Hi, im having an issue where they approved my withdrawal but it havent come to my bank. Its been 6 banking days now. It says 1-3 banking days on their website.
Support tells me 3-7 days. My bank says 1-2 days for international transfers.

i have withdrawn here before and then it took only one day. Thats why i am thinking there has been an error of some sort.

i know there is a softswiss/direx n.v rep here but i cannot remember his username can anyone tag him please?

Dont withdraw to banks at softswiss. Always seem dodgy
