Casinomeister’s Verdict

MafiaCasino was one of those reviews where I kept finding myself thinking, “Oh, that's actually pretty good,” followed shortly by, “Oh. That's not.” The games are the easy win. 12,020 slots, 100+ providers and 25 payment methods is a serious amount of choice. The site is easy to get around too, and after spending this much time with the Mafia characters staring back at me, I have to admit the ridiculous theme grew on me.

Then, where you should be able to put your trust in the casino more than anyone else, the withdrawal bit is a massive let down. The €500 daily and €7,000 monthly withdrawal limits are a big drawback, particularly if you happen to get a big win rather than just pocketing a few quid. Some of the bonuses need €35,000 wagering for the full €500, the free spins winnings need 40x and the restricted-games list goes on for what feels like half a mile. I was scrolling through it on my phone thinking surely this thing has ended by now. It had not.

I wasn't impressed by the responsible gambling setup either. Self-exclusion or a quiz isn't much of a toolkit. And while the live chat answered in under a minute, the actual answer I got when I asked a very simple question was spectacularly unhelpful. At least email support had the decency to be nice.

So, I liked MafiaCasino more than I expected to. The games are excellent, the site works properly and there are plenty of ways to pay. But the casino is much better at selling the image of luxury than delivering it.

From the Desk of Max Drayman

No record of complaints on Casinomeister, so that’s a good start. Licensing here is Tobique, which is rumored to be a good thing, though that is yet to be proven. What we can say is there is no evidence to the contrary, so there’s that. Self-exclusion is to be done via email with results “as soon as is practicable”; none too specific, and for something as important as self-exclusion, a firmer commitment in terms of response times would be advisable. In the case of an unresolved Complaint with Support, the player can take their case to AskGamblers, which is good. Overall, it seems that MafiaCasino is making a fairly serious effort, and that earns a tentative thumbs-up.

MafiaCasino Bonuses and Promotions

Mafia Casino has gone all in on the promotions. There are offers popping up throughout the week, including weekend promotions, so I had plenty to click through. The €20 minimum deposit is reasonable, the welcome bonus goes up to €500 and the €100 maximum bet is hardly restrictive. Lovely. Then I opened the wagering terms.

The welcome bonus requires 35x wagering on your bonus plus deposit. Go for the full €500 and you’ll need to deposit €500 yourself, giving you €1,000 to wager. At 35x, that’s €35,000. Yes, €35,000. Apparently Mafia Casino looked at the concept of “welcome” and decided to go a different route.

The free spins winnings need 40x wagering too, and you’ve got 10 days to clear everything. Because why have one mountain to climb when you can have two?

Then there’s the restricted-games list. Blimey. I was scrolling down it on my phone and had gone through at least five screens before I was anywhere near the end. Five. I wasn’t checking the terms anymore, I was on an expedition. With so many games excluded or not contributing, you’ll want to check every game before playing it or risk merrily spinning away without making a dent in that €35,000.

At least the information is easy enough to find. Each promotion has its own terms and there’s a dedicated bonuses section in the main T&Cs. So the rules aren’t hidden, there’s just an awful lot of them.

Regular promotions are a nice touch, but that €500 welcome bonus looks very different once you do the maths. €35,000 wagering, 40x on free spins winnings, 10 days to clear it and a games list longer than most people’s attention span. Welcome to Mafia, I suppose.

VIP and Loyalty Programme

MafiaCasino has a five-tier VIP programme, with better perks as you work your way up. Level one gets you on-site promotions and 24/7 live chat, which made me chuckle. Calling 24/7 live chat a VIP perk is a bit like calling having a front door a luxury feature, but there we go.

Make it to level five and things get considerably more interesting, with personalised offers, higher withdrawal limits, cashback and your own personal VIP manager. Don’t ask me exactly how you get there or what happens along the way, though. MafiaCasino keeps the whole thing very much on a need-to-know basis. Very Mafia.

The VIP page itself is probably my favourite bit. The graphics tell the story beautifully. You start out as a lone Mafia man with a pipe, a Ford Ranger and a dream. By level five, you’ve somehow acquired four cars, a private jet, three mates, champagne and a crown. Honestly, what more could you possibly need?

MafiaCasino Payment Options and Withdrawal Speed

MafiaCasino has a seriously good choice of payment methods. Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, MuchBetter, Zimpler, Revolut and bank transfer are all here, alongside a huge crypto selection including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, Tether, Dogecoin and Ripple. Getting money into the casino certainly isn’t the problem.

It’s getting your money out that becomes a problem. You’re limited to €500 per day and €7,000 per month. That’s the bit I really don’t like. A €500 daily limit might sound fine until you have a four-figure win sitting in your account and realise you’re going to be drip-feeding your own money out of the casino. Even worse, the €7,000 monthly ceiling means a genuinely big balance could take months to withdraw in full. That’s a pretty serious restriction, and one I’d want to know about before depositing anything substantial.

There are no weekend payouts either, so even once you’ve requested a withdrawal, don’t expect the money to magically appear at the weekend. Bank transfers can take 3-7 days, although there are no withdrawal fees and the €10 minimum cashout is perfectly reasonable.

Then there’s verification. MafiaCasino can ask for it at any point, so I’d get it done when you sign up rather than waiting until you’re trying to withdraw. That’s because it can take up to 10 days to confirm your identity. Ten days to verify who you are is a long time, especially when you’ve already got money waiting to leave.

