InstaCasino has made a comeback after it closed its doors in 2019. The brand returned in 2026 under the Shuffle Up group, replacing the old operation.
The good news is that some of the things worth keeping alive from the old site are still here. The live casino has Pragmatic Play and Evolution, Levels can return up to 25% cashback, and you can fund your account with both crypto and fiat. For the old players who come back to see what’s changed, there’s something familiar waiting for them.
But there are some head-scratching new additions. “Instant” crypto withdrawals taking up to 72 hours is a particularly loose interpretation of the word. The responsible gambling setup doesn’t go beyond deposit limits and self-exclusion. On top of that, the live chat support agent showed up within seconds but didn’t exactly bother answering questions.
That leaves us all somewhere in the middle. This isn't the InstaCasino of 2019, but it hasn't done enough yet to make us forget that one either. The new operation has a chance to build something better, and we’re all interested to see if they rectify these rather noticeable flaws.

Licensing is MGA; self-exclusion is by chat or email with a promised 24-hour turnaround; complaints are “us first, then MGA”. In other words, “respectable,” “meh,” and “wtf?” in that order. The problem with the complaints policy is that the MGA explicitly states they don’t get involved in individual player cases, so why send players there? Normally, MGA casinos are supposed to name a “designated ADR.” Perhaps they’re just getting around to these things, which is no crime; it just causes more doubt and confusion than anyone needs or wants. All in all, we’d advise players to proceed with caution, as the Terms seem half-baked at this point.

InstaCasino Bonuses and Promotions
InstaCasino has somehow managed to make its promotions section more confusing than it needs to be. There’s a “Promotions” tab and a separate “Bonuses” tab, despite them essentially doing the same job. Why? Your guess is as good as ours.
Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, but there’s another set of general bonus terms tucked away in the footer that also apply. So, if you want the full picture, you need to check the individual offer and then head into the general terms, too. A little more digging than we’d like, but at least the information is there.
The headline wagering requirement is 30x within 30 days, meaning a €100 bonus would require €3,000 in qualifying bets before you can cash out the bonus winnings. Yikes.
The game contribution rates make that a little more interesting. Slots count 100%, game shows 50%, while live casino and table games crawl along at just 10%. So that same €100 bonus means €3,000 through slots, €6,000 through game shows or a rather hefty €30,000 through live casino and table games. Stick to slots, I reckon.
There’s a €5 maximum bet while wagering unless stated otherwise, a lengthy list of excluded games, and offers expiring after 14 days. Some games contribute absolutely nothing towards wagering, so checking the exclusions before you start spinning is definitely worth doing.
InstaCasino also has three different bonus structures: Wallet, Deposit and Lockup. The latter two can tie your deposited cash into the wagering requirements. This means you can’t simply withdraw your deposit without forfeiting the bonus and any winnings attached to it.
VIP and Loyalty Programme
InstaCasino’s VIP programme is called Levels. Certainly not the most inventive name but let’s not judge a book by its cover. There are 10 levels to work through, with rewards changing as you move up. The slightly odd bit is that you progress whether you win or lose, so losing money still gets you closer to the next level.
The rewards start fairly small. Level 1 gives you five free spins, while Level 2 adds €1 in live casino credit. That increases to €2 at Level 4 and €2.50 at Level 5. From Level 6 onwards, the free spins increase one at a time, reaching 10 at Level 10, which also comes with €5 in live casino credit. Deposit bonuses are also dotted throughout the levels.
The bigger incentive is the cashback, which can reach up to 25% of your losses. That sounds considerably more interesting than five free spins, although you’ll obviously need to climb the levels before getting anywhere near the top end.
I wouldn’t call this the most complicated VIP programme out there, but it’s not the most thrilling either.
InstaCasino Payment Options and Withdrawal Speed

Deposits cover Visa, Mastercard, MiFinity, Revolut, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Brite, a handful of local banking options, and crypto.
Unfortunately, the withdrawal lineup is considerably thinner. You get SEPA, bank transfer, Brite, Revolut, MiFinity, and Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Litecoin. Not exactly a payment buffet.
Then, there’s the eye-catcher: InstaCasino advertises “instant withdrawals,” while in reality, pulling money out is a long way from being quick, let alone instant.
The processing time for e-wallets and crypto is 0–72 hours, while cards and bank transfers take 3–7 days. That’s where the “instant crypto withdrawals” claim starts to look a bit silly. If InstaCasino can take up to 72 hours just to process the withdrawal, it isn’t instant. Simple as that.
There are a few positives, though. Withdrawals are fee-free, they support weekend payouts, and the €25 minimum withdrawal threshold isn’t unreasonable. Payout limits are €5,000 per day, €10,000 per week and €20,000 per month. It might not be revolutionary, but perfectly workable for most players.
KYC is fairly standard, although it can affect how quickly you get your money. InstaCasino can request verification checks when required and may restrict withdrawals while these are completed. If your cumulative deposits exceed €2,000 and you’re withdrawing to a bank account, you’ll need to verify your identity, age, and place of residence.
So, no withdrawal fees? Good. Weekend payouts? Also good. But with only four withdrawal options, along with three crypto payouts and an “instant” crypto withdrawal that can take up to 72 hours to process? That’s a bit of a stretch. InstaCasino’s payment setup isn’t terrible, but it certainly isn’t giving us much to get excited about either.

