These people are game players!!!! I can't believe the lameness other there excuses. Certainly they could do better. Well we only cashout for a $1000 a week because of your vip level. And you did'nt meet the wargering requiremet on the other $1000 We decided to make it $159.40 wagering still left so that maybe you will give it all back to us. LAME what a joke!!!!

I was curious so I checked. For new players (accounts less than 6 months old) they say:

'Payouts cannot exceed $500 over a period of 30 days i.e. one month, during the first 6 months.' (they also insist on a minimum of three successful deposits!)

As for VIP's, I found this:
''VIP members will be able to withdraw higher amounts based on the agreement with Winward Casino, which will be determined on a case to case basis.''
The max they seem to allow is $5k in one go, but I guess not for the OP.
