They also state you can set up other types of limitations to your account by getting in touch with a support agent. This includes loss limits, gambling session limits, wagering limits, and deposit limits (except for depositing using cryptocurrencies).

While all these are definitely nice options to have, having to reach out to customer support to see the responsible gambling features in action isn’t exactly the best user experience. So, let’s hope to see something change in the near future.

When reviewing casinos, we do like to dig up information about the operator and their licensing status as much as possible, to stay true to our casino reviews methodology. Typically, this information can be found on the website, but unfortunately, this isn’t the case with Hell Spin. 

We tried contacting the customer support team to find out more about this, and after getting nowhere with the virtual chatbot, we spoke with an advisor called Jean. Their response to our query was that they did not provide such information, which left a slightly sour taste in our mouths. Why would they hide something like this?

We did manage to hollow out something on Hell Spin, nonetheless, so we found out they’re owned by Techoptions Group B.V., and hold licenses from four different licensing authorities — Kahnawake Gaming Commission, Estonian Tax and Customs Board, Costa Rica, and GCB.

Complaints and Track Record

As Max has already mentioned above, we do have a history of complaints with Hell Spin, but unfortunately, nothing has come out of it since they weren’t responsive to the complaints email address at all.

Still, in case you fall under a decent licensing jurisdiction (since the casino has several operating licenses), it could be more likely for things to work out in your favor, complaints-wise.
