What is dzag.eu ?

Has anyone had this happen. I played at Club World and made 3 deposits using my Visa (US Player). 3 transactions appeared on my credit card yesterday and the processor was dzag.eu. The amounts were weird. Instead of $60, I was deducted $59.97. All three were like this. Very close to what I had deposited into Club World. I tried to call the processor (dzag) via phone number that was on my bank acct., and my only option was to leave a message. I called 3 times yesterday with no call back. I emailed them several times as well with no response. The phone number on their website rings through once, and then hangs up. All I was looking for, is who the merchant was on this transaction. The only transactions that would explain this, is from Club World.
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Hello phpatty! I do not know remember dzag.eu specifically, but
sometimes when I deposit with my Visa into Quicktender or elsewhere online,
I get the "Verified Visa" pop up and they charge a few cents
less like you are aking about... :)

Unless of course you don't mind these providers closing shop.

I thought they did this to make the transaction less suspicious to the banks. I f you purchase something online, it seldom is an even amount like $50.00. If the processor makes it $49.98 it looks more legit to banks.

I wasnt going to bring this up but I was double dipped again. I had 4 deposits show up instead of 2. I had 2 from ClubWorld and 2 from Dzag. I know this because I didnt deposit from 2/9 - 2/13 because I was playing somewhere else. I had to hot card my visa once again and it's getting old.

Im not saying this is going to happen to everyone. But I called them because of some error when depositing and the woman asked me for my card info and 2 or 3 days later these $40 in charges show up, well, not $40 , 19.99, and 19.98. I am going to have to think of another way or not play there anymore and it sucks because i love clubworld, they have great customer service and pay me when I win. This whole thing sucks. Its a shame they have to rely on processors instead of handling the transactions themselves
 
hot card for lack of a better term is the bank puts the card number as stolen. They have 2 versions of hot carding, one for lost cards and one for stolen cards, the latter can never be removed. It essentionally just turns the card off to any more charges

The problem with that form is we really dont know that actual transaction date. My bank shows both on the 12th but we all know that the 12th isnt the transaction date for the purchase. They show up anywhere from 3-4 days later and thats the other thing. I didnt make any deposits the 4 days prior, infact I made a statement to that effect on Winner Screenshots. I made a $20 deposit and it lasted 4 days! I was real excited that it lasted so long and made a post about it

My bank manager asked me "where the heck are you making purchases?" She is getting upset for me as well because it is the 3rd time. As I stated in other posts, AGAIN..(i know lol)...I dont think it is CW itself, I truly believe it's a processor that cant be trusted and it reallly sucks for us and CW. The stupid thing is I always get my money back without dispute, everytime because the manager also knows that CW is often on my bank statements because PA is still legal and they dont have to lie. I NEVER have a secret code for any of my casinos. It always says "blah bblah" whether its 3dice or cw, or when I used Inet, thats how I know they are unauthorized
 
I'm not in a banned state and my bank tells me that online gambling is illegal and if I use my visa card for it Visa can ban me from ever having a check card again and the bank will close my account.

I've not had issues with CW because I can't use a card there but I have had issues with other places when the same amounts as the charges were put in a hold status on my account, (the same as hotels & some restaurants do). In a way it was the same as being charged twice because of the hold......at least for a few days. I don't know about your bank statement but I can look at mine online and see my real time transactions and I can also see pending. The dups were in my pending file.....which meant I had no access to those funds until the real charges cleared. This really pissed me off, but I couldn't say too much about it because of where the charges originated from. ;)
I did inquire with my bank about who was responsible for putting a hold on my card and they said the processor.
Don't know if this might be useful info in your case.

And about the dates........they were not consistent as to when I actually made the charges.

This is plain in B&W....this is my bank statement online. It shows CLubWorld taking 2 deposits for $20 each and then the processors taking it out again in odder amounts, one for $19.97 and the other for $19.91. As you can see Club World is the name that is used when making my deposits.

I just notified ClubWorld AGAIN. This really bothers me because they paid me on time and they have great customer service and I have to close out my account with them. I will be in trouble with my bank if I report this again (twice in one week) so I am hoping they will do the right thing as I requested in a personal message to them in which I wont share here for obvious reasons. I am really sickened about this and I warned people about this months ago

For now, I have no choice but to just play at 3 dice because there was NEVER one incident and now Im gonna have to suck up this extra charge because the bank warned me on Tuesday about dealing with them. Im not mentioning the bank because they have been very cool and now CW processors just blew it for me with them over a lousy F&$^ing $40
 
Ditto what Bryan said. Loose lips sink ships, or something like that. You guys are talking way too specific for comfort. Please get this over to America the Beautiful ASAP. Some of us would like to continue playing in the land of the free(??) In other words SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!

