Excuse my jibberings, just have a few minutes spare and am up to my deposit limits at my usual casinos, so idle fingers are trying to cost me money online! Unfortunately (of sorts), however, I have two withdrawals in place - Karamba £625 (from £25 deposit) and 21Bet £75 (from £20 deposit) which are both in a pending period and can be cancelled. Alas, Karamba money will help immensely and will not be reversing that, but a little £75 to play with elsewhere, hmmmmm ........

I know I shouldn't and hopefully will not reverse it, but it is so tempting and infuriating having these withdrawal pending periods!!

Thankfully I have the Videoslots Battle of the Slots to tied me over with the freespins until my next job alleviates my boredom!

It is obvious the pending periods are in place to benefit the casino for punters to reverse their withdrawals, but am just wondering how many people refuse to play there because they do not have locked withdrawals? I am certainly being converted to play at places with speedy withdrawal processing times. End of the day, they get my deposit money immediately, so why should there be a delay in me getting my withdrawal money?

Ramblings over and have convinced myself not to reverse the £75.

Thankfully just received an e-mail (as I am typing this) concerning work, so time to deal with pensions, payroll and auto-enrollment. What fun!

Shouldn't you be asking yourself this question? You deposit at places that do not flush and offer reversals and then decry those particular outfits for it.

Yes, card payments are instant and withdrawals should be also, and we know that it is possible to do, but casinos don't. I take reversals into account before playing at a casino, and evaluate their overall service. Take 32Red, I know that should I withdraw there will be a pending period but I know with 100% certainty I will get paid. Unlike Pamper or something, which is the complete opposite.

I generally avoid reversal places, but should they persist I'll happily chat to have my withdrawal flushed. Casinos that have pending aren't a deal-breaker, but manual flushing is a must in my eyes.

I wouldn't dare reverse on Karamba... Ever, I reversed £500.. You should have seen how quick things flopped :eek2: Big mistake !! I was playing with Karamba yesterday, still being a load of shat for me

Well done on your winnings !! I hope you climbed the VIP ladder while playing at Karamba

This is exactly what prompted me to make my site, because like you I hate unduly long 'pending' (we-hope-you-spunk-it-back) periods. There is no reason for them to exist - even if say w/d's were not processed until Monday and you made one Saturday, the transaction should be FINAL! As are all your deposits....:rolleyes:

Fair point Goatwack, we are all adults and can make informed decisions on where we play. Half the time I don't expect to be lucky enough to win, so don't take into account their withdrawal processes. The main thing is that they do actually pay out unlike some of the rogue casinos out there!

Dan, rest assured there will be no reversal at Karamba for me! The 48 hour pending period is up tonight, so hopefully withdrawal will be processed tomorrow morning. I am normally very reluctant to reverse anything over £100 as most of the time I am a low roller. re the VIP ladder, I believed I moved up a bit and just a few points off the silver level - I had just returned to them after a break, so nice of them to welcome me back with a few wins!

Dunover, I agree that withdrawals should be locked. Out of the various casinos I have frequented, there was only 1 (Coral I think it was) that had it in the settings as to whether you wanted withdrawals locked or to have a reverse option until processed. Would be nice to see this feature on all casinos, but doubt it would catch on!

Any casino with a period of more than 24 hours I wont deposit at now. No need to for UK players at all. Tons of great places with same day payouts, and some within minutes some are instant.

Had a stack of withdraws the other week from Sky V. they were instant back to my paypal, paypal instant to my bank job done.

Why settle for less ? any casino giving the "48" hour pending period minus weekends or bank holidays god forbid wont see a penny for me.
I wish the UKGC would stamp this foul practice out especially where withdraws are kept pending.

Everyone I speak to offline who asks about casinos / withdraws I always advise them against certain sites who employ the "pending period"

word of mouth does travel

dont reverse dont reverse dont reverse you will only regret it

For best results- don't gamble at all!

This ensures the money is in my account instantly, and the only pending period is that between transferring money to the missus. This is normally no more than a minute, and it saves you a whole afternoon's whining

My threshold today is 12hrs and that 24/7/365!

The technology is there, the software is there, the people are there - no other reason to delay than expecting the player to reverse and lose.

Anybody taking longer or maybe not processing on weekends won't see my butt, let alone a penny of my money.  :D .... and i can't care less if everybody says: "yeah, but you can be sure you will get paid", no penny goes to casinos with delaying tactics, NADA!

You left yourself wide open there, but out of respect I'm not going to go any deeper into this

Sorry don't understand.

With that i meant they won't see me walking (aka logging in) into their casino and sitting down on my butt for a session, let alone a penny in deposits.

Nevermind, I knew where you were coming from!

Anyway, back on track, you were talking about paying your missus and getting a whole afternoons whining?!?!?!

Yeah and I fucked up earlier this week and forgot about the Caddell groups 48 hour pending BS!

Withdrew late Wednesday so It will probably be Monday before I see it (although a small amount so I'll live lol) but almost 5 days in 2016!

Also withdrew from Dr Vegas Saturday and it still shows as 'Waiting Authorisation' under my account tab, live help told me the same thing twice and still no sign of life :( - Got to have a cheque  despite several Skrill deposits and only one or two Paysafe deposits! so that's even longer before I can actually see the cash in my hand, maybe even a 2 week job!

No, I'm giving her money to give me some peace! I thought this was mandatory??

What is it today, I might as well type in Chamicuro today for all the good it's doing!

Imagine depositing on Wednesday after 4 pm and then not seeing your winnings processed until Monday morning......used play at places like this....not anymore....

A week+ is rogue behavior by any definition of the word. A day is unacceptable. An HOUR is unacceptable.

When I deposit with a credit/debit card it takes 30 seconds for them to get my dough.

Until casinos come up with a way to pay my winnings in as long as it takes to walk to the cage in a B&M, they can kiss my ass.

(....or butt)

I wonder if casinos like number/colour are actually making more money through reversals, after introducing the 24hr pending, no flushing and no weekend processing?

Or if those procedures have driven away enough depositors to cancel out the extra?

Nah. The situation in the U.S. has put me off i-gaming indefinitely.

From monitoring posts on here, I'm seeing some questionable behavior from some of you folks' regular accredited casinos also.

But I don't have dog (or goat :D) in that fight so I'll just keep watching..

Here in the states it has been 48 hr. pending period (at least) for as long as I've been playing - and the casinos seem to have done just fine raking it in until the collapse of the pay-2-card system.

So I'm thinking it is the former - they are counting on dedicated/compulsive/addicted players putting up with all of the above - and of course, reversing.

But most, if not all, US facing casinos have the same long processing periods. so there aren't many options for players. and no faster paying competition for the casinos

where as outside the US, Casinos with long processing periods are something of a minority (amongst the decent/accredited sites). Therefore there are plenty of options for players

Yes, I see your point. We are held hostage to those draconian terms but you folks are not.

I sometimes read of people's problems on your side of the pond and think, "Man! Why on earth are they playing there when there are so many well-run establishments?"

(Harry gets very vocal about this :p:p )

Even worse are the complaints about casinos that are clearly non-accredited  I mean geeez, this forum provides all the information you need to find a nice, easy-going gaming experience.

I'm going to get Harry a 32Red paperweight for his birthday for sure :eek:
