    We tried contacting the customer support team to find out more about this, and after getting nowhere with the virtual chatbot, we spoke with an advisor called Jean. Their response to our query was that they did not provide such information, which left a slightly sour taste in our mouths. Why would they hide something like this?

    We did manage to hollow out something on Hell Spin, nonetheless, so we found out they’re owned by Techoptions Group B.V., and hold licenses from four different licensing authorities — Kahnawake Gaming Commission, Estonian Tax and Customs Board, Costa Rica, and GCB.

    Complaints and Track Record

    As Max has already mentioned above, we do have a history of complaints with Hell Spin, but unfortunately, nothing has come out of it since they weren’t responsive to the complaints email address at all.

    Still, in case you fall under a decent licensing jurisdiction (since the casino has several operating licenses), it could be more likely for things to work out in your favor, complaints-wise.
