i think this is really good. it pushes the envelope. everyone thought the britney/madonna kiss was so risque and taboo for tv, and created the double standard that a male-male kiss would probably be panned/shunned/met with distaste. i don't think ali g and ron burgundy's kissing did anything for the gay movement, but i hope it does help to relax the homophobic attitudes. borat has been doing this for a long time though, double-cheek-(sometimes-even-lip)-kissing american politicians and authority figures to make them uneasy.
