Iwould like to hear from you guys as to which slots you think are the tightest. I play mainly MG and I find that GOOD TO GO would have to be the worst it takes forever if not ever to get the two speedos I have just played it and had over 500 spins and it did not look like coming up. CASHVILLE was good when it first came out now hopeless. THUNDERSTRUCK good game but very tight. SPRING BREAK the same..WITCHES WEALTH very hard to get the pussies but when you do its okay..POLLEN NATION again hard to get the bonus but agin okay if you do...TREASURE NILE seems to go off all the time but I cant do any good at it and so, so, so. I find that WHAT ON EARTH pays pretty good and ELEMENTALS I have done okay..It would also have something to do with which Casinos are tight and which are a little loose..Let me know what you guys and gals think...:) :) :)

Lots of slots talk today...

Iwould like to hear from you guys as to which slots you think are the tightest.

Personally, I find that a whole bunch of the slots were incredibly loose when I 1st started playing them a few months ago. The more I've played, the tighter it's seemed to have gotten. Minus playing with bonuses (reaching beyond 800 spins with no bonus round... ouch  ), I've never truly had a bad run with Thunderstruck. Tombraider is my favorite slot, quickly makes you or breaks you at (for me) .75 cents a spin (Flash Mode). Neither game, has truly been tight for me for an extended period of time though. Cashville has never been kind to me. And as much as I want to like SpringBreak, from those (now) historic winner screenshots posted by Slotster, I never EVER busted out on that game. I've likely not played it more than 25-30 times on min. bet (.09 cents), but for whatever reason, EACH time I've not hit the bonus round until a solid 20-30 minutes after starting those sessions. I suck at that game. The bright-side to that, is that I never really lost anything on that game either. Imagine that.

As far as tight though, Cashville yes. Playing with bonuses, everything has been KILLER-tight. Playing without bonuses (although it "technically" shouldn't make a difference), I've done alright... come ci, come ca.

Best luck I ever hear of at Casinomeister.com from various members concerning slots, is to cut your losses after a budgeted amount has been reached. IOW, don't wait forever for magic to strike.

Just passing my thoughts. Best of luck wherever (and whichever game) you decide to play. :)

One of my favourite topics! ;)
The reason we all love to play these 'Bonus' slots is because the bonus rounds can potentially pay out a very large win for a relatively small cost of spin.
The downside to this of course, is that if you're not hitting the average (or above) number of bonus features, it can murder your bankroll. :(

I pretty much agree with Wayram:-
GOOD TO GO is about the worst of the lot - pretty much the same as SECRET ADMIRER - if you get the 5 scatters you could be looking at a mega win, but it's a fricking enormous 'IF'! Far too tight for my liking.
CASHVILLE can also be a money-eater. Like all 20+ line slots, the problem is many of the 3 or even 4 symbol winning combinations don't even pay you back the cost of the spin! You need to be getting features at least once every 50 spins to stand any chance of profiting from this one.
SPRING BREAK has been good to me - I think I've had more winning sessions than losing ones. And as with LADIES NITE it is often possible to get in a large number of spins without losing very much, even when the feature is not hitting.
WHAT ON EARTH is also pretty good at making your money last as you hit lots of 3 - 4 fruit wins. This is probably my second favourite slot. I really like the 'Contest' bonus, but now HATE potted plants! :(
THUNDERSTRUCK for me is a load of crap. I love the graphics & the 'Lightening Strike' sound for 2 or more goats, but it just will not give me any decent wins. The last good win I had was about a year ago - since then I've had diddly-squat!
I quite like JUNGLE JIM which seems to payout a lot better than 'REEL STRIKE' which it looks like it was 'cloned' from. In fact, now that I think about it REEL STRIKE is even worse than GOOD TO GO!
WITCHES WEALTH seemed good at first, and you usually hit loads of bonus round, but these can quickly get extremely annoying when the wand keeps hitting the crap 'wins' either side of the bonus segment.
And finally, I agree with JohnSteed - TOMB RAIDER remains my favourite despite the high minimum bet at most places. And I also agree that ALL slots seem to be tighter now than a few months back.
Maybe we've just been unlucky, or maybe MG have 'tweaked' the % payout - we'll never know! ;)

As for different casinos having different payouts; quite a few people say that. I don't play enough different sites to have an opinion on that, but apparently all MG sites run of the same central RNG so should theoretically all pay the same - we'll never know... ;) ;) .

