@Colins, we are soon to launch a tool where we can remove the "1 account rule" for UK players, makes live easier for all of us.

I will check again later tonight to see if I can help members with answers.

Shall have a look at the terms because if you are from the UK you should be able to view our UK terms where it clearly states the one account rule.

Just be careful anybody trying to sign up.
Only certain countries avail of the sign up bonus.Irish players miss out again though you can sign up.
So before you are disappointed check to see if you can take the sign up offer or not.

You are very right, actually this rule is under 2(account rules) paragraph 21. The paragraph wasn't there. It is added now accordingly.

TBH, I just wanted to have some fun with the free spins. Even if you had deposit with Neteller as an option, my super small budget goes to casino with Bonanza (BTG games). If I had seen the terms I wouldn't register, but it is under that huge "steps to register" and I missed it (is that the reason you have it there, to "hide" the terms? ;)).

In the event mutliple accounts are registered all Accounts will be closed except the first registered Account. Remaining balances or pending withdrawals within the closed Accounts will be paid out to the player accordingly. Lost deposits as a result of confirmed bets in our casino will not qualify for a refund.

This give them a right to confiscate deposits for those unaware?

this term should clearly be displayed in the bonus page when someone clicks on bonus T&C

I think it means, if you have played and lost you can't get a refund, but if you haven't used it yet, you will get a refund, and if you won anything they will pay out winnings.
 
I'm really struggling to see the point in having so many incarnations of one casino if people are only allowed to join one of them.

Seems a strange thing to do. By rights players should be able to log into each casino on your L&L label and play wherever they choose.

Lets be honest not every player will read the T&C's and all it does is annoy your customers and people lose faith in the group.

Just my two penneth worth

I'm having the same issue. I'm in Northern Ireland.

This is the issue at hand:

So if you have an account at either AllAustralian, AllBritish, AllIrish casino, then it's not permitted to have an account at Yeti, as yet.

Basically you are only allowed to have one active casino account across all their brands, unlike say MT Secure trade where you can have an account at Rizk, Guts, Ikibu etc etc...

Anyway I contacted Jan and because I never made a deposit at the others, he closed them and left the Yeti account as the active one.

Maybe if you PM him hopefully he can sort something out for you :thumbsup:

I have accounts with Betfair and Paddy Power, neither have been closed as an example.
Also, Ladbrokes/Coral/Gala/Acekingdom etc etc.

There isn't a law that states this.... The law only states you can only have one account per casino IIRC
