Where is @ego

Maybe it's a "she", and won't respond to gender assuming individuals. LOL :p

Please give the person the benefit of a doubt - perhaps they are multi-tasking and haven't be able to get to it yet. Not being an apologist, but just sayin'...

I'll give them a nudge.

It was a she, then a he, and now back to a she?:)

I asked him why a couple of times i got instant automated withdrawals and then it reverted to snails pace manual ones. For some reason he doesnt want to answer.
Given it's straying into risk management, I would assume it could be commercially sensitive and they probably don't want to disclose that information.

If that information enters the public domain, then people can attempt to work around them - which defeats the whole purpose of the boundaries.

Also worth highlighting a recent post from Jan that mentions nearly 4 in 10 of their withdrawals are processed manually, despite having automated processes in place. So even if they permit automated withdrawals, there are plenty of reasons (size, frequency, bonus use, new customer, random spot check, pending KYC etc) why it would be moved into the slower lane.
