what would cause this error

i cant open games at rtg i get loged in the lobby and cashier is ok but when i get to select the game this error pops up it says [flashVer=13.0.0

The general consensus seems to be that you have to turn off 'Hardware Acceleration' in the flash player.

If I understood correctly when you see this error you should right click inside the casino window and select 'Settings' from the menu then find 'Display Settings' and disable hardware acceleration from there.

Try cleaning your registry and see if that helps

i went to internet options ] and reset it to original default seemed like a thing to do

then i went to inet for 5 free spins , then grande vegas for free 15 spins was down to .40cents on Achilles

finished up 170.00 +
