White screen after log in

I'm wondering if anyone has encountered the problem I am having with Guts casino. I've been playing there with no problems and then 48 hours ago I can't get past the log in page. As soon as I log in the screen goes white. This is on my iphone. I tried my ipad and on there you can see the home page in the background but there's a white strip in front that you can't get rid of, so still can't play. Guts don't understand what is happening and have started an investigation. Unfortunately while this investigation happens which could take ages they won't action a withdrawl manually from my account, and obviously I can't do it myself.

Hey mate,

As obvious as this may all sound, have you tried doing any or all of the following?

1) clearing browsing history on both devices
2) device restart
3) resetting your network settings on iphone + tablet
4) restart router
5) last resort - restore devices and router to factory settings ( be very careful to select the correct option - one that doesn’t erase your media files - back up first if required to be safe), if you do this.

Hopefully this will fix your issue. It should.

Consider trying another browser as well.

I have tried 1,2 and 3. Will try 4 and 5. However, weirdly I can play in demo mode. Its only when I push the log in button that I have the white screen.

Hmm... it’s an odd one. Hope 4 and/or 5 work.

Don’t forget to try another browser too ( if you haven’t already ). I use safari or Chrome.

Also, with Chrome, try running incognito mode. That’s worked for me quite a few times when I’ve had a range of casino errors.

I’ve been having problems since the latest IOS update with various casino sites if I use Safari on my iPad but the sites seem to work perfectly as before if I use Chrome as the browser.
 
Cool, glad it worked for you mate. GL with the gaming!

Hopefully one of the future IOS updates will fix the issues you’re having with safari on your iPad.

I have tried everything from above. No difference. Hopefully the casino will finish its investigation soon so they can release the money I have there.

Oh, I must have misunderstood when you said things work fine with chrome.

So you can’t even log in to GUTS with chrome?

Perhaps the issue is on their end then.....

Have you tried logging in using a PC?

Have you tried more than one network ( cellular and wifi for example ) ?

You’ve tried everything, so.....

I didnt read all postst, but try diable addblock, disable cookie warning extension. If not, right mouse on white popup, developer tools, find the popup overlay <div> as example and give it display: none .. the last one is what i should do when nothing works

I have found out how to fix the problem excuse my grammar but go to settings on iOS and got to safari change your search engine from google too yahoo or whatever ur heart desires then load up the casino and it will work you can switch back to google search engine afterwards your welcom
