I think no matter what your betsize in-game is the extra jackpot bet is always 10p so triggering the jackpot game should be equally easy (or equally hard more like it) for everyone.

Same as the "Jackpot Blitz" on Octoplay games, always 10c on top of your stake. I think that's the fairest way to go about a jackpot feature.
