What is the story behind your username?

Heya everyone!


Forgive me pls if there is already topic like this somewhere, but I'd like to get to know you better and was wondering what inspired you to create an username you use here on Casinomeister?

At the time I joined, was working for another website, a competition to say, so my boss asked me to join big gambling forums and try to sneak in our website url in the signature
As I'm usually not so creative with usernames and I didn't want to bother too much, I just added "Lady" before my name. That's very funny since especially at that time, I hardly considered myself a lady or felt like one.

When I joined CM staff team, Bryan asked me if I want to create a new one or to keep that old 2012th one, so I just kept it - maybe I'm more of the lady now

Hello Lady Jalena and friends, my user name is my nick name so it just kind of carried on from there.
Thanks Bryan for the feedback about my queries regarding playing slots from Australia since the new laws came in a few months back and shut down my favorite online Casino. Haven't really found a casino I'm happy with yet. I don't expect to win but i haven't had a win over $300 for months, I useally deposit around $200 a fortnight just for a bit of fun.

my player name poor 120 is from when europe casino did not pay a $120,000 win. they said i could only win 10 times my deposit because of $10 bonus ! i could not find it anywhere in there t&c or bonus section that i signed up for i had to ask were it was ,they said it was attached to deposit receipt which changed the std 30 x wager after depositing to a made up 10 x deposit ,if i clicked on small writing at bottom a link would take me there ! they screwed me out of $118,800 aus paying me only $1200 aus

I wasn't going to bother as mine is pretty boring - but why not - I might just help someone having trouble sleeping to nod off.

I'm from Newcastle thus a geordie - my name is Gillian (when I'm in my Mam's bad books), otherwise just Gill - and my year of birth, which I don't know why I feel the need to add to every username or email address I have as it just reminds me of how old I'm getting!

So people from Newcastle are called geordies? What does it mean?

There are a couple of different theories:

people from Newcastle sided with King George ll (Geordie) during the Jacobite uprising in the 1700's

a ‘Geordie’ was the name given to the miners’ lamp invented by George Stephenson and later became used as a name for the miners themselves.

so basically - Geordie is a derivative of the name George.

That's what I was always told anyway!

Mine is from the movie: "Ironwill". I have watched it over 150 times cause it truly is moving. Should be in every school everywhere to show kids what true drive and determination can bring you in life and achievements can be obtained with true DETERMINATION WITHOUT DOUBT!!!!

Hi story behind my username is i moved from Denmark to UK hence the DKnowUK but i would really like to change my username. Just so anyone who knows me here would be aware as well

For everyone information my future username here at Casinomeister will be PaaskeDenmark (reason i use it most places now also for my xbox etc.) and i feel the old one is bit silly now to be honest hehe.

Here is the short version:

A couple of decades ago the group of guys I road with gave me the road name "Iron Jaw" after a member of a certain outlaw motorcycle club attempted to break my jaw. Luckily for me he failed, but he did break several bones in his hand. He mentioned to one of my brothers that my jaw was like iron. "Ironjaw" is usually unavailable on most sites so I added the z61 to make it ironjawz61.
