Hi im trying to help a family member they registered with zodiac deposited £10 and recieved a £20 bonus she met wagering requirements and withdrew £1800 she then reverse withdrew £700 and lost with no luck at all the staff seem to not have a clue and dont know the slots payout ratios or RTP they are stalling payout should i be worried

Zodiac Casino is a Casino Rewards property. If she didn't break any terms, I am sure she will get paid. But when you reverse, your waiting time begins over again (think 4 days pending, and weekends don't count?). They may request ID, if she doesn't have it scanned, she can get it ready to go. That may take a few more days to be verified.

Most CR promos have a 30% max bet rule I think, which would limit her bets to no more than $3 a spin.

As for clueless support, I'm not surprised and I really wouldn't worry about what RTP is for a single session, it has no bearing on her payment.

If after 4 business day from the date of her last reversal she hasn't had either payment or an ID request, you could pm the rep Renee for help. https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/

thanks

Cheers jasmine she has never won anything much so was just a bit concerned as was large win from a tenner she got id request email so sent passport etc and will be 48hrs as of tommorow so fingers crossed

Jasminebed. At mgs you can reverse only part(700 out of 1800) of your withdrawal and the part you dont reverse wont be affected as what comes to payot times.
That is my experience, I dont know about CR casinos exakt, but would think same goes for them too?

Only part of the withdrawal can be reversed? Is this only at CR? Never heard of this!

It's quite a number of years ago, but I spent a few days reversing a large withdrawal with CR, and it kept moving the clock forward on me if I recall correctly. So hold tight, if no terms were broken, she will get paid.

While I've never had any issues myself with CR, rewards points do tend to get locked if withdrawals exceed deposits, so might be best to pick one of the CM accredited casinos for future play.

If you didn't break any rules, and you stop reversing, you will get paid.

2 business days and then the withdrawal will be processed. Keep an eye on your transaction history, and don't forget the time difference with Australia.

Also make sure you are pretty clear about the withdrawal method and the verification documents. Don't wait for them, contact them first, before the 2 business day pending time ends, and ask for payments. They used to pay the first time with check, to verify your physical address.
