Not much at all on Casinomeister regarding this new casino, pretty standard stuff there.
The casino’s licensing is Anjouan. Anjouan has been hyperactive on the scene for a couple years now and the verdict so far seems to be “meh”: players report that the jurisdiction does little or nothing with issues taken to them. Whether Anjouan will eventually prove to be foul or fair is, of course, unknown. For now what we can say is there’s not a lot to inspire player confidence insofar as licensing goes.
Self-exclusion is pretty much a blank page at Bitguruz: nothing more than “players can request a time-out” is said on the subject. And finally, Dispute Resolution is not only restricted to a 7-day period after the inciting incident but “disputes shall be exclusively referred to and finally resolved by the Gaming Board of Anjouan”. The word we have is that players mostly get a lot of nothing from that process. The end result of all this is that the player is left dependent on the individual operator’s reputation. This is very much the same cul-de-sac that players have had to accept from jurisdictions like Curaçao and Costa Rica for donkey’s years. So, “not great” is our conclusion here: there’s no reason to expect the worst but “player beware” is our advice.
