I have been trying to play slots from Playngo since last week and cannot seem to launch them. Since I was only playing at Cashy casino I thought this was a server issue.
I talked to the live chat and they said all playngo slots have been disabled till further notice. I did a some digging and I cannot find them at most casinos. Does anyone know whats going on? If anyone can play them from their location please share your country so that I can use vpn location of that country for my future sessions.

I have played 2 of their newer games yesterday on non-crypto casino's and they're working fine.

Just checked golden oldie BoD and also working.

My location is Belgium so that probably won't help you since they're mostly restricted or outright banned at the crypto joints.

Licensing issue perhaps?

Changed my VPN to Belgium and it says "Game not available in your region"

Play’n GO has officially announced a total and absolute commitment to operating exclusively in fully regulated markets.
As of September 2026, Play’n GO launched a global educational campaign focused on promoting sustainable and fully licensed local gambling. They’ve warned that they will ruthlessly terminate contracts with any business partners who fail to comply with strict legal standards.
At this rate, we might end up only seeing their software on locally licensed, white-market platforms, completely killing their presence on offshore sites.

Ouch. Well that's that then. Imagine if other providers follow suit, could be the end of our little offshore adventures as either the cryptos start KYCing and blocking UK players or all that's left is stuff like Belatra, Tom Horn and the other third tier ones.

Won't ever play in UK casinos again with their nerfed RTP and/or slow gameplay.

I could be wrong but this is what I think-
Playngo started sponsoring Tgr Haas f1 team from 2023. Their investors must have advised them to wash their hands off dirty money as FIA(the governing body of F1) would not want money flowing in from illegal markets.
Also, Playngo wouldnt let go off these markets where they have put in so much money to build their base. I think they are going to make a secondary platform like pragmatic does with reel kingdom and provide their slots through them. Wont be surprised if a new provider comes in the market with slots by or similar to Playngo.

No the owners are looking to cash out and sell up to Light and Wonder or Aristocrat according to the news today, so that means cleaning up house first.

These are the jurisdictions where people can currently play slots from Playngo- Alberta, connecticut, delaware, Florida, michigan, new jersey, Pennsylvaniya, west Virginia (all US)
Quebec, Ontario (Canada)
Western cape (south africa)
Belgium, Botswana, Buenos Aires city (Brazil), Denmark, Gibraltar, Greece, Malta, Peru, Romania, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, UK

good move from playngo imo.
i prefer fair and regulated (well this is a challenge to regulate it playerfriendly)

i only wish playngo would release some more games where its possible to hit 1000x plus.
seems to be very rare to achive high wins in most of their games

Its strange that they exited Australia years ago, popped back up over the last year or 2 again after excluding us and now looks like they are gone again.

Im not saying this is the case here, but sometimes in regulated markets rules can change, and that can make some games no longer compliant, which results in those games being removed out of those markets or the whole catalog of games in some cases. When or if those games are then made compliant again they often return.

Of course there are other reasons like simply they are not profitable in those markets etc.
