Hiya: I just have to ask, because, well i am confused. There are Hundred's of Online Casinos to choose from. Yet, some people basicly say, "I heard this Casino was bad, or I know this place is on the rough list, or i know that most sites say stay away from this place,"........."BUT I WENT THERE AND PLAYED ANYWAY". Why?:confused:

Bad Casinos

Mainly IMO its because in the end people still have a choice, and may need to experiecne it for themselves. I tell my teen all the time that some of his firends are bad and "rogue". He won't listen until he is pulled over and thrown into jail right along with them. Then maybe he will hang around better people.

Easy one to answer IMO:

1. Rogues offer big deposit bonuses on very small deposits;
2. Cashback bonuses are offered after you lose;
3. The "Law of Averages" assures a (small) win while you are held to a gruesome WR;
4. When you only have a small bit to gamble with, you get more play time;
5. Hey, I might get paid ............... and
6. I'm a schmuck :D

As for the older rouge casinos listed on Casinomeister...

I registered an account with them many, many years ago.

I will play the free chips once in a while and if I were to win I would try to get the money but I would not PAB or bother Bryan with it. I also wouldn't go crazy trying to get the money.

I know if someone signs up at a casino that is rouge they might sell their info so I would not join a new one.

If I am somehow helping these casinos by playing the free chips, let me know and I would stop. I just figure it's a little (very little:rolleyes:) entertainment for me.

As far as #6 LJ ............. well, ahem cough ......... how did I know this? I am proud to be a former schmucko :D

i have my own version, call me a schmuck or whatever... I believe in luck or not.

I was very lucky on my first and rogue RTG. :eek2:
Then i signed up on pretty much all CM accredited RTGs and was having a very bad steak of dry spells on all of them :eek2: Felt like a total ripped off.... Why do i need to throw my money away just because they are accredited??
Then my luck with them got a bit better but still no big wins... And i deposited there all money i won on the rouge one :eek2:
I don't play at rogues (only once in while on one that is not accredited) but sometimes I get frustrated with my bad luck and tempted to do so... Posts like these help me to stay away...
However, I agree with ballysdb and understand that i can not PAB or complain if casino is not accredited here and its my own risk.

The other thing that you guys need to remember about all of these "Rogue" casinos is the fact that you are helping them stay in business whether you deposit there or not and the reason being is the fact that they have now gained your personal info and it has been proved over the past several years that they will in-fact sell it to the highest bidder for the almighty greenbacks...so just stay far, far away from these places and you will further help to put them all out of their sorry existence! ;)

There is a certain Group That Shall Not Be Named which is a terrible terrible bunch of casinos. But they keep offering overly generous bonuses. And they do pay. Eventually. So I'm just going to keep taking their money until one of us gets tired of the game.

But don't worry, I feel guilty every time I do.

I have also played at certain "rogue" Playtech group. They treat me like a king with constant 200% cashable bonuses and very low wagering requirements. And they have always paid exactly on time. So if there is easy money to be made from them, why shouldn't I play there? On the other hand, accredited casinos are very very tight overall.

Hiya: RobWin makes a good point. On that same line of thought, I asked the question because Most of the people on this board, "Know", where as most people who get an e mail, or see a banner add, "%800 Bonus", do not know.

I, imhop, think that different Casino's, overall, have different or more/less informed players. Some people will reasearch everything before opeing an account at Accredited casino's, and others will just grab the first big bonus offer that comes along. Of the bonus grabbers, more often than not, they did not do any reasearch, and, imhop again, are more likely to lose the bonus, lose the deposit, and deposit again.

Maybe this is why some places play thru requirements are stricter than others, as they have more edgucated players, who know exactly how to protect the bonus so as to have some of it left after play thru, to cash it out.

The best player an Online Casino can get is someone who is not very good/unlucky at gambling, has a lot of money, and just keeps depositing into the Casino.

The Nightmare player to an Online Casino is the player who knows exactly what they are doing. Knows how to get, and protect the big bonus, meets playthru, and almost always cashes out, without having ever enen put any of their original deposit at risk. And then does it to them again....:thumbsup:

So, to put Bad Casino's out of business it is 2 fold. Bad players stay away, and good players take them for all you can get. Weeeee:D

I have played at rouge ones before i knew of this page so I had basically no idea that they infact were bad casinos. However 2day I would never sign up at one of them - I always check here first =)

Yes casinos prefer the first player type and absolutely hate the second type. This gives an interesting opportunity to act like you are the first type player (making risky bets, making strategy errors in blackjack, playing large house edge games and redepositing after losses). Then when the casino gives you juicy bonuses thinking that "based on his past playing he will lose it all anyway" you play as the second type and take them to cleaners.

I wont play at any casino that has a reputation for non payment. Even if by virtue of PAB they eventually pay. Its not worth it.

Exactly. There simply is no point. The majority of the software used by rogue casinos is also available at legit ones. Unless I really want to play at a unique place (and I'm not expecting to win...even if I do, I don't expect to receive it) then the lure of high bonuses does nothing for me.

There are some casinos that are rogued other than for non-payment. In this instance, playing at them 'could' be justified, although if anyone encounters problems they really shouldn't bother wasting Max's time with a PAB.

However, there is no excuse whatsoever by playing at the real rogues. We all know who those are. Keeping them in business is the last thing any of us should be engaging in.
