What's your stance on fairly low withdraw amounts?

So as some maybl have caught my post where I hit for 6,000 on nova 7s, my end bank roll was at 6600 bucks.. I was stoked and in my account withdraw options there was one that was bank draft up to 10000 bucks

So long story short, I go and set it to withdraw 6500 just to get an email from slotocash saying something or another about not being able to process the full amount and something to the effect of go and take 2500 per week.

Now I have been putting money into sloto for a few months now steadily, and I just think that stinks to have such a small allowance when you won.

I mean even if I could take it in two processes with one at 3500 and the other 3. I don't know but it was a bit of a killjoy for me. I mean a casino can't just pay someone the money they owe them?

Just curious what some feel. I pmd Georgina so hoping to see if I can have that raised a little but I find 2500 to be pretty lame ultimately when someone has a decent hit

Unacceptable. Period. Whether you want to withdraw $6K or $60K, the full amount should be paid out asap. I don't like withdrawal limits, and the one you mentioned is horrific, bordering on predatory behaviour.

Yea, if I had won that at any land based casino they'd hand me what I won. I just am viewing it from what's fair and square, I pay them each and every time I deposit and when I win its now my turn to be paid.

Now I'm lookin at 3 withdraws and 3 weeks or so if they don't at least let me take it in 2.

Either way It really has been a buzz kill after such an exciting hit

Here was the reply

thank you for your patience regarding $6,500 withdrawal request via Bank Draft.

Please note according to our Terms & Conditions:

27. There is a weekly withdrawal limit of $4,000 for your first withdrawal and thereafter $5,000 per week or as per mutual agreement with his/her personal account manager. Please note that management may determine more or less weekly payout limits depending on your VIP status.

Based on above rule, we regret to inform you, that a decision has been made to process maximum weekly withdrawal of $2,500.

Your payout has been denied and funds credited back to your casino account.

We kindly invite you to re- submit your withdrawal with no more than $2,500 per week.

I just hope something can be adjusted

This is not just some loose term the casino throws around. They build their whole brand and policy around this tactic. It is a casino wide policy that all staff are trained under.

They have always been like this and they will never change. They did it to me years ago and others along the way when they win big.

Its to keep your money there, to tempt you to play it back. That is the only reason.

I assumed as much. But I don't think once with sloto I reverted and burnt the cash. I always take it.

I just don't get why my account even showed then the option to take 10k max with bank draft

They might as well just give in with me because while I am a slot addict, when I hit I take it... I don't mess around. I'll plug money into til I hit but I never mess with chances to get money back and a lot more.

$4K per week is not particularly high, they should at least stick to that. (See it is not your first withdrawal, $5K then).

One thing is clear, you now know just how much they value you as a customer.

Do you also have to pay a fee for a bank draft?

Yea, 80 bucks would be the fee. And I would actually take 4000 and then 2500 just go get it in 2 payments at least but why in the hell am I bumped down to 2500?

Yeah, if their rules specify $4K a week, how did they arrive at $2.5K? I would submit a PAB, but that's me.

Yea, If they said 4k was max I'd still be annoyed but not as annoyed as Id be happier to get 4k checks as opposed to 2500. I don't understand it just like you said, they say their rules are 4k but we are enforcing 2500...i think that's pretty terrible

If you're playing at levels that able you to withdraw those sort of amounts id try and find somewhere that isnt going to do that. Infact, if it is decent profit in comparison to what youve spent lately id just take a break from all gambking untill it comes in and enjoy the summer. Kindky reminding them once its paid why i would from then on be playing elsewhere.
Especially, like jasmine pointed out, since they are taking even more of it back by charging you for multiple withdrawals where all they really need to be doing for to earn those extra charges for processing fees is click a few buttons.

Upto you of course!

Less at their discretion is BS term I thnk. More at their discretion, that is VIP stuff. I've reported my post, because I don't think that's the spirit an accredited casino should show their players, especially loyal one.

Yea, I expected better from slotocash. I didn't think they would act like some third rate casino that can't pay a winning customer.

Oh I will most definitely take a back seat with sloto if they don't be a bit more reasonable about this, absolutely and I'll take all my gambling to inetbet who will infact pay up to 10k with their checks

Just go to another casino and email them about your playing and withdrawal style before making a deposit.

It's queries like this I'm seriously contemplating about quitting online gambling. I remember the times at landbased casinos when I had a nice hit above 9k from 100$ and just hit the bar there took a pint of beer gulped it down and just straight walked out to deposit it at the bank

Accredited or not every term placed is most of the time a stalling method. For example in cool-off you don't receive promotions but you also don't receive emails about payments,KYC ect. So my thoughts are those measures are there indirect to delay payments. Just like withdrawal limits or even adjusting limits in the online casino itself.

Let alone miscommunications at casinos itself. Like setting a wager limit by email and they just write it off as miscommunication at the department or email not received.

It's a real pain in the ....

I personally wouldnt stop playing online as I do to well, but I just need to see what places will work better with higher wins. And I'm hoping @Sloto can help me here to at least withdraw 4000 per withdraw.

I just want them to follow their own damn rules, like wtf

Well I'm really bummed that I haven't heard anything yet from Ms. Sloto. I just went to get my money but I really don't want to start taking smaller amounts if I don't have to

I'd go ahead and make your first withdrawal. Maybe in the next week you will have an answer. Since this is not your first cashout, their terms allow for $5K.

No that's the issue jasmine, I've made a handful of withdraws over the months... They're saying right now they will accept an amount of 2500.00

If I could take 5,000 I would happily do so, but that email says it'll deny anything above 2500.00, or am I reading the email wrong?

@KasinoKing KK, do you have any way to contact @Sloto outside of the forum to have them check in?

I just want to make 100% sure from a rep here that nothing can be adjusted before I withdraw.
My affiliate contact is not the same person who posts here - and he is away on holiday at the moment anyway.
So I'm sorry I can't help on this occasion :(