InstaCasino has 20 game providers. You wouldn’t fill a stadium with that lot. In fact, you’d probably struggle with a small town hall.
Let’s not dress it up, 20 isn’t a huge provider list. But as you go through the lineup, you’ll notice familiar faces.
Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, NetEnt, Red Tiger, and Games Global are hardly names to complain about. Wazdan, BGaming, Playson, Big Time Gaming, and Reevo add a bit more depth.
Definitely room for improvement, but if you wanted my honest opinion, I’d take 20 proper heavy hitters over a bloated list of studios I’ve never heard of any day.
InstaCasino Slots
If you’re here for slots, I’d head straight to the main games lobby rather than the dedicated slots section. The latter is basically an endless wall of slot tiles with very little organisation. The main lobby, though, gives you useful categories like Hot Games and New Games.
There’s also a Slotboys Favourites category, which appears to be linked to the YouTuber, Slotboys. During my time reviewing InstaCasino and checking the Slotboys picks, his top three were Duck Hunters, Seamen and Sweet Rush Bonanza. Not bad, Slotboys. Not bad.
Live Casino
Live casino gets its own section, tucked into the left-hand toolbar on desktop and along the bottom of the screen on mobile. So, thankfully, InstaCasino won’t make you hunt around the site like you’re looking for a lost sock.
Pragmatic Play and Evolution are doing most of the heavy lifting, with a pinch of OnAir thrown in for good measure. The lobby is heavily geared towards roulette and blackjack, while game shows, baccarat and poker are left fighting for attention further down the list.
The three spotlight games are Crazy Time, One Blackjack, and Gates of Olympus Roulette. Crazy Time is the obvious chaos merchant, while Gates of Olympus Roulette gives the classic table game a bit more personality. One Blackjack is, well, blackjack. You know what you’re getting.
High rollers haven’t been forgotten either, with a dedicated VIP section for those who like their bets a little larger. It’s not the biggest live casino lobby I’ve seen, but there are some solid names in here and, importantly, finding the tables doesn’t require a massive X on a map.
InstaCasino Experience and Features
InstaCasino got hold of the neon green-and-black paint palette and absolutely ran with it. Not the most gorgeous online casino we’ve seen, but it works well enough.
The site experience matches that energy pretty well. Nothing that’ll blow you away, but there’s one feature that you could find particularly useful — the payment section in the footer. It clearly lays out which payment methods are available, along with useful details like minimum and maximum deposits and withdrawals and the expected withdrawal times. No digging through five different pages just to work out how you can actually get your money out. Lovely.
If I could give one area a bit of a makeover, though, it would be the slots lobby. I’ve already moaned about this, but I’m going to do it again because endless scrolling through slot tiles is never the one. Give me some proper categories and filters and let me get on with finding something I actually want to play.
I’ve mentioned the mobile experience throughout the casino review, but it’s worth pointing out that there isn’t a dedicated mobile app. That’s not a deal breaker, though. I actually ended up reviewing a good chunk of InstaCasino on my phone and had no major complaints. So, if you fancy spinning on the bus or at your local café, the mobile site does the job.
Responsible Gambling
InstaCasino’s responsible gambling setup is frankly too bare-bones for my liking. There’s a responsible gambling page, but the actual toolkit is so bare that you could blink and miss it.
You get deposit limits and self-exclusion. That’s it for the meaningful controls. Both are important, but they’re the absolute basics, not something we’d be handing out gold stars for.
The rest is advice about setting a budget, taking breaks, and not chasing losses, plus links to external support like Gambling Therapy. There are no obvious session limits, loss limits or reality checks, so if you want more control over how long or how much you gamble, you’re largely on your own.
Overall, InstaCasino has ticked the two biggest boxes, then left the rest of the page looking rather empty. Responsible gambling shouldn’t stop at telling players to gamble responsibly.

InstaCasino might be wearing a fresh coat of neon green, but the name itself isn’t new. The original InstaCasino was operated by MT SecureTrade Limited before closing in 2019. Fast-forward a few years and the brand has resurfaced in 2026 under the Shuffle Up group.
Shuffle Up’s own affiliate terms state that the InstaCasino brand is operated by Digital Taverna Ltd, while Shuffle Up Ltd sits behind the wider group. The new operation is associated with Shuffle Up’s Malta Gaming Authority licence, MGA/B2C/1045/2024, and the group also operates Oh! Casino.
Our verdict on the old InstaCasino was pretty damning: “InstaCasino acted as if they cared. More lip service from folks who just want to make a buck.” So, yes, we’re still skeptical. A new coat of paint and new ownership aren’t enough to make us forget the past. But with a new operation behind the brand, we’re willing to keep an open mind and see whether InstaCasino is actually prepared to do things differently this time around.
Player Comments on InstaCasino
A few players on our forum had their say about the former InstaCasino, with most discussion centered around its eventual closure. I found some complaints about account suspensions and players being left with active balances.
One of the main threads was deleted after a moderator noted that promotional posts had been shared without admin clearance. But I did uncover this comment from rebster in another thread:

Complaints and Track Record
No complaints about InstaCasino in our PABs section. From what I could gather on the forum, players seemed fairly content while the casino was operating, with things only really changing when InstaCasino pulled out of the UK market and eventually shut up shop.
Now it’s back, but the new operation hasn’t been around long enough to build much of a track record. Not much noise yet (good or bad) but we’ll be keeping an eye on what happens as more players get the chance to put the new InstaCasino through its paces.

InstaCasino offers 24/7 live chat and email support. The live chat loaded instantly, and my agent even arrived 11 seconds before the 1.38-second countdown ran out. Fair play.
Sadly, speed was about the only thing it had going for it. Questions about the number of games and how Levels work went largely unanswered. Maybe account issues would get more attention, but it didn’t fill me with confidence.
Email support was much better, though. Replies can take up to 12 hours, but the response was considerably more detailed and they actually answered the questions.
