Ok not sure this has been done before but thought it may be interesting to see if people have bought anything 'big' or paid for a special event with winnings ie weddings etc..

None of the above myself though will buy a new bicycle next week with money i won from gowild earlier as my old one is on its last legs lol..

I bought 42" TV and home theater for my winnings from BetVoyager :)

I used a $5000 win when I bought my previous car. The car costed about $32 000. So the win did not pay the whole car, but it gave me a boost

Jeez very nice...

Im waiting for H1roller to post-she must have splashed out as i bet shes loaded after the past few weeks!

Im fairly new to online gambling so havent really gambled much above 2 coins on anything-tho i only really play TH2,tho people say its low variance etc I have tried LOTR though I never get anywhere-maximum I have won on there is 2.62!

Remember that there are probably thousands of "loser-screenshots" for every "winner-screenshots", so I would advise you to stick with your 2 coins bet if that is most suitable for you

Yeah I usually bet 1 coin, get to a certain amount if it isnt my win target then up my coins,if my credits fall below 100 pounds then I usually put it back down to 1 coin.

Still getting use to this online gambling stuff though as I say TS2 is my usual game only because my bro started playing it lol...

Lucky bugga just won 200 quid on the loki feature on 3 coins-I never win anything on that damn thing-I only ever win on the raven feature on go wild/32 red or the thor feature on ladbrokes :/

Ladbrokes winnings have almost entirely furnished my house. No flat-pack crap either; all solid oak pieces, leather sofa, Kef/Onkyo home cinema system. This is probably why I'm allowed to play online so much, when I think about it.

I'm not exactly sure how much of that was paid by me in initial deposits to Ladbrokes, but I know I'm well and truly 'up' with them.

I knew it lol bet you've bought a new property and leased it out with what you've won past few weeks!

I never have anything to post in that damn thread!

I won 200 quid at gowild but it wasnt in 1 go so dont have no decent screenshots to post...

I remember awhile back Rocky bought some new front steps for his house courtesy of 3 Dice.

Most I ever got was $2000 for a new computer. Ray won 36K and used it to pay off debts mostly but we did get a new couch/loveseat/chair combo out of it.

Mmmmm, where do I start lol, Just before last Xmas I had an amazing run of good luck that netted me around 7k profit spent most of that on my son for presents, this year has netted me a new TV, I-phone, PS3 and games etc for my boys birthday, loads of new work tools and a pine bed, and yesterday`s win at Golden Lounge will be a deposit for a holiday ;).

I normally spend wins on fast woman, drink and drugs, and waste the rest :p

Next time I will do the same! :D

Oh, I forgot...I'm getting married in two weeks (July, 30th) so will have to waste the whole sum :D

I have purchased deposits at the same online casinos where I experienced my wins or played it away.

I think the best thing one can do with big wins is replenish the account it came from originally and don't touch it. Odds are most gamblers like myself had a nice reserve at one time which has been depleted somewhat. Play away or try to build on smaller wins.

Thank goodness I have a nice job which will enable me to build depleted personal reserves back up.

In the meantime, I have set up a gambling & vacation reserve, where i set aside 5% to each per monthly paycheck as not to co mingle with personal reserves.

when i was younger and more stupider * cough * i would spend my winnings on grog , woman and more gambling , the rest i used to just piss away .... sorry old joke lol

i still like to buy a nice scotch when i win these days but i always try and buy something from a memorable win these days.
from wins , not just online wins , horse betting and footy betting i have bought
a double bed , video camera , slr camera , fishing rods , a new bbq and a very nice minus 20 sleeping bag ;-)
mind you these things have come over a period of 10 years or so but its nice to have something you can remember
when im away fishing , sitting under a shady tree and having a nice cold beer and the fishing rod im using brings back memories of a horse called poetic king and that great day i had at the races.

its too easy to have a good win and over a period of days or weeks blow that money gambling it back and even tho it gave you time and pleasure theres no real momento.

Can't say I've bought many specific or large things with my winnings - but lots of little things.
I did use mt Neteller ATM card for all our spending money when we visited Vegas in 2004 and the first laptop I bought I dedicated to my winning month of January 2005; I made $1,286 profit that month, at the time my best month ever!

But we are VERY non-materialistic - we still have a 26" CRT TV in our living room...

Winning the Jackpot at Bingo ($1000) back in 1985 purchased a honeymoon trip to the Bahamas.

Last summer I bought an e-bike and a flatscreen.

This fall I'm planning a trip to Europe thanks to some pretty big hits at 3Dice and 32Red.

First time I ever had a pay back to my prepaid, the liquor store to stock up was my first stop, lol.

Back in the mid nineties after I experienced the rare couldn’t loose weekend in Atlantic City, I bought my wife the following week a new Corvette with the winnings in cash.

The truth of the matter is I should have a fleet of them with the amounts of money I lost.

I know we all have a winning day, maybe a winning week, or month, or year, and love bragging about our occasional victories as if we know how to gamble better then others.

The overwhelming fact remains, that if you’re a consistent gambler, you’re no doubt paying dearly for your hobby. Of course if you hit a life changing jackpot that’s another story.

I for one also believe that most gamblers lose focus on the actual value of money when consistently gambling. For instance let’s say a gambler towards the end of the year was down 20k for the year. All of a sudden they have a winning session and cash out for 5k. Instead of returning the money to their coffers where the money originally game from, they tend to splurge on items they never would have bought in the first place, treating the winnings like their winnings instead of what it actually is, which is nothing more then returning a small amount of your loses.

I for one other then the time I bought the car, treat my winning sessions nothing more then ammo for my next visit.

I think a better question here would have been; what could you have bought with the moneys you lost gambling?
