I'm currently involved in an issue with one of your accredited US facing casinos where I used a bonus for slots...The cashier page simply listed allowed games as "SLOTS" however,after winning just over 100.00 and checking my playthru...I noticed I hadn't been given any credit for playthru AND my winnings had been usurped. The email I received in return says that "It's a CLASSIC slots coupon and allowable games are CLEARLY shown on cashier page. The word CLASSIC isn't even in their 'game viewer' page. In fact, the only place I even SEE the word CLASSIC anywhere on the site,is the name of the bonus 75% classic match bonus".. Does ANYONE know what classic means and why an accredited casino would try so hard to hide it?
I didn't mention name of casino because,if I'm wrong ,then I'm wrong but,after further investigation, I do not see any definition of 'classic slots' anywhere on their site.

and let them know and asked that they restart the process with the correct coupon and wipe any gains I had. They responded quickly and did as I requested which they were well within there rights to refuse.
