I know Cherry Red has it, but apparently they changed their terms since I had been on it last ~ my account was removed for not being 21.. (4 Months to go)

Anyway.. would appreciate if anyone knew of any alternatives.

Far as I know, Cherry Red is the only one.

Just a word of caution, if you aren't yet 21 then don't even play online. If you are so lucky as to win and try to withdraw I'm afraid it won't happen. I have never found an online casino that will allow under 21 to gamble, let alone withdraw winnings. Just wait until you are 21 and then go for it. :D

tho i guess thats not a good thing
Not at all....glad you were not found out during withdrawals...be careful and wait for your birthday is my suggestion..hate for you to lose any wins this close to your birthday!

Lucky 18

"Lucky 18" has this game too.
Can't tell if they are a good casino or not but they been sending tons of bonuses.

But what i centrally don't like about them though that there are very limited options for cash-outs.

ok, another one is Casino Extreme.
Again don't know if they are good....

I did not manage to win anything but they did give me 20% cash-back promptly.

I'm not for sure certain about the legal age to gamble online but I will guarantee you this, if you aren't allowed to gamble at a site and you win, you will not be paid. It is a very dicey situation for an underage player especially with the problems US players have anyway.

All the ones I play at ask how old you are when you sign up. Then they ask for Driver's License for verification.

I would make very sure that I had a copy of the T&C's that say under 21 is allowed.

Is this 21 age limit an American thing or not? I've been playing online since I was 18 and never, ever had an issue with age. Even still, I just took it for granted that you only had to be 18, so I never thought to check the terms. Considering I'm a member at probably 20+ casinos, I'm surprised this hasn't cropped up sooner.

Yes, it is a US thing. I know that in Texas, LA, AR you have to be 21 to enter a casino. Can't even get in the door if you are under 21.

I am not an expert on the online gambling ages for different states but I think it is a very slippery slope. If you are not 21 you run the risk of the casinos pulling the "FU" clause to not pay you and there will be nothing you can do about it. The internet is full of stories of underage poker players who were allowed to play but when it came to cashing out, did not happen.

Just be aware that it could happen.

That would explain it then. I'm in the UK, but even so, have never heard of it before. There again, I'm not that well informed on all the current goings-on with US gambling laws, but it's quite a frightening vision that these casinos could let someone play underage, in the knowledge that they are and they can pull the FU clause whenever they like with no forms of ramifications available.

Here is the legal Age for each state in The U.S.

Here is the List and Link. As far as on line, I thought is use to be whatever age is allowed in your state. Then again they can change anything they want in the on line gaming. I wouldn't take chances if you under 21. Some casinos don't like to pay wins as it is. 18 would be a perfect excuse not to pay you. If one of your parents do not mind you gaming have them make an account you can play on.I would hate for you to have a win and not be able to cash in because of your age.

Most Terms and Conditions state that you have to be of legal age WHERE YOU RESIDE. Here in Ontario, it is 19 years old, in Quebec it is 18.

I have seen some casinos that state you must be 21, others 18. So if you are under 21, I would be extra careful to look for and read that clause.

I think that is great that Cherry Red notified you of their change in terms. Almost every casino reserves the right to change their Terms and Conditions without notice, so players under 21 might want to revisit casino T&C's before each deposit. It's actually a good idea for almost everyone to visit periodically...most T&C's say it is your responsibility to do so.

LOL I just posted that. You can also see on my post the ages each state allows in the U.S.