Lets talk about slots

well - as always, its a question of luck.
I play slots at RTG (the so called australian slots) which I do love, and at MG.
I play RTG at the KS group, MG at 32 red and phoenician.
Good service and fast payouts for me are as important as good slots.

At MG i found Hallooweenies fine, never a long time without rabbits, cashvolle as both of you said: without the bonus you dont have a chance.
Thunderstruck most amazing. But: One night i lost 1000$ on it, no rams, no wins...
good to go: hopeless for me too. But: secret admirer: wonderful! ever seen those 5 rings coming up at 4,50$? Thats a real good feeling! screenshot attached with 2,70$- nice enough--

At RTG i consider the slots being a bit streaky (dont really know, but i feel them to be...) , so i test each slot with to or three games and switch til i get a feature.

Good topic :)

I've always loved Thunderstruck...hard to top that. I've also been enjoying some of Crypto's slots recently - never went hear them in the past but they have really improved recently.

I loved Golden Goose Totem Treasure when it came out but if i was a cynic, i'd say they've tightened that up to the extent i don't go too near it thee days. I agree with KK that What On Earth gives you a good run for your money - thats a fave too.

I'm not a fan of these bonus slots where you need the bonus symbols on specific reels or left-to-right. Takes too long to hit and the bonus is half the fun

My faves

OK, cool topic. Let me get this out of my system first (feel free to skip this bit as I'm sure I've said this many times before and you may not agree):
It does not matter which casino you play in, as long as the casinos average monthly slot payout is the same (check the PWC reports). If you don't trust those casinos, play at Lasseters. Lots of great slots, and each slot has the government certified individual payout% reported, some are close to 98%!

But then, as KasinoKing said....we'll never know. I agree. I've had some stellar runs just after signing up for a casino, only to lose it back on later deposits....so what do I know.

To the topic at hand:
I'm in it for the action so I play bonus slots. If you want your bankroll to last a long time, go for the non-bonus slots with low top pays, like 1000-3000 coin top pays. Give you a sustained game.

1. Thunderstuck my all-time favorite (was). With a 150,000 coin max win it's VERY streaky, can really eat up your bankroll. It's vacuum-cleaned my bankroll for the past 4 months, and I've come right off it. Maybe MG reduced its payout% cause it's so popular, and thus the casinos make more $$? Don't know. Spring Break and Ladies Nite are the same. These are the slots the casinos WANT you to play. I wonder why....

2. Wasabi-San my new favorite. The fish-market bonus I could do without, but otherwise seems to give you a good run for your money.

3. Halloweenies seems a good bonus slot, or I've been fairly lucky with it. No big wins, but a sustained game. Runs very slowly on my Virtual PC though, just like the rest of the 20-liners:(

3. RTG realtime series. Very addictive, but incredibly streaky. I've played lots of spins on Aztec Treasure but only gotten the free spins ONCE and only for 5 spins and didn't even win anything.

4. Lasseters >96% slots. All good for the obvious reason :)

5. Playtech 8-liners and the 5-line lockable Mermaid thingy (i forget the name now). That one is my new favorite - you can actually keep a pretty sustained game even with big bets and you sort of get two spins for the price of one, more fun for your money. Now all we need is someone to analyze the reels and come up with the optimal locking strategy - with that the payout could be close to 99% I think. But that's just a guess.

Cheers,
SM

This and that...

Simmo!

I've also been enjoying some of Crypto's slots recently - never went hear them in the past but they have really improved recently.

I haven't played the new Marvel slots yet, but I'm looking forward to in the near future (I owe it to Stan Lee for years of pleasurable reading while not doing homework, and to get my butt over to Wil-Hill and Inter-Casino... wait a second, not studying AND for tempting me with even MORE gambling... I should sue-his-ass!!).

