too. Click ‘Learn More’, and you’re given the important stuff upfront, including the bonus rate, maximum amount, wagering requirement and minimum deposit. One example offers a 100% bonus up to €1,000 with 20x wagering and a €20 minimum deposit.
There’s no need to wade through a load of nonsense to activate a bonus either. Neo Casino breaks the process down into three simple steps, making it about as painless as claiming a casino bonus gets. If you do manage to get yourself confused, there’s even a little support button in the bonus pop-up that opens the live chat. Handy.
The selection isn’t exactly overflowing, but we’d rather have a smaller collection of clearly explained offers than a bonus page stuffed with promotions that come with more strings attached than a puppet theatre. The headline terms look pretty fair too.
The bonus T&Cs aren’t anything particularly alarming either. A €5 max bet, one active bonus at a time, wagering deadlines and different game contributions are all pretty standard stuff. Free spins do come with a 30x wagering requirement, while live casino games don’t contribute towards wagering, so it’s still worth giving the small print a quick glance before you dive in.

Neo Casino’s VIP programme follows the familiar ‘play more, earn more’ formula, with your cashback rate increasing as you climb through the ranks. We tried reaching out to live chat to get a little more information about how the programme actually works, but got nothing back. Radio silence. Was it something we said? Did we offend them? Who knows.
Either way, the numbers don’t exactly have us reaching for our wallets. The final Diamond tier requires €500,000 in wagers. If you’re depositing €20 at a time, that’s the equivalent of 25,000 €20 deposits being wagered. Yes, 25,000. And after all that, you’re getting 15.5% cashback.
Unless you’re already a serious high roller, there’s little reason to get excited about this VIP programme. The cashback rates aren’t terrible, but the amount of wagering required to unlock the higher tiers is frankly bonkers. Give us 50% cashback, and then we’ll talk.
NeoCasino Payment Options and Withdrawal Speed
There’s plenty of choice on the banking front, with Neo Casino covering the usual cards and bank transfers alongside a solid selection of e-wallets and cryptocurrencies. The withdrawal setup is just as flexible, although the €100 minimum withdrawal is a bit of a slap in the face. That’s a chunky amount to force players to reach before they can take their winnings out, especially if you’ve only been playing with smaller stakes.
On the plus side, there are no withdrawal fees, no stated payout cap, and weekend withdrawals are available. Speed depends heavily on how you choose to get paid. Customer Support at NeoCasino
We’d love to say Fin Tech’s live chat is quick and useful, but after looking across its casinos, there’s a pretty obvious pattern. NeoCasino’s chat dumped a genuine question into an email that never arrived, FantasyBet’s agent simply sent us back to the T&Cs, and Neo Casino asked “Can you tell us more about the VIP programme?” like we’d asked for classified documents.
The connection time is good, with Neo Casino getting us through to an agent in under three minutes, but that’s about where the positives end. The problem isn’t just one useless chat session. Three Fin Tech casinos, three attempts to get basic answers, and the same result. That’s starting to look less like bad luck and more like an operator-wide support problem.
For now, we’d take email over live chat. You may wait longer, but at least there’s a fighting chance someone will actually answer the question.