But also, tight lips rip off people as well. Im not going to let my friends here not get warned with proper back up either. I agree, it should be in here so none else can read them, especially because I have online statements shown here. Id rather take the chance here than for this to keep happening over and over when we are just trying to have some fun without being taken advantage of. Enough is enough. Im in a legal state and have every right to play w/o worrying about some greedy inept thief take my money
 
Not to derail or anything else, but it makes no difference what forum section anything regarding UIGEA is posted in (other than maybe search engine access or annoying those that UIGEA does not affect). Only the naive would really believe that anybody who wants access to this entire forum does not have it. If there was a correlation to US authorities not being aware of this site and US citizens not being able to gamble then we were done a long time ago! This site will not sink ships (US online gamblers)!!
 
That sucks Babs, it really does! I'm sorry that it has happened to you.......again.

It's a crying shame that with all the other issues involved that we have to watch out for, that one of the biggies is getting ripped off by a processor. :mad:
 
Ooops, brain fart!! I was refering to CMs post about discretion. Why would he post that in this restricted area?? Anyway, you are right, I don't want to see anyone ripped off either (especially with my couple of hot issues that occurred) Damn Babs, I sure understand how you feel. Go get a netspend card, use it at a place you know pays, and don't go looking around too much for other sites. Isn't it sad that we have to restrict ourselves to one or two sites just to have some degree of security? I hope you get this one figured out Babs, good luck with it.

It's to mainly keep it out of Google. Google does not index this section and any other section that you need to be logged in to observe.
 
Im hoping to have this resolved today. Ill let you know what happens and I hope it's a cordial ending. Ill let you know late tonight or tomorrow morning if everything worked out the way I was hoping it would. I am hoping that my CW representitive will do the right thing as Im sure he will
 
Well I just got an email from ClubWorld saying that I did play when I didnt. He even showed my transactions which actually prove my case. I dont deposit twice within an hour on the same day. He also accused me of saying bad things about him(XW) on here when I have been very nice about(them) him. He said he would of given me a bonus to make it up but since I went public, not only did CW not give me a make up for the theivery, but they LOCKED OUT MY ACCOUNT.

I am going to reverse the stolen charges and will never even try to play at Club World. I have one question....if you were right than what were you going to make up for with that bonus you decided not to give me?

I did not bash them or call CW any names, I did say the processors were at fault and everyone in here knows that. I have DEFENDED you many times and now your going to treat me like this because you were caught with your hand in the cookie jar? You locked my account so I cant go in and compare what you pasted on my PM? You know I cant paste the PM here because its against the rules and Im not that stupid, you will not trick me into pasting it so Ill get banned or a time out. So no guys....you wont be able to see what he sent me but trust me......it proves my case! I play $20 a day and once in awhile later that night i play but I dont deposit twice in an hour and I cant prove it because they LOCKED MY ACCOUNT and I cant view it, HOW CONVENIENT



Just a quick update and final one: just now got a PM saying they will reopen my account but cant deposit. You know what, they locked me out , i will uninstall and not go back in. They shouldnt of locked me out in the first place. That just shows how spiratic(sp) they are thinking. reopening so they dont look bad,? too late

My Opinion: DO NOT trust CW's Processors because if they could be trusted than I wouldnt be locked out and wouldnt be going through all of this crap. I am now calling the bank and reversing the 2 other transaction since CW didnt want to handle this the easy way. Ill take my punches from the bank and move on
 
You know what? I am reversing them because it's an unauthorized charge. What if they did that to 100 people and they said "ahh, i dont wanna make trouble" Dont you think we had enough? Just sit by and let them take my money so I dont get banned from other casinos? Let them, I have plenty of B&M's near me. I am not reversing the charges that are legitimate. There are 4 charges and Im reversing 2, not all 4 because 2 of them are legitimate. I am honest and expect that back from companies and people.

I understand where your coming from Win...really I do, but between this one and the one the other week, it's up to almost $80!! Anyone who believes I defraud casinos can ban me because I wouldnt want to play somewhere Im not trusted anyway
 
Babs, I have to agree with you here and disagree with Win, NO ONE should be able to get away with ill-legitimate charges, they either are legitimate or their not and if they are not and the casino is not willing to admit that or work it out, then yes they should be reversed...like you said if that's the case among other people then it's time someone stood up and set the precedent for what is right...
