I got a belter of a email from Comeon Casino today titled "Get 10 free spins on Starburst today". I read on further "Deposit £30 and bet £30 on Starburst today and get 10 Free Spins on the same game"
Too good to miss this one folks 10 spins at £0.10!

Also...

£5 x 30 = £150
£150 @ 95% = £7.50

Not exactly the worst promotions in the world are they. The Stans one in particular you're getting £5 worth of free play for a theoretical 50p cost. You're then playing with their money and have a great chance of winning at no risk to your own funds. I'd say £5 worth of balance was worth a 50p buyin...

Here is the promo I got, comparing Starburst to Rodger Federer...yeah right!

Your math is spoty on, but the amount is wrong It's a 0.50 ct minimum slot so that gives 12.50, which is even better.
That said i wouldn't take it as i am not liking the slot... (did love Break Away when it came out, but i am much underwhelmed with all the skins that followed)
