Developer would need to be UKGC or MGA licensed for most casinos in EU I would imagine...

They could but it's a complicated and probably expensive process.

Yes, this is a developer from I believe Israel (TM) and they supply Asian markets generally. They also have Resident Evil 6 and a few other decent themes.

A global license of the DA brand would also be alot more expensive I reckon.
