Won 2000 Euro @ quasar and Money is 0.00?

I played tonight at Quasargaming and won about 2000 Euro. I switched the game and my Balance dropped to Zero!!!????
All the money is gone?!Played without Bonus.

I do not play there so unsure how there system works, Just the other day my money went from a site, I ask what the score was and they said a technical hitch, about 5 minutes later all was good and cash was there,

Are you new to the site? Most likely got flagged when winning and just waiting for you to verify your I.D, Or you may of got logged out, Do not panic just yet as there could be a number of reasons

thanks a lot for the reply. I played and won or lost in the last weeks similar often. They always paid me without a hassle. I never ever have seen something like this, if you call it a glitch?.
I was down about to 1600 wanted to play on and suddenly money was gone..
