We’ve had a couple of issues regarding Ivibet in recent years but nothing of consequence. On those grounds, their record is fairly respectable. Less so is their licensing situation: apparently, there are multiple licenses in play here, and for players that means the license thing becomes a game of License Roulette: the licensing body covering their jurisdiction could be a respected group, a feeble and ineffectual licensor, one that defaults to telling players to “get a lawyer”, or a jurisdiction that simply doesn’t care about players at all. Furthermore, the Complaints procedure at Ivibet is singularly unfit for purpose as it requires anyone with a complaint to file papers “within 10 days of the event” to the company’s registered business address in Costa Rica. The bottom line is that players here enter at their own risk and are very likely to receive little or no assistance if and when they do have a complaint.
