Aerobet is a new casino from a fairly low-profile operator, and not much about it stood out at first. It boasts a solid selection of games, a varied set of deposit and withdrawal methods, and 24/7 live chat — all standard stuff we’re used to seeing at casinos licensed in Anjouan. The highlight was their fully transparent loyalty program, as you don’t see that every day in offshore jurisdictions.
Sadly, we were more disappointed than impressed — the bonus wagering requirements are absurdly high, the withdrawal limits are restrictive, and we weren’t too happy about how they seem to hide responsible gambling information in some sub-pages. The operator also got a bit of flak in the forum a few years back, but that issue seems to have been resolved.

Looking into this casino, there’s not much to go on. It’s a relatively new operation with no real PAB record. We can’t draw any concrete conclusions for now, so these guys will be seated comfortably in the Gray Zone until we have a strong reason to believe they deserve to be bumped up or down. As always, exercising a healthy dose of caution is warranted with any Gray Zone brand.

While we were happy to see Aerobet offers a good variety of bonuses, we weren’t all too happy with the terms.
The seemingly generous bonuses come with a 35x wagering requirement applied to the bonus and deposit amount. With a 100% match, this means you have to wager your bonus an absurd 70 times before you can cash out. At least the rest of the terms are okay — no max cashout and no excluded slots at the time of writing.
As always be sure to read the terms carefully before claiming any offers, as they’re prone to change and there can always be dealbreakers in the fine print.
The Aerobet VIP program is a progressive scheme consisting of 10 tiers you can progress through simply by placing bets and accumulating loyalty points. It’s fully transparent about how much you need to deposit and wager to reach each level, and we always love to see that.
As you progress, you get milestone rewards with each level: cash bonuses, free spins, and prize wheel spins for extra rewards. You also unlock extra VIP benefits at higher levels, including additional reload bonuses, a personal manager, and increased withdrawal limits.
Overall, we liked what Aerobet set up here. Palpable rewards and transparent terms are the cornerstone of any worthwhile loyalty program, and in that respect, we have no complaints. Our main issue is that you need to get very far up the ladder before you can get past the default withdrawal limits.
Aerobet offers a decent set of payment options, although the selection isn’t as broad as we’d like. You’ll find Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, Rapid Transfer, PaysafeCard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, USD Coin, and more. We’re used to seeing more options at casinos in offshore jurisdictions though, like MuchBetter, Neosurf, and more cryptocurrencies like Solana.
Withdrawal speeds are fairly quick with e-wallets and crypto, but bank and card withdrawals can take a while. We were mainly disappointed with the withdrawal limits, as they’re set at €500 per day and €15,000 per month — far from appealing for high rollers.
Keep in mind Aerobet has mandatory verification for every account whose lifetime deposits surpass €500. It’s a standard process where players have to provide a personal ID, a proof of address, source of funds, and source of wealth for those whose lifetime deposits or withdrawals exceed €5000.
Aerobet has disappointingly barebones responsible gambling policies. The main responsible gambling page is tucked away in a sub-menu you only see after going to one of the pages in the footer. We didn’t really expect responsible gambling to be front and center in the lobby, but the least they can do is not go out of their way to hide it.
There’s not much useful info to be found here anyway: some basic explanations and a problem gambling checklist, along with the explanation on how you can self-exclude via customer support. Nothing in terms of extra resources or other responsible gambling tools like loss limits or short-term cool-offs.
It’s common for offshore casinos to just do the bare minimum on this front. The bar is low, and these guys managed to move it a tad lower still.
If you need to get in touch with Aerobet customer support, you can do so via email or 24/7 live chat. There’s also a sad-looking FAQ section that’s unlikely to mean much to anyone unless they expand it to cover more common issues.
Talking to customer support was okay — not great, not terrible. We rarely ran into queues, agents were polite and helpful, though responses were occasionally a bit robotic and missing the point of what we were asking. At the end of the day, we managed to get the info we needed, but it wasn’t always the smoothest process.
Top Gun fans may enjoy Aerobet’s aesthetic, though it’s not really prevalent throughout the site apart from the logo and a few promo banners. That said, the site is mostly minimalistic, with little color or clutter. All in all, pretty unremarkable.
In terms of UX features, we weren’t too impressed either. Search is utterly basic and purely title-based with no filters or tag system. You can browse games by provider, mark favorites, and get an overview of games you’ve played recently, but that’s about it.
There’s no dedicated mobile app, but the mobile version of the site is actually surprisingly good. It’s easy to browse, the UI is scaled just right, and the navigation bar at the bottom makes it easy to navigate the site. It’s not the best mobile casino but it’s perfectly adequate.
At the time of writing, Aerobet features games from over 80 software providers, mostly in line with other Anjouan-licensed casinos we reviewed. We were mainly disappointed to see the lack of proper organization in the slots section, as all casino games are bunched together. We noticed Fintech Szofver was mentioned at one point in the forum in a not-so-positive light: Rogue casinos operating under 365/JAZ? The situation mentioned here seems to have been resolved and the operator appears to have become more responsive since, as can be seen from a bunch of public complaints. They don’t come across as a paragon of the industry, but not an outright scam either.
There’s nothing on Aerobet or its sister sites in our PAB record, and we didn’t find much on other dispute resolution services. There’s one unresolved complaint for Loonabet, but that’s it. Every other legitimate complaint we found seems to have been resolved. From the looks of things, these casinos cave when faced with pushback, so you know what to do if you run into a problem.
That said, the situation is tentatively fine, but there isn’t enough evidence for us to confidently say this operator is sticking to the straight and narrow. So, as with any Gray Zone casino, we recommend players be careful and always go over the terms carefully before depositing. If you want to play it safe, Accredited casinos should be your next stop.
