Happend to me at Royal panda once, ( I was drunk ).playing with balanc 80euro's .
My balance was gone after 2 spins .
sent a mail to suport . sum technical problems with ur site, my balance is gone , i said.
they told me, Looks like you did hit by accident the max button.
Fair play to them bcuz honestly , they wr right . !!

And upon submitting a withdrawal request for over £1,000 it dawns on you that you have just breached rule 9.1 of their T&C's and bet in excess of their 30% of deposit rule, therefore all winnings will be confiscated due to irregular play! At which point your lucky day just turned sour........

Did they not give you a refund ?
If you have a wagering history then they can determine if you have made a genuine error and in some cases they give you the money back.

No, mate. they did'nt. Why should they ?

They told me indeed, we gonna take a look at ur wagering history to see whether uave made a genuine error, or not. After a few hours I received a mail back an they said I've accidentally hit the max button. I know they were right. Bcuz I started playing the game with 10 euro deposit.
I was so drunk it took me 3 days before i got sober.
So, I did hit the button just once and in no time my balance rsd up to 85 euros (to be exact). I did hit the max button without knowing what the hell i'm doing an got the FS !!
Wouw, now we're talking (i said to myself).
Went to get Another drink an went back behind the laptop. hit the button twice an my balance was totally gone. I got upset an asked myself (and after that, Royal panda staff): how the hell did i end up here??
