Wintingo, as worse as it gets...

I have to open this thread as my frustration with wintingo just reached its peak, decide for yourself if you want to laugh or cry about what happens in this "accredited" casino.

Here´s my story:

On june 3rd, I received an email from wintingo inviting me to take part in a promotion (a guaranteed luckydraw) where you are guaranteed to win a prize between 5 to 500. Here are the details:
Here’s what you need to do:

Deposit a minimum of €10 and use PROMO CODE: RR01
Play any game from 03 June to 06 June

The winners will be notified and credits allocated on Friday, 6 June.

So i made the necessary deposit along with code RR01.

After my deposit I noticed there was a 2€ bonus added to my account, i opened livehelp and was told this would just be the normal cashback.

So I started spinning and after some bonus rounds on playboy i doubled my balance and decided to cashout, which was not possible due to the fact i had an active bonus with wr on my acount. So i opened livechat again and was told the code RR01 added a little 2€ bonus with wr, which was nowhere mentioned in the promomailer. I had to forward the email and then support deleted ( he also admitted the 2€ bonus is WRONG and nowhere mentioned in terms) the 2€ bonus and i could cashout. I dont believe this 2€ was a mistake, it was hidden on purpose and i just catched them with that.

Sofar so good, the same day i also uploaded my documents, they have a form for this in the cashier. So i thought my cashout should be received within the next days.

2 days later i received an email asking me for my documents allthough i already uploaded them 2 days before (not very cool to hanlde sensible data like this) anyway i sent them 2 times via email again, to two different support adresses just to make sure.

Days passed by, no answer to my email, no cashout. Yesterday I opened livechat again and asked for my cashout, was told it will be paid today, the agent said he will make sure. Today, no cashout, now iam just chatting again with "Mark" who now seriously tells me... drumroll please... We still require your documents. :eek::confused::mad:

As I asked him what happened with the 3 batches of docs i already sent and uploaded 1 week ago, he seriously tells me: " I dont know that either":eek:

So you see the security of your confidential personal docs is taken very serious at wintingo. After i send him another email to his emailadress he gave me my docs were finally approved within minutes, allthough they had them since 1 week and ignored all my requests about the status via email.

As I asked for the guaranteed luckydraw prize which, as per promo terms, should have been credited friday the 6th i was told we have no clue.

After I answered that this whole wintingo experience becomes hilarious the agent told me ohh now I see, you have 5€ attached. aha:what: so I dont believe there ever was a luckydraw at all, i dont even care anymore.

I stopped the chat conversation with support and told them i will escalate the issue here, after 1 week of pure nonsense from the support (docs vanishing, no updates nor email answers, promos not honoured) i have no believe these guys are capable of anything in regards of service and trustworthynes.


Afterwards the agent told that i asked them to cancel the promocoupon for the luckydraw (5 minutes before i surprisingly won 5€) i will get no prize. Funny thing is, on june 6th where i deposited i asked if i still take part if he deletes the unwanted and non-mentioned 2€ bonus which came with the code, he said sure you are in the luckydraw!

I saved all chat logs and iam sure wintingo has them all on file too.

Iam more than pi**ed of right now and find this totally unacceptable behaviour for an accredited casino, for me it looks like a bunch of clowns, sorry to say so but after my experience and patience i showed iam no more willing for any bs excuses or the 100th request for docs which were in place since day one.

Wintingo get your act together.. my withdrawal remains unpaid!

I also informed the rep here about this thread and hope for some professionalism, finally.

Today I was contacted (email) by the Pitboss of Wintingo and he apologized and showed his understanding that my experience was really not what they aim to.

However he also explained there are banking changes and takeovers, this should excuse the mess up. I should wait some more as they take more time.:o

As for me time for excuses is over i hope they finally show some action and just pay my open neteller withdrawal, what happned with the promo remains unresolved/confused.

I appreciate wintingo finally contacted me trying to resolve the issue, but that only happened after i complained here and there are further excuses, waiting times etc. :(

It would seem wise to avoid this site until the processor/takeover issues have been fully resolved. Your experience is unacceptable. Neteller should be a fast medium of pay out, not involving incessant delays. I share some concerns that your problem was only addressed after posting here.
 
Just received my withdrawal to neteller, thank you!

I will avoid this casino from now on, i got the impression somethings not right there and the whole experience there was just a big disappointment in too many regards.


The mess-up with the luckydraw Promotion remains very strange / unadressed for me.
