Question What type of gamer are you?

Hello! Firstly I wanna say "hi" to all the people in the Forum as I became a member recently.
The other I had a conversation with a friend about what type of gamers we are and I thought it's interesting to hear more from you as well. So, we discussed the types that Bartle has found (

Through his test he found four types of gamers:
1. Achievers: the ones that like to collect points, levels, trophies...etc.
2. Explorers: the ones that like to discover places, create maps, find out new tricks...etc.
3. Socializers: those who love to meet "game" friends, follow people, share achievements and the fun together.
4. Killers: those who want compete and strive for gaining.

I think I am an explorer type of gamer. And you?!

Hi, interesting categorization. I haven't thought about it before but now that I read it I can think I am more of an achiever. I have played a lot games and I can spend long time on the same level until I score a lot. When it comes to casinos I enjoy also the socializing part.

I think I am also an explorer type, though I am sometimes in an achiever mood, lol.

I like new games for the new kinds of wins available, new looks, sounds, and new potential for possible big wins.

I also like the types of games with easily found withdrawal buttons. Too few like that, IMO.

This is an interesting question as it shows just how much the focus is switching from pure gambling to something approaching a bigger gaming perspective. Slots with just scatters and free spins actually bore me now. Take a peek on you tube at the upcoming Avalon 2 slot which is extremely innovative. It would seem to me that a lot of us want far more adventurous games which appeal to achievement hunters whilst having a flutter.
