Casino Room, 12th March. £100 deposit, no bonus
I started on Avalon 2 for a change, at 60p a spin. And I got off to a decent start, thanks to my only 100x hit, which came from a familiar source...
Wheel of Fortune win - 133.8x bet.
I quit Avalon 2 at £170 and switched to DOA, at 36p a spin. No joy (or 100x wins) there. I quit DOA at £112.
Next up...the Rhino at 80p a spin.
I get two features fairly quickly, but I get 8 spin BoGs on both. I dropped to £75 when I got my third feature.
First 7 spins....7 dead spins. And now...I can feel dunover-esque levels of frustration kicking in.....
Sure enough, about 10 seconds later, I slammed my fist into the table. But it wasn't out of frustration....more like ELATION, because of this....
Talk about a f*cking kickass bonus saver. For only the fourth time, I get quadruple wilds during a Rhino feature.
But this one was easily the best of them because, unlike the previous three occasions, I got a LOT of things to work in my favour...
First time getting three 3x wilds (previous three were all double 3x, double 2x)
First time 6OAKing an animal symbol (two of the previous three didn't 6OAK anything, the other 6OAK'ed Js)
First time 6OAKing more than one symbol (the previous three combined for only 1 6OAK'ed symbol)
First time getting the paying symbols to also appear on the same reels as the wilds did for extra win boosts.
First time getting more than one symbol on Reel 6 to contribute to the multiple way wins
Without doubt, the sweetest moment I've ever had playing Rhino.
216 x 6OAKs of the badger, 144 x 6OAKs of Js, 54 x 5OAKs of Ks. 1,665x bet, my biggest single spin win on Rhino by a considerable margin.
Previous best: 1,118.25x bet.
Total for the round - 1,667x bet. My biggest round total win on Rhino. Previous best: 1,128x bet.
That took me up to £1,408, only the fourth time I've ever had a balance above £1,400. My balance went up a little bit, to £1,425, when I decided
to up my bets to £1.20 a spin. I peaked at £1,479, before the inevitable quick slump happened. But this time, I did something really smart (by my standards anyway
)....
Once I dropped to £1,375, I cashed the whole frickin' lot of it out.
And that made it my biggest ever cashout, beating my previous biggest of £1,350 (Sky Vegas, November 2016).
I still think you're a right orange bastard Rhino. But you weren't one that day.