So the payment choice gets a big tick, but the withdrawal side takes a pretty hefty step backwards.

MafiaCasino Games

MafiaCasino Game Providers

MafiaCasino has gone slightly mad with its provider list, with 100+ studios covering a seriously broad mix. You’ve got big names like Playtech, Novomatic, Yggdrasil, Hacksaw Gaming, Playson, Quickspin and Thunderkick, alongside smaller names such as 3 Oaks, TaDa Gaming, Mascot, Mancala and Gamzix.

It isn’t just slots either. Imagine Live, SA Gaming, AE Sexy and CreedRoomz cover live casino, while Spribe, Aviatrix and Galaxsys bring crash and instant games, with Kiron and Digitain Virtual Sports covering virtual sports.

The list itself required some serious scrolling. Every time I thought I was near the end, another provider appeared. Excessive? Absolutely. But with this much variety, I’m not complaining.

MafiaCasino Slots

MafiaCasino clearly didn’t fancy telling me how many slot games it had. I asked live chat and was told to count them myself. Right then. Thankfully, I eventually found the exact figure: 12,020 games, which even I can’t complain about.

Don’t head straight to the slots section, though. It’s chaos. The homepage is much easier to navigate, with Top, New and Popular sections that actually help you find something worth playing. There’s even a featured provider of the week, which happened to be one of my favourites, Wazdan, while I was writing this casino review.

I tried Book of Faith and 9 Balls, giving me a nice mix of adventure and football-themed fun. With 12,020 games and plenty of ways to browse them, the slots selection is easily one of MafiaCasino’s standout features so far.

Live Casino

MafiaCasino covers the usual live casino bases with roulette, blackjack, game shows and baccarat, although there’s no poker here. The top games were Speed Roulette, Mega Roulette and Gold Saloon Roulette, and I can confirm they deserve their place at the top.

If nothing else, MafiaCasino knows how to serve up a decent roulette selection.

MafiaCasino Experience and Features

MafiaCasino is operating as if someone found out what the casino was called, got very excited and decided to run with it while we wait for GTA 6. And honestly, I love it. The Mafia boss, trained assassin, dodgy businessman and their mate with the enormous gold chain are absolutely everywhere. They shouldn’t work, but they grew on me.

Thankfully, the site itself is much more sensible. The layout is easy to navigate and getting from A to B requires very little thought. I did plenty of my testing on mobile too, and it worked just as well as desktop, with the mascots somehow feeling slightly less intense on a smaller screen.

My only advice is not to get too carried away by all the talk of luxury prizes and rewards. This might look like a high-roller hideout, but don’t expect high-roller payouts. Play the games you actually want to play and leave the private jets to the fictional Mafia gang.

Responsible Gambling

The responsible gambling tools are rubbish. You’ve got self-exclusion and a self-assessment test, and that’s basically your lot. The quiz lets you check whether your gambling habits might be getting out of hand, while self-exclusion lets you shut the whole thing down.

But where are the actual tools for people who don’t need to disappear from the casino entirely? No deposit limits, no loss limits, no session time limits, no timeout option. It’s basically “think your gambling might be a problem? Take this quiz. Definitely a problem? Self-exclude.”

Where’s the middle ground? Most people don’t need to completely self-exclude, they need practical ways to control how much they deposit, lose or spend playing. MafiaCasino gives you very little help with that, and with this many bonuses and promotions encouraging you to keep playing, that’s simply not good enough.

About the MafiaCasino Team and History

MafiaCasino is a 2025 launch operated by Dreamline Ventures SRL under a Tobique Gaming Commission licence. It’s a new listing, so there isn’t much of a track record to dig into yet.

The name itself is actually much older. I found references to a MafiaCasino operating as far back as 2007, with further mentions around 2010. However, I couldn’t find anything connecting that older operation to Dreamline Ventures SRL or the current casino, so I’m treating them as separate businesses rather than calling this some sort of MafiaCasino comeback.

So, new operator, old name. Very on-brand for a casino that clearly enjoys a bit of mystery.

Player Comments on MafiaCasino

There’s nothing on the forum about the current MafiaCasino, which only launched in 2025. The only comments I found date back to around 2010 and refer to the old casino, so they’re clearly not relevant here. For now, player feedback is pretty much non-existent.

Complaints and Track Record

There’s nothing to report here either. No complaints have been submitted to our PAB service about the current MafiaCasino, so far.

Customer Support at MafiaCasino

The 24/7 live chat promised 1-3 minutes, with six people ahead of me. The clock started and, rather amazingly, I was connected within one minute. Unheard of! Shame the agent then undid most of that good work.

I asked how many games MafiaCasino had and was told, “As many games you are seeing on the website are all our available in our website.” Okay, thanks for nothing, I guess. I did later find the exact number myself, so I’m not entirely sure why counting 12,020 games was apparently my responsibility.

Email was a better experience, although it took around four hours to get a reply on a Friday afternoon. Not terrible, not exactly lightning fast either. They kept the VIP programme suitably mysterious too, but at least the email team were friendly about not telling me much.

So, lightning-fast live chat with an agent who wasn’t much help, followed by slower but much nicer email support. I’ll take the speed, but hopefully the agents are more useful when someone actually has a problem.