Aarrrggghhhh! Same here. For me, FREE SPINS is THE greatest part about slots and online gaming. Sure, I enjoy BJ, and some of the other games, but the slots with the FREE SPINS have me locked-in for excitement. I think it's the anticipation that something great can always happen (on a low bet as well).

Far too streaky. I quit going to BoDog and Casino Extreme BECAUSE of that streakiness. :( I won a couple of times (withdrawals), and that was the end of that with their slots. I went a few deposits between both casinos without hitting the feature (or Free Spins mode) at both casinos. It's a shame too, I love Aztec Treasure (and to a lesser extent... Cleopatras Gold and Ronin), that game has given me the greatest return on a low bet. While I'm with KK in that Tombraider is my favorite slots game, there's nothing greater to me (for all the online slots games that I played) than to get 3 of those Aztec statues (whatever they're called).

KasinoKing

TOMB RAIDER remains my favourite despite the high minimum bet at most places.

Hi KK,

I've played it (FULL version download) at the same .09 cent minimum as Thunderstruck and SpringBreak, but I can't recall what/which casino (methinks Music Hall, but not positive) was offering it. At least compared to Thunderstruck, the bonus rounds don't take forever to hit.

I know Spin Palace & Ruby have TR with 1c minimums - but their nice regular 100% bonuses seem to have dried up recently... :(

On a side note, I noticed Ladbrokes have a 'flash' version of Raider - so I gave it a quick bash.... Had one of my best ever little runs on it - made about £50 off 30 spins.
Needless to say I have not been back! ;)

nearly--

big one.... nearly. Wot about a funny NSC = nearly screenshot contest
(needless to say, the winner will only be paid nearly after nearly filling fax form and ID and utility bill....)?
cheers

yeah- but those are serious, i thought of a kind of cynic game on the NPCs-
if anyone doesnt know NPCs: non paying casinos...
ok- stop- getting silly----

PlayTech slots aren't so bad...

Slotmachine

I guess if we're talking about PlayTech 8-line videoslots, I've had some fun playing Chinese Kitchen and Vacation Station. I placed low bets on these two games, and I could never die over at Bet365. While the PlayTech BJ was atrocious (it used to be magnificent), I felt it was hopeless and decided to try their videoslots instead (which in all my years playing there... never did). Nice games, for something a little different.

Thank you for that mikepipe! :) I miss that game, but if it's going to be THAT RIDICULOUSLY tight for so long, then that's that. :( One last thing about that game, when I was winning (hahaha), I generally had great luck getting more Aztecs during the free spins sessions. One time (off of a $1 bet), I took it well over $1,000!!! While 5 free spins may seem low compared to Tombraider's 10, or VERY low compared to Thunderstrucks 15, the payoff is generally greater (IMO) because it's reasonable to accumulate extra free spins during the free spin session.

KasinoKing

Saying that prompted me to take another look, so I chucked a tenner in...
... and look what I NEARLY got from King-Close-A-Lot!!

So close!

I thought I was actually removed from Rubys promo list and even emailed them the other day because I have not gotten any promo notices for a month, I am glad I am not the only one.

As for the games I still go back to rthe old faithfull T/Struck, Ladies, S/Break, but when I am broke I go to Playtech and play the Wall Street Fever, I never win the progressive but I usually end up with a couple hundred bucks from a $50 dep. and move on to Captains treasure it has always been good.
Cashville and most of M/G 20+ liners kill me.

Good topic.

Thunderstruck is simply a MONEY SINK. I do however feel that the higher denomination you play the more often you will win. Betting anything less than 5 cents per line will clean you out.

Ladies night is HORRID.

In fact All of the progressives are HORRID. With exception of that one 5 cent progressive.. Forget the name.

My favs:

Halloweenies

Pollen Nation- Extremely streaky, you can go like 100 spins without getting a bonus, but when you do its for like 20,000 coins.

That Alien Invasion one is good

Wasabi San

Tomb Raider
