I would like to post about my recent experience that I have had with InetBet.

After having played with a bonus-coupon I was not sure if I fulfilled the wagering requirements and used the option in their cashier to check if my balance was displayed as a “bonus” or “withdrawable”. I have never had any problems using this facility before and was positive that all wagering requirements had been fulfilled after the whole balance appeared as “withdrawable” again. I then switched over to Video Poker, played some more and withdrew my winnings.
The next day I received an email from InetBet, telling me that my winnings ($1500) were void as I played a restricted game (VideoPoker) before having fulfilled the wagering requirements for the bonus. I responded that their counter showed me that I was free of any more requirements but apparently I had indeed ~$300 left to wager, which was not displayed correctly in the cashier.

I thought that it was not fair at all that I am supposed to suffer of RTGs software glitches but admitted that I made a mistake as well by not double-checking with their customer service before switching over to a different game. I however did not think this was of any need as the counter had always worked fine for me before.
After a few emails back and forth InetBet offered me to remove ~$500 of my winnings on Video Poker so this matter can get resolved. I was required to wager the $300 in outstanding requirements again and then free to withdraw my remaining balance.

Basically I did NOT find this to be fair but agreed on their removal of my winnings, as I had no other option.

I am hoping that RTG or InetBet is going to work this problem out so it does not happen again to anyone.

A few days later I then received the note that I am no longer eligible for promotions at InetBet…. Oh my, what can I do.

Yup, their counter is seriously messed up.

I received free manager bonus with 15X playthrough. Before even playing 1 penny, it was showing in the cashier as withdrawable.

I'm not complaining, but people need to be aware that the counter in the cashier may be incorrect before they run into a situation like schankwart's.

Other RTG's I play at have had no such problem.

This was the first ever problem that I have had with Inetbet ever since I opened my account with them years ago and it makes me sad that I have now lost a bit of my huge trust in their operation.

Well.... Nobody is perfect...

I guess this is RTG glitch. I have similar experience. Once.

Good way to calculate your WR (eg at iNetBet) is Comp point-window
...and of course, you can always ask details from their support.
Basically iNetBet will reply within 2-10 Minutes.

I would like to clarify a couple of points that Schankwart has made.

I must firstly confirm that there are no glitches in the software with regards to coupon redemption or the balance withdrawable indicator.

The reason that the monies were not shown as a bonus balance was due to the type of coupon that had been claimed.

Within the RTG software there are two types of coupon that can be created: firstly an instant match coupon whereby the bonus is added immediately as a bonus balance.

The second of which is a real money bonus coupon, this bonus is added not instantly but after a specified wagering requirement has been met.

The latter of which is the type that Schankwart claimed in this instance. Thus no bonus balance would have been showing at any stage.

The many years Schankwart has been playing with us and the amount of bonus coupons that they have claimed it is not unreasonable to assume that they would have been fully aware of the two different types of bonuses that are offered and the relevant rules pertaining to them.

That said we understand new players may find it confusing and we would obviously like to have this system made as simple as possible and we have advised RTG of this fact.

We have also asked for all excluded games to be inaccessible to players when a coupon does not permit their play.

However at present these functions are not available and we are bound by the current parameters in which we have to work and we try to make everything as clear as possible to players when a bonus is published.

We advise all players that should they be unclear of any rules or unsure if requirements have been met etc. a quick mail to support can remedy any queries. Schankwart has done in the past, when claiming our bonuses and no problems have arisen.

We did inform Schankwart of their mistake as soon as we became aware of it.

However instead of declaring all play null and void, as we are entitled as per our rules on a single specific game coupon we took into account this players previous play with us and tried to find a fair and equitable resolution for them.

Prior to removing any monies from their account or taking any further action we advised the player of our suggested resolution and asked for their agreement on this. Only when this was forthcoming were any actions taken.

I might add I am rather disappointed that Schankwart decided to make this public when the onus was entirely on him to play the correct game that was clearly advertised with the offered coupon, having not done so he was liable to have the whole withdrawal cancelled, which we did not do.

The agreement was not made under the terms that Schankwart intimates, we at no time gave him a take it or leave it ultimatum, our terms of a fair resolution were suggested and he agreed immediately. For the record the amount finally paid was a fair bit larger than the amount denied.

Soflat:
One quick point, the monthly Managers bonus added to your account, as with other forms of non deposit credits, is added directly and not through the use of a coupon and so does not and never has shown as a bonus balance.

I hope that this clarifies things for everyone.

Have a Great Easter

Now that is an excellent idea!
Why on earth didn't they do that before? So many players have fallen into this trap - and nothing pees them off more!

I hope this change, and the outstanding WR one, gets implemented quickly.

Thanks for your feedback Schankwart and silcnlayc.

The reason i started this topic:
1. My favorite casino iNetBet, have their 7th Birthday!
2. With my wishes, i wanted to show my recent good luck at iNetBet :)

I still have no idea why playing certain games is excluded. I mean of course the play wont count towards the wager requirement but since any casino game has a house advantage why on earth do they not want any extra play.

And another thing that always happens when customers play excluded games and win is the casino deducts the amount won from the players account. I bet they have NEVER added back any balance that was lost whilst playing these excluded games, not ONCE.

We have also asked for all excluded games to be inaccessible to players when a coupon does not permit their play.

I agree! That would a good thing to do. I also would like to see back in place where you can see how much you have left to wager to met the wagering requirements. I know that Club World Casino (RTG) has it on their casino.

I found 17 (active) Coupons from Their site, from 20% up to 150% match bonuses, for Video Poker, Slots, Poker Games, Bingo, Basic Match, Free Money, etc, etc, etc.
(they have new coupons every month),
And then there is Tempting Tuesday offers...

So, i believe you find your own Bonus.
Instead one Coupon or one Monthly Match Bonus, you can pick your own.
;)
