Hi Guys,

I made a withdrawal of $1200 on June 5th via bank transfer but still haven't received my money. Sort of getting the run around from Trada that it was sent, but I proved to them I didn't receive it, and yet nothing has come of it. They are ranked as one of the best, but this experience has been frustrating and terrible.

Any advice?

While every casino deserves a chance, I find it irksome that a casino with suvch a stellar reputation would claim payment was sent when this is untrue. Sure, sometimes payments do fall through the cracks but when answering they should have examined whether the payment had really been sent. Its still early days and I feel there will be a goo

..... I feel there will be a good ending on all this. That said, I have learned that even the most reputable casinos could have financial issues especially wehen their clientele increases or when there are several big hits by the players. I deposit in very small amounts and cash out even at 2x or 3x my deposits so that all my eggs wont be placed in a single basket. Yep the casinos dont like it but why should I care?

Hey @chuchu59 :)

For clarity, I would like to highlight on our side, the payment was sent correctly and we were confident it was.
When it then went by the probable time for a withdrawal to hit an account we had to raise it with the payment provider and wait for them to respond. Unfortunately, they took their time with this response.

Overall, this led to this bad experience, and the delayed withdrawal.

In saying all of this, I can 100% guarantee it was not caused by any financial issues, but a slow response time from a payment provider. :)

The payment was sent by us, and was marked as 'approved' in our payment processors back office. It was subsequently rejected by the client's bank as there was one typo/mistake in the details entered by the player and as a result the bank could not locate the account.

We didn't claim anything that was untrue and we did not (and never would) lie to delay a payment

That was quick.. looks like my money was put back into my Trada account.. will try another withdrawal method and see how that goes.

Hi CasinoMe,

I believe Laura has emailed you with an update, but please do let me know here or via PM if there are any further issues or questions you may have.

Apologies again for this,

Rachel.

Er I think you misunderstood my question. I did open an account tried to deposit with Ecopayz but was denied. Support said ecopayz denied my deposit because of my jurisdiction. As far as I know ecopayz does not deny deposits if there are funds in my account.

Just as a follow up.. I tried to withdraw with Ecopayz, but couldn't because I hadn't made a deposit at Trada with Ecopayz… today I finally did, and the money was in my Ecopayz account in about 2 minutes after doing so... that did make up for the earlier issues as I wasn't expecting it to go through so quick. Thanks Trada
