I have been mailing and calling Casino classic regarding my account for 2 weeks now. They never respond to mail and on the phone they tell me to call back in a few hours to speak to that department. I call back and get the same thing. " Call back in one hour they will be in " I call back and they tell me the same thing. I call the next day and so on and so on. After 2 weeks of this I just see that this is a very unreliable casino. They must be doing poorly considering the very strange bonus mails they have been sending me. " Deposit 200 and get 50" Then again I shouldn't blame them. They are probably very short of help and can't afford to hire anymore customer service people to deal with client's accounts. I have stopped playing there for a while because play time has been less then 5 minutes regardless of how much you deposit. I strongly do not recommend this casino!
