I saw this thread earlier but I refrained myself from posting. All BJ jokes aside, but can I ask this? do you need to apply for a permit to do a nudist campsite? it has certainly made me question can any regular folk just set up a nudist campsite?

But I would say table games yes is probably the best bet. Maybe get some of those massive playing cards to hide your bits if you are going to be taking pictures of the event - just a tip haha

But then again, it's a nudist beach, what would the punishment be then? If you lose, you put more clothes on instead of off? And the loser goes home? But as per others' suggestion here, I do think table games would work. Then again, no clue about the legal bits of it

For the one who asked, Yes, anyone can open a nudist campground, however the county or town might have some rules or regulations that you will need to adjust your plans to in order to get the gates open.
Since we posted last we had a great trip to check out a resort south of the border.

If you keep the event private, as in no uninvited guests and behind closed doors, i'm sure you can do whatever you want re: prizepool and buying chips, but of course under the premisse that it stays private.

If it's more 'open' however, most fun organisations i have been part of that attempted similar activities, for less private occasions, usually worked around most of the possible legal issues, by keeping the entry fee low and/or 'voluntary', and then instead of prizes with actual money, we just award vouchers or 'physical' prizes (had room for some puns or cheese here ), which should be allowed in most jurisdictions..

At least that's what i remember, it could all have been highly illegal, but no one cared
