Hi everyone!

I would like to know what forum members would like to see when playing at a new casino website?

What attracts you? and what makes you stay? i.e. good bonus system, customer support service? Do you look at the payout ratio first before playing?

I am quite curious as there a lot of casinos nowadays!

Regards,

Chi

what do you mean by reasonable? It is too hard to understand you think?
Not more than (Deposit+Bonus)x15 and fully cashable after WR is complete.
I might go to x20 at a push, if it was on a software I really like (MG, Rival, NetEnt, GV).

I used to always check out the casino's website first. It must look professional.

All T&Cs must be organized logically, and easy to access without having to click through 3 or 4 pages. There must be a Contact Us page, with working phone #'s and email addresses, or even a Chat with customer service button. There must be an About Us page with info as to Licensing, location, and other casinos (if any) within the group. There should be a Banking page with list and links to accepted deposit and withdrawal methods -- and some statement as to expected cash out turn around times for each method.

Then... if all appears up and up... and CS responds quickly and knowledgeably to my email inquiry... then, you might get my money. LOL

I can't remember what I used to do, but since being a member of Casinomeister, I wait until I read some glowing reviews of a new casino before depositing.
My biggest online wins to date have come after joining casinos that are recommended by the members on here :)

Look at the Winner's Screenshot section, lots of people are happy to post their wins.

One of the casinos I play at is on Facebook and Twitter, and recently had some prizes for screenshots. Offering some freechips with WRs and max cashouts would be a cheap way of getting players to participate at minimal cost to you.

What would everyone think of a social media intergration of on the website? Would people share their winnings?

Can you go into more detail of what your meaning is?
Kind of like...
player A wins $5000, but player B loses $200, so Player A has to give Player B part of their winnings?
OR
At any set hour of the day there is a "pot" and the players at that set hour of the day, whatever their balances are are divided equally amongst all players?

Not really sure where you are going with all of this....But I don't think it would be a very popular addition to any online casino.

The most important things:

1) Instant payouts - eg. ask in live chat and payment should be sent immediately to e-wallet.
2) Good bonuses and free spins
3) A software I trust 99,99% (microgaming for example)
4) Simple terms. 30* wagering on slots 100* wagering on tables or something like that, and that's it. No other long t&c.

Then I would start playing with them because there's only a handfull of casinos fitting my 4 requirements at the moment.

I've changed over the years. Now I know what I like so it's all about the games and how fast the cashouts are for me. Must be in a good jurisdiction too.
